Affordable pricing, convenient scheduling, quick service (2-3 hours), and no unexpected pricing on the invoice. Got my driver-side window motor replaced. I would highly recommend.

I was referred by the dealership where I bought my Acura. Crack in the windshield required replacement. Spoke to Ang on the phone who said she would check availability and call back. Still waiting!!!!. Lucky I didn't hold my breath. Your company is only as good as your weakest link. Going to Safelight. They return calls and are very professional so far. I'm sure it would have been a decent job but they blew it!!

I had an appointment, but they did not show. They did not call to cancel or reschedule. When I asked why they didn't show for the job, they said it was because it was raining. I have a garage and the vehicle could be kept dry. After not showing for the appointment, they said they wouldn't be able to do it for another week or two. For my first experience with this company, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The back, passenger window of my wife's car was hit by a rock and shattered. We dropped it off one evening, left the keys in a drop box, and it was fully repaired by noon the next day. Also, it was much less expensive than the bigger guys. Go local!

My experience with Ed & Sons was absolutely incredible, and I recommend them to anyone in need of window replacement.I had discovered yesterday that, unfortunately, my car was broken into because the back passenger window was completely shattered. When I called Ed & Sons, they were incredibly accommodating and reasonable in their estimate for replacing the window--especially compared to some of the other auto glass repair shops in the area. They told me that they could replace my window the next day but that I could drop it off any time (even at night since they have a key drop box). I decided to drop it off the same day I called, fully expecting that they would not work on it until the next day, and I got a call from them that same day saying that my car was ready to be picked up! In other words, they were able to replace my window on the same day it had been completely shattered as a result of the break-in. You don't know how much the quick, affordable repair eased my stress and made my day after the horror of having my car broken into. Literally one of the best experiences one can have! I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs! I had accidentally cracked my rear power sliding defrost window in my Silverado and needed a quick replacement, although they couldn t fix it immediately they completed my truck exactly when scheduled and at the quoted cost. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and friendly. Despite the situation (me breaking the window ), the kindness and friendliness certainly made me feel a lot better! Took my Impala SS here twice. Once for a front windshield, and once for the quarter glass. They did great work. They were much better than safelite who left tons of glass peices in my car where my kid sits. Ed and Sons made sure to clean the car thoroughly after they fixed my windows both times. Really good ppl. Got my windows taking care off same day as drop off.

This place is great. After the windshield broke I was expecting headaches. Called them, they gave a surprisingly good price for the replacement. I set up an appointment date. Dropped off the night before. Then picked it up fixed the next day. Couldn't ask for more.They also transferred all the stickers (inspection,oil, EZ pass tabs), solar remote start, and everything over to the new windshield without leaving any marks at all. I'll definitely be going here from now on.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent service. I had a broken rear window and a pitted windshield on two different cars. I called around and found that two major companies I called weren't able to source the rear window and another private company came in at an extremely high price. A coworker recommended Ed & Sons and I'm glad they did. Ed and Sons was able to quickly source both pieces of glass and came to install them at an extremely reasonable price. The technician was quick and very professional. Would recommend to anyone

Ed & Sons was able to do my windshield the day after I contacted them. They had a good price, good quality glass, and the installers were on-time, professional, and courteous. They worked with my insurance company efficiently to resolve my claim. This is my second experience with this company and the first one was just a good. Highly recommended.

Was a customer here a few years ago, and ended up back here this week with another major crack in my windshield that required it to be replaced. They were able to get me in super quick and did good, fast work for (what i felt at least) was a pretty fair price. Had a pebble hit the windshield of the new car we purchased three days before. They changed their schedule to make the repair the next morning. Very accommodating and very professional. You can hardly see the crack now. Highly recommended.

Terrible communication/customer support. They told me it would be about ~3 hrs for the repair 6-7 hrs later at the end of the day as my wife & I were about to pick up the vehicle, I called as we had not heard anything from them. They said, Oh yeah, it s not ready, we broke the replacement window earlier today as we were installing it, but don t worry, we ve already ordered a new window and have everything lined up to have it all done tomorrow. This was very frustrating as my wife and I would not have rearranged our schedules to come pick up the vehicle if we d been told about/updated on the status.The next day comes and it happens AGAIN . Literally at the end of the day as we re loading up to go pick up the vehicle I call and am shocked to hear them tell me Well, it s not ready, because we re waiting on a part. So 2 DAYS IN A ROW they told me one thing and my wife & I planned our days around what they told us, only to find out things had totally changed and they did not even have the simple professionalism or courtesy to make a quick phone call to let me know before my wife and I had our days/plans screwed up.When I confronted them about this lack of professionalism upon vehicle pick-up, one employee was relatively apologetic and agreed that they had failed, but another employee got sassy and told me something to the effect of, We don t have any control about what happened and we re not going to call you every hour with an update on your vehicle. (As if expecting a quick call to let me know that the timeline was vastly different from what they had promised me was some impossibly onerous task.The price was decent and from what I can tell, the repair seems to be good quality, but It was such poor communication and consideration of me as their customer that I don t plan to go back to Ed & Sons again.Service: Auto side window replacement

Great place. They are professional and service was quick. I will have their number for future use due to the fact that they were able to handle my repair. I called about 1/2 dozen places and and they said they don't do that kind of work I needed. Ed's said it's no problem for us. You got my vote.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to replace my 09 BMW 328i's windshield. First let me say everyone at Ed & Sons were a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job, the cost was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone and completed in the timeframe they stated. My car was broken into and my passenger side front window was smashed as a result. Ed and Son s Auto were extremely courteous and timely. I called them the morning after the break in and I had a brand new window the same day at a much cheaper cost than Safelite s quote. They even cleaned up the shattered glass that was scattered throughout my car. Employees were very kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!

I have a 2017 Toyota Sienna with less than 18K miles on it. Unfortunately it has been a stone magnet and I had 4 chips in the two years and few miles I've put on it. So I called to get estimates from a few places and looked at online reviews. Settled on Ed & Son's. They said they could do it the next day, and their price was much less than Toyota's quote. The new front windshield looks just like the old one, and they got my inspection sticker and ez-pass holding stickers back in the exact same spot. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the price! Waited a few weeks to post this review because I wanted to be sure that the mirrors and blind spot detection on my mirrors still worked well before posting this. A trip to Delaware today on the highway confirmed this.

I had my wind shield replaced after recieving a ticket for a crack. They were quick to book me, and did an awesome job, very clean! And much less money than the Safelite vans, and a much more personal experience.

Took my truck there to get my windshield fixed. They were very helpful, professional, and clear about what needed to be done. My truck was ready on time just like they promised. I would highly recommend using them for any of your auto glass needs. Great business!

Had my windshield done in my 335i yesterday. They blew me away with price and quality! Used OES glass and it came out perfectly! Highly recommend these guys!I work as a tech for BMW for almost 15 years now I know a good job when I see one!
