Ian, my sales representative truly made my experience phenomenal. From the warm welcome and spending hours at the beautiful facility, it felt like family at home. Ian listened to my vehicle needs and wants and found me the perfect new car. James, the Sales Manager was friendly, pleasant and welcoming and Mike the finance manager was outstanding with explaining the details of the contracts and numbers. Overall, one of the best care purchase experiences I've ever had. I will absolutely recommend friends and family. When the time comes, I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. Job well done.

Ian Gordon, Debbie Mavilla, and the entire staff made our car-buying experience exceptional. Ian was very pleasant and easy to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns. He just knew his stuff. Debbie was very helpful when it came to explaining what we were financing, the warranty offered, and the maintenance plans we could buy. Everyone we interacted with was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My sales person was Ian and he broke the ice and made my daughter and I feel comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. Ian was totally transparent and very knowledgeable and he never made me feel as if I were talking to a salesman.I signed my documents with Debbie and she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was also fast and efficient.

This was my first experience with Holman. It brought back memories of when I worked at a car dealership in Cherry Hill. Not the beautiful waiting room or all the choices of drinks and snacks. But of the drive in service lane, you don't have to leave your car until service writers help you, it's awesome. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I only had an oil change and tire rotation but was treated very kindly.

I BOUGHT ELSEWHERE. To each their own but to me, basic courtesy counts - I dont' care how busy you are or if it is "the last day of the month so we're busy" - MOST dealers are busy. Truthfully I didn't visit here. I emailed.....and exchanged one phone call with a salesperson (gut feeling - post Covid salesperson - used to things being easy).Positive: She did reply to me with real numbers just want to be honest. BUT when I had a few questions on the phone - she was a bit hurried and not courteous or gracious. I won't mention names - that's not fair to do and anyway, this is not the name I'm registered with in their precious CRM. So dear reader you decide:I took my SECOND COLOR CHOICE and paid $20 per month more at another dealership. They were courteous, quick, everyone in the place was great.So you decide - perhaps there was a reason I decided to spend more elsewhere, or am I a billionaire? Hint - I'm a billion short of being a billionaire. Anyhow, so far - like my QX60 AutoGraph.

Your service department is the reason I purchased my car with Holman. My recent experience was with your representative, John. He took his time to assure that I clearly understood the timeframe, process and what to expect. He also listened to my concerns and made sure to address each of them. In addition to service, every Holman employee that day who passed through the service waiting area was pleasant and asked me how I was and if I needed anything! 5 Stars across the board!

I initially was quite disappointed with my experience at Hollman. But thanks to Brad Bayard and Mike Midure, I am just as happy as I was the day I purchased my vehicle. After I hit a few bumps in the road. That's when Brad and Mike stepped in. They were super professional and really cared about fixing things up for me. Their proactive attitude and dedication to making customers happy really stood out. Thank you again to Brad and Mike, they truly were the best!

Upon our arrival, the Front Desk Assistant was welcoming and so friendly.My experience continued to get better...once I was introduced to my Salesman, Sean. Sean made it happen. He is professional and just the best at what he does. The assistant service manager James Venito was excellent. He saw that I was upset about the encounter I had with my service advisor. I just purchased my car from Tevin in September (who was extremely professional and a great salesperson. Which was the reason I returned for service). However, to my surprise my service person practically strong armed me into paying for brakes. Mr. Venito assured me that this would never happen again. So, I will be back and hopefully it will not happen again. The only other issue I had was after paying $600 for front brakes and an oil change at least my car should have been washed properly. The windows were smudged and dirty, there were water stains all over. Carpet barely vacuumed. I took pictures of my car because I was surprised by the poor quality of work. Other than this I would rate Mr. Venito 5 stars but my experience a 3.5 to a 4. I hope the next time I can give 5 out of 5. Thanks for asking.

My 2017 QX60 with approximately 80,000 miles was brought in for routine servicing as well as an inspection into why my check engine light and ABS lights came on and then turned off. The vehicle was also experiencing a sluggish start but ran fine while driving. After a few days my service advisor text me saying the engine needed to be replaced siting coolant leaking into the block as the reason. This car was originally purchased from a reputable Infiniti dealership as a Certified Pre-Owned which comes with a manufacturer extended warranty. To be safe we purchased another warranty, though it was 3rd party, it was sold by Infiniti. Throughout the next several weeks Holman Infiniti tried to get a new engine approved without providing sufficient evidence to the warranty company to justify the replacement. From here the warranty company requested the head be removed so they could inspect the cylinders. You can imagine Holman was not thrilled about that. They over billed their labor hours in an attempt to inflate the cost knowing the warranty only covered 23.5 labor hours for that specific job. Holman said that s ok we ll just bill the customer the difference. This is when I began to articulate my concerns and frustrations with both their delaying of every request as well as lack of timely communication.I refused to approve any work be completed knowing I would be faced with a potential $3,000 bill on what was going to be anywhere from $18,000-$25,000 project depending on what route they went with. After serveral back and forth conversations with the service advisor and him confirming his manager agrees with him, I emailed their general manager. 2 days later I received an email from the sales manager requesting my vehicle as a trade-in. Though this could ve been coincidence it was certainly poor timing. Later that week I received a call from the service manager who allowed me to vent and eventually agreed he would take care of the excess labor hours. I had him reiterate 2 more times to me that I wouldn t be responsible for them. He also made it a point to reassure me that my current service advisor was present for our conversation and can handle things from here.I approved the work to be completed now that we had a fair arrangement. The warranty company was able to inspect the block and confirmed it only needed a head gasket replacement. I asked the service advisor to give a final cost to which he said approximately $2,500. I was confused. I asked for him to detail it and again he brings up the difference in the labor hours. I attempted to remind him of the conversation I had with his manager that he was supposedly present for. He stated he wasn t there and knew nothing about this. I finally told him I no longer want to hear from him and to have his manager call me. The manager eventually called and tried to back pedal on what he said. I informed him of the exact details of our conversation and this is why I had him reiterate our agreement 2 times. After a lengthy back and forth conversation/argument, he was now in the position to want to negotiate and said he d split it asking if that would make me happy. I said what would make me happy is for him to keep his word and not continue giving me a hard time. His next statement floored me. Stating to a customer who is bringing an almost $20,000 project to you that I think it s only fair you ve got some kind of skin in the game is highly infuriating and offensive. I did everything possible to secure this vehicle. At the end of the day I told him I m the only one with skin in the game. He did come down to 3/4 of the hours but that would still leave me with a $775 bill. I finally just agreed so long as they cleaned my exterior and interior after having it for 2 months. He agreed.At the end there was a brief issue with the battery they attempted to charge me for but with me fighting back the battery magically was fine. The vehicle was not cleaned as requested only receiving a complimentary wash and vacuum.

Far from satisfied!!The advisor never provided me with any of information I requested nor did he respond to my last communication. So the issue i brought the vehicle in for was NOT repaired nor addressed at all.To add insult to injury, after picking up the vehicle that was supposed to have this thorough inspection, the next day the battery is completely dead. Not sure how you guys did complete inspection and battery test and less than 2 days its dead and needs to be replaced. Makes me question if the oil change, tire Rotation or any of the things I was charged for were completed at all.

As always, the Service Department at Holman Infiniti made this last service call as pleasant and efficient as possible. The check-in process was done with great efficiency. The video assessment of my vehicle was thorough and detailed. I was out in less time than the estimate, my car was washed and vacuumed. In many ways, the Service Department at Holman is why I will probably buy another QX50 or QX55; it s just a very satisfactory experience.

July 2023 bring in for oil, etc. and "world class Inspection". Oct. 20th bring in for new tires. Advised that apparently on a previous visit the tires were interchanged putting the larger tires on the front of the G37S. Feb 12 (and only 510 miles later) car in for new front passenger tire loosing air and windows won't close completely. Advised its the tire sensor leaking not the tire. The windows won't close because I bought a battery from AAA and the windows need to be reset. $384.90 to reset windows?? Drive off the lot and tire sensor goes off. No one other than Holman Infiniti has ever worked on the car. That's changing.

Salesperson Shan told us you have to 2 free service with purchase. At the time of sale, I asked 2 times, it is really free because my home is not closed to Holman Infinity. He said yes. But Holman Infinity charged $188 for first service. If it was not free then why I had to travel 50 miles to get service and waste my more two hours in commute. Better I had gone to nearer service center. I feel like Holman Infinity cheated with first service. Or wrongly communicated first two services are free.

My sales guy, Sean Connolly, made the whole experience less stressful and as easy as possible.Professional, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and taken care of. I would highly recommend Sean to my friends and family. Carl-Henri Tassy, my finance consultant was top-notch, answered all my questions with ease and was able to explain different scenarios like a pro.

Sean, my sales rep, was on target from the beginning of my inquiry. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn t give me a sales pitch. He gave me a lot of useful information that helped me make a decision to buy a car. Sean was easy to talk to and he didn t mind answering all of my questions.

From the moment I walked in the staff were incredible. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. (I wish I got her name) Luke our salesman was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and NOT at all pushy. Luke made our experience amazing. We then moved on to Jim the Finance Manager, he was the same. Jim was amazing to work with, he made the entire process effortless. We came in with our own financing, but with Jims guidance we walked out with a much better financing situation. Our last step was with Mike, he went through all the terms of the contract, answered all our questions with no hesitation. Mike was so informative and made the contract process actually enjoyable. This was our 7th or 8th car we have gotten from holman, my third Infiniti and all I can say is these three employees go above and beyond to make the experience something I actually enjoyed. Thank you all for making me so happy! Ps I love my new Qx50.

I've owned my Infiniti for 18 months. And every time I had to take it to Holman Infiniti for service. They have been great. Service advisor Mike Midure is one of the best I've ever dealt with in all the years of taking my cars in for service.
