This was My first time financing and the experience was good. AZ & the team was a great help. He put me in a Tesla Performance With No Problems. Not to mention My credit is not that good and he still made it happen. My Monthly payments are pretty fair as. Definitely 5 star service

We spent 7 hours at the dealership to buy a car in all cash. It was a fairly frustrating experience to say the least. Our salesman was Miguel, who was great. He did everything he could to speed up the process and make the transaction as smooth as possible. If i had to buy a car from the dealership again, I would definitely work with Miguel again.

coming in I knew exactly what I wanted and what would work for me. Max, the salesman, was helpful every step of the way to understand what I wanted. Adonis in financial helped with making the numbers work for me to secure a vehicle for me today. Overall everything worked out great for me to walk away satisfied with what I was interested in.

Max was GREAT! We went on a test drive and explained all features of the vehicle. By the time we got back to dealership I was sold on my new car. If you're looking for a used car I recommend Car Revolution, just ask for Max.

Gotta be careful with this Dealership they are scammers or something are going on at this dealership. I feel bad for the salesman and the Financial Guy though . I Took my time drove one and a half hour to take a look at a van that wasn t even there . But Decided to went with something else Took four hours at the dealer, Gave them a deposit and went home , then came back Monday to pick up the car and sign all paperwork. As Soon I drive the car out the lot , they call me back and say there s a problem when I got back to dealership they told me they boss don t to sell me the van anymore and They say they are losing money on the deal , They only gave me $500 discount. it s a deal is a deal. I signed all the paperwork but at the end of day, I didn t wanna do any business with them for saying this stuff and call me back. I just want my deposit. I m afraid this guy trying to rob me . I told them you better Pay my deposit back, if not is gonna be a lawsuit. They got afraid and make me come back for a 3rd days to pick up a check when I paid them cash. Just a waste of time. I think by law they shouldn t do that as all paperwork was signed. But at the end of day, I didn t want to do no business with them.

Max (sales rep) got me a great deal on a used work van for my business. I recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a used vehicle. Adonis (Finance Manager) was fantastic as well. He walked me through a number of important points and was incredibly generous with his time even after we closed the deal.

My experience here was great!! I was able to look at cars that I already seen online without being pressured to buy anything at the moment. Max was very understanding and easy to talk to. I told him my price point and him and the manager did everything in their power to get the price down to what I wanted it to be. They work with you and get you want you want!!

Please don t go here for your own sake. There are much better dealers out there.1) Hidden Fees are utilized. I had up to 8k in random fees that they do not go in depth about.2) Multiple Hard Inquires. They ran my credit 7 times in 2 visits. Made my rate from 7% to 14%.3) Aggressive Employees. The sales department are on eachother s throat. The one I was working with was good but then he was kicked off by some indian sales guy. The new salesperson ran my credit again even though I already had a rate. So there was a lack of communication with their departmentConclusion: I went to a better dealer with a better vehicle and a cheaper price with no fees, that dealer gave me a 7% rate too. If you see a car from this dealer and it s cheap, that is NOT THE FINAL PRICE.Good luck to finding a vehicle, and please don t use this dealership.

Max my salesman was informative, knowledgeable, and very professional. The car I came to look at wasn t available, but he helped me find the same make and model at a similar price point but even newer! I had a great experience between Max and the finance manager Adonis. They got me the best price and rate to get me out the door with a comfortable and affordable payment. Happy New Year Max and Adonis, hope it s a good one for you both. Highly recommended.

Despite being a good location with a strong customer flow and having excellent employees like Jeff, there is a significant issue with the manager. Although we initially expressed interest in a car at X price, as echoed in many other reviews here, the final price ends up being approximately $10,000 higher than initially indicated or advertised on the website. The manner in which this 'manager' addressed the matter regarding our car was not appropriate; it was ironic and harsh. Our reason for inquiring was logical we were unfamiliar with the process and despite expressing our need to discuss and find a solution for payment, his ironic discourse was belittling. While we understand the demands of his role, there are better ways to communicate with people. Mr. Jeff, an outstanding employee, was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to assist. The manager's response was disappointing; we were so taken aback that we didn't know how to respond. I emphasize that there are polite ways to communicate, especially when working with customers. As he himself mentioned, it is a waste of their time if you re not solely there to purchase a car. This attitude leaves a negative impression and makes customers feel unwelcome, which was solely attributable to the manager.

I don't normally write reviews but this one is necessary. They post fake prices to get you in and waste your time. Just like other reviews I asked way too many times the walking out the door price and they refuse to give it to you. I had a woman call (with a crying baby in the background. ) It was so hard to even hear..very professional... She wanted to follow up. I told her I've been asking for a price walking out the door and still haven't received. She assured me she would be contacting the manager to work on it. I wouldnt give this place a dime of my money. Id be really surprised if any of those 5 star reviews were real. I've never seen such poor management. Whoever replies to each of these reviews, don't waste your time. I don't have time for these stupid games you like to play. There are way too many dealerships around than to waste your time at this one.

Everything was great at the dealership. After the purchase they made an error on my registration. I contacted the office. No return call. Called my sales person Max who said he would take care of it. Didn t hear back. I texted him the next day. No response. Called again the following day left a message no response.The dealership is an hour and a half from me so going into the dealership is very inconvenient.I went to my local notary and took care of it myself. $96. I m not a happy camper.

In need of a new cargo van for our business after an accident. Max helped us find a new used certificated Van. He was super patience and I never felt pressured. I think we made a great deal. Will be coming back if we need another Van for our business.

Randy & Adonis are the best. Great customer service, polite and amazing. Happy I left out of there with my New Van. Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy either a new or used car. You guys are the best

I need to report what happened to me. Maybe other people have a different experience, but this was mine. The customer service never gave due respect because for any information I needed, they never called me back, they asked me to go to the store to stand there for 3 hours without any explanation, they didn't return any email to me saying ok , after I picked it up I informed the car that it had a defect and carefully checking the car made me leave the service and wait 2 hours and they didn't solve my problem and they even told me that I had to reserve a time. Very horrible service and the way they work. I posted this information to find out what happened to me. I don't like posting this, but for me, the experience was horrible and I don't recommend it. I have been without my permanent registration for 4 weeks and they told me 2 weeks.

Bunch of scammers. They post fake listings with attractive prices, and then tell you oh that one is sold, but we have this similar one which is priced higher. I called before driving there to ask if it was still available and they said yes. Also, if listing price is 15000, out of the door price is 23000, including their scam fees. I spent 30 minutes with the sales representative trying to get him to simulate numbers so I can see what would be my out of the door price. Seems like an easy task to do especially for a dealership that sells cars everyday. He kept trying to change the topic. They want you to commit to the price and then surprise you with all the fees afterward. Pay attention if you go there, or just don t go at all. They want to steal you hard earned money. Terrible.

Found 2 Land Rovers on line called and made an appointment with car revolution when I arrived I met with Alex M great salesman no pressure at all. Alex showed me the 2 vehicles I was interested in he described the vehicles to me and I settled on the Evoque Alex was very patient and answered all the questions I had. if you are in the market for a new car stop into car revolution and ask for Alex I would highly recommend
