They were great when it came to listening to my concerns for my vehicle and then making sure that they addressed all of them! They also worked with me on the price and made sure that all the work I needed done was completed within my budget! They also took the time to explain all of the needed work to me and why it was needed! They were super quick with my car and I got it back the same day! Everyone there was very nice and patient with me!

Vishal at the service desk conducts himself in a professional manner. He listened to my needs patiently and explained the repair process clearly. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle is experienced and has performed good work on several of my vehicles over the last ten years. It s a great place for repairs.

Firestone replaced the wrong tires on my daughter's car, leaving dangerously bald tires on the vehicle during the winter driving season and putting a teenage driver in a dangerous and unnecessary situation. When I met with Eric, the manager, on this, he pretended he couldn't find receipts for transactions that validated my claim to avoid refunding me for the mistake.Additionally, he was very unprofessional in his words and tone and offered a single (terrible) option: "I'll refund you for the issue but you're never to bring you car back for service here."I have spent thousands at the Firestone in Maple Shade, NJ in the past 12 months and this is how the manager is representing your business when faced with a situation that was created by your employees that could have killed my daughter? Unbelievable.

Came in for an oil change for my wife s and told Vishal I needed brakes, tires and an oil change for my car in the next week. I had planned on buying tires at BJ s but after speaking with Vishal (manager) I purchased a set of tires and booked an appointment for brakes and an oil change for my car. I feel totally confident and comfortable in my decision based solely on my dealings with Vishal. I love one stop shopping !Forgot to mention: About those brakes that my dealer told me I needed, and I in turn let the manager know....well I get a phone call from the manager after they pulled the tires and he informed me my brakes were fine...over 6mm in front and 9mm in back.Talk about honesty!!

Very honest people . I brought my car for alignment, after 20 minutes they said your car is good and doesn t need any alignment. They charged me only 25 bucks service check instead of 110 alignment fee.

I don t know if I ve ever been to a place with worse customer service. The guys at the front desk are actually very pleasant, they just don t get any work done. I dropped my kids car off at 8 am for an 8 am appointment to get a basic oil change and tire rotation. At 3pm I came back to pick it up and was told that it would be the next one in and should be ready in about 45 minutes. I took the car at that point and will get work done somewhere else. The guy who returned my key was nice but also incredulous as to why I was leaving with car. Needless to say, I will never go there again. 7 hours after appointment time and still not pulled into a bay. Brutal., If I could give it zero stars, I would. The owner should be ashamed.

I would like to receive the test results in documents format for better understanding about what needs to be done in future and what comes next any why. What ever said in vocal is not able to follow and not satisfying.

I was a walk-in. So I guess some leniency. I dropped off my truck in the am. I came after work. The truck wasn't done. Told me 30 minutes. 2 hours later, it was done. While I was waiting, I watched a tech drive an Amazon truck into a wall. I got my truck back, and the light turned on that air pressure was wrong. My vehicle also got an alignment with new tires, and my truck now shakes when I'm on the highway. So overall, I'm not impressed. I spent just under 1600 for tires, alignment, and oil change. I spoke to a few of my friends and told me I should have gone somewhere else. Realized I overpaid quite a bit. Lesson learned.

Trust me, don't waste your time at the Maple Shade location and go to the Marlton location.

Another location messed up & canceled appointment. Thankfully they were able to take me in. By the time I walked back from the WAWA they already had my car up and on the lift. They were quick, professional and very courteous. Thanks again

The guy that I spoke with was very helpful. He tried to explain to me what was wrong with my tire, but instead he just showed me. Thank goodness he did. 4 new tires later, I'm riding good.

I went in to have my AC looked at. They noticed a leak with my engine coolant. They told me a part needed to be ordered but I would be okay to drive. For 8 years I have never had an issue with the car and coincidentally after driving it less than 10 miles my car shut down and overheated. I called a few times to speak to a manager and was told he would call me back. Then the same with the area manager. I never heard from either one. Eventually I had to put a claim in, however Firestone said since I can t prove anything they are not responsible. Now I am out a car and thousands of dollars. I am a reasonable person, I really was just looking for some type of help from Firestone. I wouldn t recommend anyone to take a vehicle there. Easily the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I wish I could give 0 stars.

More like 100 stars, this place is beyond awesome. I got a screw in my tire and they fixed the tire instead of trying to sell me four new tires. Others in the area said that I had to replace all four, I was like ummm yea no thanks. Firestone won't lie to you and will get the job done.

Avoid this place at all costs. They severely overfilled my oil and blew my engine. Then after contacting corporate tried denying they were at fault due to the fact I had and aftermarket exhaust and cold air intake. I had my car towed to dealer and got proof and documentation of everything. I m now in the process of going after them for the cost of a new engine. Almost 9 grand. Stay away from this place. They have no idea how to treat paying customers or right their wrongs.

Fast and friendly service. The guy in main lobby was super friendly. I went to get 2 tires on my care and the price was good and they finished in like an hour and a half. Would definitely go back for my other 2 tires.

Late in the day I thought I had a flat, called a couple other places which were too busy to take a last minute car before closing then called here and talked to Jason. He was compassionate to the fact I didn't want a tire leaking air overnight, especially with three kids to take care of while hubby is deployed, so he said to bring it on in. They looked over my tires and discovered it was only low tire pressure that was setting off my tire sensor so they refilled things and sent me on my way without charge. I couldn't recommend them more highly for their compassionate, quick service that is greatly appreciated by me! Thank you guys!

I have been here 3 times and was treated well on all three occasions. My last visit was very stressful as my car had broken down completely. They diagnosed the problem and assisted me with having my car towed. They are not the cheapest but they have proven that they are trustworthy. I would recommend this location to family and friends. There are some really good people working there.

I have taken several of my cars here for oil changes only because they are open when my dealership or regular mechanic is not. I'm giving 2 stars because the oil change ain't bad, but the bait & switch is VERY BAD. I can't recall a time when they did not find some other "issues" and wrote an estimate for hundreds of dollars over the price of the oil change. The last time they wrote an estimate of $900. (and yes Firestone, I have ALL the receipts) I told them to return my car to me and I will take it to my dealer. The dealer told me they were straight up trying to scam me and proceeded to make the repair costing about $200. If you take your car there, get a second opinion before you let them do the work. They even tried the scam of spraying something on the undercarriage so when he started it he claimed it was "smoking". If you know your car(s) like I do, you might not know exactly what's wrong but you do know the symptoms and my car was never smoking. That pretty much shut it down for me. Caveat emptor...

I came in earlier today for a slow leak in a tire needing a patch job. The employees here are top notch - professional, fast, and exceptional at their jobs! A very happy customer, I will definitely be coming back if I need more work done!

Terrible shop. They put new tires on and did not balance. I brought the car back and they said they re-balanced it. Vibration persisted so I took it to my honest mechanic and he said they were completely out of balance. Some black smudge was left on the interior of my car. Products they sell are terrible too. The employees insisted Firehawk AS are good tires but the mechanic says there are flat spots on them already, less than a week old.

Do not walk away from this place, RUN FROM IT!!! Bottom line is THEY RETURNED MY CAR IN FAR WORSE SHAPE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN.Took my company vehicle in for tire replacement (shoulder of tire punctured, which is dangerous to drive on). They did everything else under the sun except the tire replacement. When I went to pick it up they said my company didn't approve the replacement. They never called to tell me this, so they were going to let me drive away on a dangerous tire. Called company go it resolved. Then find out that Firestone put my car into maintenance mode but they couldn't get it out because their computers are (in their words: Old). They told me I would have to go to the dealer to get it out of maintenance mode. So not only were they going to have me drive off with a dangerous tire, they were going to have me drive off with a dangerous car (no parking brake or reliable indicators). It doesn't stop there. When I got into my car it wouldn't start, the engine wouldn't turn at all. Turns out they killed my battery by keeping it hooked up to their diagnostics for hours while trying to get it out of maintenance mode. They came out and jumped my battery. This morning I got in my car to take it to the dealer to get it out of maintenance mode and it wouldn't start. Battery is now totally dead and wont' even take a charge or a jump. As I write this, the vehicle is in the middle of the parking lot blocking others from getting out while I wait for the tow truck. If you want to bring your car in for something as simple as a tire change and leave with the car dead in the water, then go to this Firestone. Otherwise, spend the money and take the time and go to a dealer; which these days is the only way to guarantee a reliable repair.

Went to get a slow leak in my tire fixed . They said they fixed it also informed me I needed front struts and front brakes. Told them I would go to the Ford dealer still under warranty. Went to Ford and was told the brakes and struts were fine nothing wrong. Also the tire was still leaking they took the tire off and found the tire was never patched. Also told me it needed a oil change the sticker on the windshield showed it still had 3000 miles before due Sad they try to take advantage of people like that

I take my cars here for oil changes. The mechanics also do a free courtesy inspection to make sure vital vehicle organs are functional. The other day, I took my Explorer there for an oil change. They called me in the back to show me a problem with the car. Didn't just tell me about it. They pointed to it and said look, it's leaking. And they even tell you how best (and most adorable way) to tackle it.
