I JUST wrote a review 2 months ago how amazing my experience was after being a client for over 12 years. Unfortunately, my last experience was a disaster.I called because my battery light came on. Spoke to a female who said the best time to come in is in the afternoon. I made an appointment, left work early and showed up on time. At this point she tells me there is AT LEAST a 1.5 hour wait because of walk ins. To just check my car. I ask whats the purpose of an appointment if I have to wait for walk ins anyway? At which time she says, well because after speaking to a tech my car could have an issue with the alternator. This is the day before Thanksgiving. I was frustrated and made another appointment with a loaner car for the following week. In person while standing in front of her.I realize the night before, I didnt not get a confirmation text as I always do. I call at exactly 7:30am when they open. At which time they advise me I do not have an appointment, I will have to wait another week to get in. I am a single mom no other car at my home. With the idea now that my alternator can go at any time. I ask to speak to a manager. They advised he will call me back within an hour. By 3:30 I still heard nothing.. left another message. No return call to this day. I have been a loyal customer bringing my car in for every thing. Timing belts, tires, oil changes. You name it.. unfortunately.. they have shown me what loyalty means to them. Thanks moving on.

When I bring my vehicles for service I always have a good experience. D. Rogers is always great with us. Today, K. Williams helped us. It was not good. She did not keep me informed of what was going on with my car. I had to go ask her and she was not on the work floor. I spoke to the technician more then ever before. So, I saw Mr. Rogers and I asked him. He kept me informed as usual. I was there more then 2 hours just for a key replacement and programming. I know customer service. Either Ms. Williams needs training or she is in the profession.

Took me right in, provided a loaner, did the work I asked and suggested what I knew was needed but didn t mention. I authorized the work because prices were very reasonable. Service advisor was incredibly quick to notify me the vehicle was complete and pickup was a breeze. Elite must treat their employees well because their employees treat customers very well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you to DaQuan and the team at Elite Acura for solving my issue that was created when the street water last Sunday caused the issue to my undercarrriage of my car. I have nothing but 5 STAR experiences when I go there for service to my 2014 car.

The level of service they provide is unmatched. I felt like royalty. Special shout out to Jon!!! He made sure to teach me new things about my MDX as well as helped get some scratches out my side panel. I've only had my new car for 5 months so I was happy he was able to get them out for me. They have a lifelong customer in me

Great service team. Recently the clip for my arm rest broke and I had a replacement and the spring all ready to go but I couldn't get in right, the service team put the part in at no charge because I a loyal customer. Mind you it was only a five minute job, but still.

Love going for service... never mind the wait cuz they usually work pretty fast. They give you updates throughout your time there..the service reps are all so nice. Today i had the joy of working with Brian.. he was nice and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

Recently I bought a 2018 Acura RDX from a different dealership. However Elite is the closest Acura dealership to me so I went there for some routine maintenance. An absolutely excellent experience with Service Consultant Joseph Halloran. He took the time to discuss the car with me, gave me a crash course in Acura servicing. He was efficient and totally professional in every respect. The work was completed while I waited for the vehicle. The prices seemed reasonable, I didn't shop around but likely they are very competitive. Thank you Joseph for treating me as though I had purchased a brand new vehicle from your dealership! They say first impressions are everything- couldn't be happier with my first impression with Elite Acura and will return for future servicing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

My sales person Martin Dawson was absolutely amazing. He sold me a 2020 Acura MDX today. Made the process smooth and easy. He was very professional. The establishment is professional and clean. I would recommend to all!

Elite Acura service department is excellent and so is the sales department I purchased 3 pre-owned cars since 1996. Bmw, Mercedes, and RLX. Joe in sales department is excellent!!!!

Bad service never removed covid protection from inside of the car both front seats still wrapped in plastic trash bags. console,steering,wheel,gear shift still covered in plastic. Very poor in returning text or calls.

Needed to replace a battery for my daughter's car and the service manager Brian and Jon in service helped me beyond belief very happy have been a customer since 2001 and will continue to be a customer as long as you have employees that take care of their customers like I was treated today
