I had a good experience buying My new Jeep. Frank helped me he was honest and straight to the point on which cars I qualified for, he gave me great options to choose from. I would absolutely recommend this place to buy a car. Everyone there was welcoming.

While the people who work for this company are quite nice and meet needs easily, they sold me a truck with a broken axle and destroyed struts. The axle is so messed up that the links are cracked as well. This huge issue doesn t include the plethora of other things wrong with it that of course aren t covered by the warranty. I love dropping a boat load of money on a car just to have to put over $2k more into it less than 6 months later. The company doesn t pay attention to the cars they re selling.

Friendly salesmen, great pricing, and very transparent. I have a fairly low credit score and was able to get approved for a 2020 Ford. They helped me out a lot and got me into a car for a price that I could afford.

1st I would like to thank Mike, Michelle and Matt for there professionalism and assisting me with getting my new vehicle a 2016 Kia Sorento on March 28,2024 it was a simple process and they were straight up on what I needed to obtain this I would highly recommend American Auto group to anyone who is in search for a new vehicle.

Please call the office directly!!!! Once you apply a guy named Jack will reach out to you, take all your information and advise you that your gonna drive off the lot regardless of your specific situation. Once you arrive at the office you ll basically be rescreened and in my car turned around after providing details of my situation. I was told things were a go and I wind up wasting my time and gas to be turned away. Especially since I thoroughly explained everything over the phone. Dealers were nice, cars were too just don t get your hope up of the initial conversation

Showed me good customer service before I purchased my car but after that everything went down hill it s been 3 months since I got my hard plates asked wats the hold up nobody knows check engine light came on car they act like they couldn t fix just overall bad place to purchase a car from they act nice so you can buy car from them than customer service is horrible don t recommend them

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. All the guys were awesome. Matthew went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He worked with me to make sure I drove off with the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure. I would highly recommend using American Auto Group. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had visited this dealership several times over the past few years. We have always been treated with respect even if we were not ready to buy. We recently purchased a vehicle and can honestly day that Matthew and Mike were AWESOME! They stood by their word and that is something that is unheard of in today's world. We trust this team and intend to be back as our needs change. The car, Mercedes 2011 E350, ROCKS! Ty.

I don t like writing things like this but at this point. First they seemed nice and reassured me that they could fix the problems with the car prior to me leaving with it off the lot, ie ( interior mirror piece which I have still yet to recieve) and I called multiple times. I bought the car it had 53000 miles 2.5 year late it has 58500 miles and nothing works in order to fix it it needs a new hybrid battery after less than 10,000 miles they are scammers DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

My wife and I were looking for a truck when we looked at American Auto Groups website we found what she was looking for. We sent an inquiry about the vehicle and got a fast response. From the first moment that we spoke with Michelle and Matthew they were upfront and honest with the details about the truck. They also had any issues addressed before we drove the truck off the lot. They were nice down to earth people and I would recommend anyone to do business with them. My wife is very happy with her purchase. Thank you Michelle and Matthew for making this experience not as stressful as it could have been.

Matthew, was the absolute best. Not only for him not hassling me in anyway on purchasing but he really toke the time to be honest with me and upfront and ensured me that purchasing was all my choosing. He also toke the time to get to know my situation and made me feel very ready with making my purchase. Everyone even the owner were very open and inviting throughout my whole process. I ll definitely be going back for future purchases.

My 20 year old daughter just bought her first car. It was an amazing experience. Rob was great with setting everything up for us and getting all of her information. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Scott handled the financing and was awesome!! I was extremely thankful and impressed with how he handled my daughter. He went over the whole contract and explained each step. He made sure she understood the contract. Overall I am extremely happy with the service we received. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to everyone. We will definitely go there again when the time comes for another car. This was the Route 38 location.

Brian, Matthew, and Jack are awesome! Great customer service. They are very patient here and are full of integrity. They don t try and push sales on you and will work with you in whatever situation you are in. Anyone who I know that needs a vehicle, I will definitely be recommending them to these great guys!

Excellent customer service! I've been through the ringer this past month looking for a car in both PA and NJ. Lots of shady places and sales folks out there but these guys were the opposite. Respectful of my needs, willing to work things out and also genuinely nice folks. Highly recommend!

We purchased a Jeep from Matt on Thursday and the experience was great. He broke down the whole process making it easy to understand, and went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price point we could afford. I would definitely recommend checking out American Auto Group if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Would give no stars if I could. I was recommended this place by my aunt to purchase my first car. They were friendly and seemed honest. Six months later, I m sadly mistaken. The first lie they told me was my credit was not good because of an unpaid medical bill. I just bought a 2021 car for my husband with a 2.5% interest rate from Burlington Volkswagen with the same score. My mistake was using their credit company and I ended up with a 18.99% interest rate that I thought was normal because of my bad credit . Fast forward SIX months later I got a full inspection of my car only to find out my 8 year old car (with no reported accidents) has a crack in the engine block, ABS system issues, transmission issues, among other things. The estimated repair costs are $7000+ for an $11,000 car I am currently financing. I was sold a lemon and there is really nothing I can do about it since I was sold the car as-is which I was never verbally told. STAY AWAY from this dealership and go somewhere else please. At least they taught me some valuable car purchasing lessons.

We visited this dealership after my boyfriend did lots and lots of research on the car he was looking for. They are very friendly broke down the whole process payments as well as other options. They took their time they didn't rush us through it and we were able to take the car for a test drive along with getting a few offers as far as how to finance it. I'd recommend this to any first time or new or anybody in general who's looking for another car because this is a place that won't steer you wrong in addition you can wear your mask here the office is small so I would say yes please do where you're mad to protect people there as well as yourself.

I bought a Mazda 3 here in April..Matt was super nice and didn't try to force anything.. I didn't know they took debit cards, so that was a bit of a hassle prior to my arrival.. I loved my car until it was totaled in February (only a few months later).. the only issues I'd had before my accident was the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, along with my tires- which were not covered under the 3 month warranty. I'm thinking about going back for my next car.. just going to bring someone with me who knows a thing or two about auto mechanics

Recently bought my first car here and I would go back again and again without a second guess. Michael and Matthew took their time to find the best financing option for me of a vehicle of MY choice. No hassling, no pushing. They wanted me to have what was best for me and my family and got the job done. They were incredibly professional but laid back and funny which I loved. Very family oriented. I would highly recommend American Auto Group to anyone and everyone. I truly enjoyed my time there in the long process that buying a car is.

Very friendly staff and great inventory/selection. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them over the years and both vehicles were in great condition when I purchased them and they're still in great condition with no issues. If you're looking for a new car, there is no better option out there. American auto group is my go-to.

Myself and my wife were looking for my sons first car. As soon as i got in the lot we were meet by this nasty Karen. They lost my business when she opened her mouth. Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I ll be sure to put this place on the do not use list at fort dix.

Recently bought a car here and it was the best experience in doing so thus far. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our new vehicle. Matt was incredible. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. They are very decent people and will work with you and your situation. I am 18 and could not get accepted to finance a car anywhere and they were able to do it for me. The car was awesome and I have nothing but good things to say about the company overall.

I had a great experience buying my car from American Auto Group. Don is a great guy and worked with me and gave me a great deal on my car and warranty. The process was very easy and I was skeptical especially when it comes to car salesmen but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought my car in November and I ve called them back with questions and for help several times and I always receive kindness and solutions for whatever questions or issues I have with my vehicle whether it was regarding my warranty or finding a good repair shop. They re legit without all the extra BS and I appreciate it.
