Chris was so helpful. I went in the store trying to find some tape for my bumper and he helped me find the best option. He was very knowledgeable and even offered to help me put the tape on. I will definitely return to this location again!

Ed and Oscar are great. Oscar helped with front headlamp. Mission accomplished. I come here when a headlamp or rear lamp is out. A worker always helps . Success. You see great customer service brings back business. And it does mine. Excellent team here at AutoZone Maple Shade.

Not sure if I caught them on an off day, but I had a headlight lamp out and saw previous reviews on here from others indicating I would receive some some assistance from a worker to help install the bulb after purchase. As you can see by my rating, that was not the case. Perhaps a policy changed within the last month (according to the dates of some of these reviews) or maybe they like to pick and choose whom they give extra assistance, either way I was disappointed to say the least.Edit: the store was not busy either. I believe I was the only customer in the store at the time of my ask.

Alex was super helpful. Installed my wipers without me even asking. Kind staff, even opened the door for me when I came in. Will continue to come here for sure.

My check engine light came on as I was driving and I went to Auto Zone where Mason ran the code and told me he would look at my oil to see how it was. I was empty! He filled it and told me to get the car looked at right away. Which I did. Mason probably saved me from a 7000 dollar new engine. When I thanked him repeatedly he said, "This is my job." Best employee ever!

Don't talk to females representives in this location . They give out false inf. And stood their grounds but when verify with other stores an accurate inf. Was given.

I was on my way to an appointment and found that my battery was dead. I made my way over to Auto Zone in Maple Shade where I received phonominal service from Ed. He was quick and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

It was ok. I think the guy who I dealt with (not all the guys) customer service was rough. He asked the person I was with "You wanna come back here and do it" ... idk if he was having a rough day but if so he could've just taken a step back and asked one of the other guys to step in until he was straight.I did the item I needed.

Sara in Maple Shade Nj was extremely helpful when I called early on a Sunday morning. Not only did she know the exact wiper blades I need it but she was prepared when I came in and put them on for me. This has save me a lot of aggravation and I am grateful

Far exceeded expectations of any other parts store.Over the top serviceShamir and his manager actually cared if your problem was solved,I did go back and forth buying for the car but ended up towing it home.Your team made me feel good about buying all the stuff and having a broke car.I would recommend this location to everyone I know due to your awesome staff.Let it be known I interacted with 4 team members and they were all terrific personalities.Thanks Auto Zone

Great experience today at this location. I needed a new battery for my car. Elyse helped me find the right one, and Shaimyr installed it. Both were very friendly and professional. Will be using this location from now on.

Went to autozone to have my battery checked and altinator checked and Alex H was soooo helpful took time came out with the machine and checked it . I needed some oil and he helped me find the kind I needed and put it in for me

I went here to get knobs for my heating control for my car of course the young lady told me it wasn t available and I needed to contact ford with simply a click on google I did her job which was locating the part and part number she went back I bought it I needed a few more went back to buy some more she than tells me that I bought the last one click on google again gave her another part number she takes the peices out of the original box to put it in a auto zone box and tells me that it came with only 2 peices that was a bold face lie because she put the pieces in the box herself poor poor poor customer service maybe she doesn t like her job that s why she didn t put the effort in the delivery a good customer service experience and or she may need more training you would think because of this location they re customer service experience would be better than the other locations but nope not at all hope it gets better

I was in recently and needed four hubcaps (do they still call them that?) for my car. This was by far my easiest purchase today. The assistant manager Chris was awesome in finding what I needed. Great service and a well stocked parts area. I still remember getting metal hubcaps for my Plymouth Volare in my younger days at a huge junkyard. This location deserves four stars.

I notice my tire had a nail in it and I stopped by autozone . The commercial manager Shaimyr seemed really busy at the time but I asked for his assistance and he came out and jacked my car up and plugged it for me. Thanks guys your the best!

I was helped by Justin today and he was a great help. I was in and out basically and he was quick with helping me get a new battery. It was a nice to have fast and easy help. The conversation flow was easy going and he was compassionate about helping. Even though he ran into a problem because my car was being a pest he stayed committed and finished the job to make sure everything was correct. Thank you!!!

Visited Autozone today for a battery swap and Shaimyr from the commercial department helped me out with a battery replacement. Super nice employee, making customer service and quick fixes a breeze. This guy has the mentality of a leader, and I d recommend him as a manager in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work man, and may God bless all your future endeavors!

Thank goodness Ed was at work today. My car broke down about ten minutes down the road and Ed was first to answer the phone. When I walked in ed went out of his way to help me put in a new battery. GO PHILLIES !!!! THANKS ED
