I'll tell you my experience with this dealer's body shop.Good custumer service, but really bad work that is the most importand in this kind of work. I don't recomend u to come to this body shop if u don't want to waste your time, or to see they did a bad work on your car.The Pain't was with too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat. I told them. They told me: we will fix it. A week later when I pick my car I saw the color still same, so, I let they know and they said to me: bring back the car tomorrow to fix it, and I show them that same day the inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips that is for inside the hood. They re painted the parts, and did a bad work inside the hood. I told them: the painter just spray color without sand before do it. So, I bring back my car again the next day. Wait another week, and wt u see in the pic painted with scratches is how they leavy my car inside the hood . Really is a bad work wt they did in my car, and everytime they call me to pick my car, the said: the car is readr to pick up, and we checked it. But they didn't. I keep my car how is at this point, because I'm tired to bring back my car, And always is something they did wrong. I don't understand why if they have to fix what they did bad. Why don't fix everything good at the same time? They wait to see if the customer see what they didn't fix. That is wrong.

Wanna start by saying I thought the car buying and trading process was simple and easy. Karim was a great person to deal with and he was only working at the dealer for 2 weeks.My only issue is that I only had my car (Alfa giulia veloce 2024) for 8 days only 226 miles and the check engine light already came on. The car is sitting at the dealer now, dropped it off on a Friday and can t be seen till Monday because there is only one technician who can look at it apparently. I really hope it s a simple fix and could get my car back soon because it really is a pleasure to drive. I hope that this doesn t become a regular issue because no other car company I ve had, had issues this soon and still being brand new. I will add that everything is covered by the dealer, tow, rental, and repair if any, which is good.I give this dealer a 4 star because of the buying and selling process and hope that the service part is really good.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone at that dealership had the utmost respect for our time and patronage. The sales and finance staff were knowledgable, professional, courteous and patient. Never did we feel under pressure or uncomfortable. There was none of the usual back and forth let me to talk to mgr then Let me talk to my finance guy for hours. This was a competent, experienced staff that made a car purchase pleasurable for us for the first time. Thank you Iwan, Orlando, Ed and the prep team for taking such great care of us and our car. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

One of the best service department experiences you can ask for. Debbie is an absolute sweetheart! They have had a few folks retire recently which says a lot about them as a place to work but I think they re temporarily a little short handed. Be patient because they will take great care of you always!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not buy a car from here especially if you expect to get any services after purchasing the staff does not care about anything there is no courtesy whatsoever. They lie, they advise you to get services that they know won t fix the issue. Wait time is horrible & they are very unapologetic about their mistakes.

First off, not everyone at Alfa maple shade are bad people, but the collision center is NOT TOO BE TRUSTED under no circumstance! I had an insurance claim that I taken to them, they broke my tail light, and tried to have my insurance pay for it, never called an informed me of the incident. I called multiple times, I was always told that the manager was not in the office, no one wanted to speak to me, I went in person and was initially told that the manager was not in the office, I refused to leave without speaking to a higher up and magically she appeared, she spoke as if she was unaware of the incident and pretty much insinuated that the tail light was damaged when the vehicle arrived, but I personally handed the keys directly to her, with the said tail light intact, and as of this writing I still have not received my car despite being told that it would have been finshed 2 days ago! Please save yourself the time/frustration and send your Alfa to Willow Grove. This is not the first incident that I ve had with Alfa of Maple Shade, but I will not continue to soil their reputation out of respect for some of the good people who do represent this establishment.

Service advisors are nice and friendly but this dealership overcharges for any repairs. I would recommend seeking another repair facility over this dealership. The cashier was rude and complained about paying in cash in large bills, seeming to just not want to count money. If I required dealer service in the future I will not be returning to this dealership even though it is a 5 minute drive away, instead I will drive an hour away to a more reputable Alfa Romeo dealer in north jersey

I have been told by at least 10 different people that I would get a call back about my progressive discrepancy and no one ever calls back. Every-time I call, no one has any idea who I am or what I m talking about. My insurance accidentally sent them an additional check that they cashed. My plan is now attempting to collect it from me because they won t answer their calls. Worst customer service. When my car was there, they didn t fix everything but charged me more than the quote. Also told me it would be done in 3 days but no one would answer my calls for 2 weeks. Will not be returning with more service but will show up in person to talk about my problem.

Simple review: Dishonesty runs rampart in this dealership. If you don't feel comfortable there...well that is expected. Profanity and vulgarity are normal language you will overhear about another customer when they are not around. Never again will I trust these guys.

I recently traded in my car and Nikki was amazing! She really worked with me on the trade and working out different options to get me into the right car at the right price! She was not pushy and tried to give me honest advice. I felt like she was treating me more as a friend than a customer! Would definitely recommend her!Also Orlando is great, he gets the paperwork through quickly and easily and is an easy to talk to person!All of the sales people there are great and are willing to help and to help each other! Brought my car back (purchased it late in the day) and went over some features. Nikki and Joe (I think it was Joe) both came out and helped.Also Bruce and Amil in service are great and easy to work with!I love this dealership! This is my second car purchased with them.

Do not use this shop for body work. If I could give 0 stars I would. My car has been held hostage for 38 days. It was delays in shipping at first, but they've had the parts for over 2 weeks and have strung us along day by day telling us it would be ready the next week and the next day (7 days of this). All I've experienced is lies and attitude when I call in to ask when I can get my car back. We've scheduled to borrow a car thinking we would need it to pick it up several days in a row now. God help us.

I'm Thomas Rogari of New Jersey, and I purchased a vehicle at the Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade and it was absolutely the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. From the receptionist to the sales department, no professionalism was to be present, called and asked to speak with a manager and never got to the manager. I got to talk to a sales rep once again, expressed my concerns and never got a follow up call from the manager, Ed. I would buy an Alfa Romeo again, but not from this dealership whatsoever. Think twice about the dealership and the staff you would want to associate with when buying a high-end automobile of your own.

Bruce and Emil in the service department are excellent. I have a Giulia Quadrifoglio and it's been there several times for routine maintenance. It's refreshing to actually be treated like a customer, get return phone calls, price estimates, vehicle ready when promised, no surprises, etc. I did not buy the vehicle there but they still treat me like a VIP. Keep up the good work.

My car was in the auto shop here for weeks, when I finally got to pick it up they lost my keys and I had to sit there waiting for an hour while they found them, but I figured no biggie- accidents happen. Driving the car home that night it made a constant rattling noise (not sure how they missed that) and I had to bring it back to the shop, they told me they would order a new piece and have my car fixed by the end of the week... it's been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. Now they claim they "don't have time to get to it yet". I've left several voicemails and never get called back. Guess they just assume people don't need their cars for months?? I would really not recommend going here.

Didi you know it s possible to advertise a certified car yet not include the certified warranty from the manufacturer in the price? The sales person claimed it s extra $2.5K or so. Really?! Other sales tactics were equally unpleasant, from pushing to buy the same day to advertising vehicles that are not available. This simplified my choice though, I ended up buying a certified Mercedes - a very smooth experience in comparison. Stay away.

Cant explain how amazing my experience was. It was so easy and simple. No haggle prices or hidden prices added. It was exactly the price is said online and they online added taxes and required fees that you need. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming and made buying my dream car a great experience. I have already started recommending them to everyone! Thank you Chris and thank you to everyone who was involved. Great people!

We had a great experience purchasing our 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio! Orlando made the sale go very smoothly with an amazing price. He was very efficient and made the sales process smooth and easy. He is the glue that holds everything together. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend coming here. We got a fair price right off the bat with no haggling.

I did not Purchase my car from them so I cannot speak for there Sales Team but if it's anything like the service then its a class act dealership. after having multiple issues with my vehicle and dealing with two other alfa dealers, they are by far the best for Service and Customer Care. "BRUCE" in Service is phenomenal, guy is on his stuff and really does the best he can for the customer, the definition of a Professional. I drive 1 1/2 hrs just to go to Bruce and his guys at Maple Shade. Trust me when I tell you, you are in good hands. Thank You Bruce and Maple Shade for always giving me a welcoming and amazing customer experience.

I was able to get all paperwork done online. Walked in, test drove car and within an 1.5 I was out the door with my Alfa Romeo. Alex and Joseph were so amazing, accommodating and worked really fast to get me in and out. The best car experience I ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a beautiful car. Super pleased.

If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didn't happen. He told me he would get it done that day , no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !

Your sales force was great when car was purchased. Bruce and the manager of the service department are nice and helpful.BUT. you are supposed to be a premier Alfa romeo dealership and provide too notch customer service. This is not the case except for the fact Bruce and the service manager tried to do their best for me.I was told to come in and have my car serviced at 930 a.m. for a battery issue on new 2022 stelvio. I was told if car would need to stay for a lengthy time I could use loaner/rental.Well car will take total 5 hrs or more to be fixed. I had to be somewhere and no loaner or rental available for use.I had to get Uber for $57 to and from dealership. Very inconvenient for me and costly. Bruce and manager gave me a $25 gift card to wawa as a gesture. Very nice of them.But how can a premier Alfa Romeo Dealership be that without a fleet of loaner vehicles.I can get a loaner at my Ford and volkswagon dealer but not at Mapleshade Alfa, not good.So if you want your car fixed be prepared to wait!!! Thanks to Bruce and service manager for trying to do your best!!

Absolutely the worst service department. I brought my Fiat in because the check engine light was on. After doing over $500 of "repairs" the check engine light was still on. They told me that it was because of a PCM and they had me pay almost $800 up front to order the part. Said the part was on the way and then it never was. It's been a month and I called up asking for a refund since it's now on backorder with no arrival date in sight and I can get one from a more reputable dealer for $500 cheaper.Emil Fichmann told me that they could not charge back my credit card over the phone - that I'd have to physically go there for a chargeback even though I'm in a totally different state.They are rude, disreputable and liars. Emil told me that getting my credit card company to do the chargeback, which is my only option now, (which they could so easily have done over the phone rather than in person) would ban me from their shop. As though I'd choose to throw them any more money!They are horrible.

WARNING Do not do business with Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Monmouth County.Very bad service, Alpha romeo of maple shade this is absolutely a bad place to buy a pre-owned car, the staff here needs training as they are not professional at all. They should show the car according to the demand of the customers and not impose their choice.

I'm updating my review after 10 months of having my Alfa. I recently had to get some repairs done to my car and had it in the body shop to get fixed. By the way the manager of the body shop (Brian) gave the best service and was very helpful.Anyways, apart from that I went to go pick up my vehicle today after it's been in the shop for about 3 weeks. I get into my car and I see there was a check engine light on, again I have not had my car in 3 weeks. It got me very upset that my car had a check engine light on so I went over to the front desk (by the Dealers) and they directed me to the service center.I went to the service center where this older man, (I believe he was the head guy for the service center). I told him that my check engine light was on and he responded with an attitude that I have to wait until 1:30 pm for his guys to get back from lunch. I proceed to tell him that my car never had a service engine light on when I dropped it off. I mention to him that my car has been in there for 3 weeks and someone has to fix it immediately because it was not given to them with a check engine light on. He continued to give me an attitude and was being really rude. I go back to the front desk by all the car dealers and the guy at the front desk ( I believe was the manager), Asked me in a very rude sarcastic way, "What do I have to do to make the world perfect for you". I said, fix my dam car. The worst customer service experience EVER!!! I have recommended Alfa to plenty of people and now because of these 2 men, NEVER will I recommend Alfa to anyone.

Edit & Restructuring review after my experience somehow gets worse 2 months after.1) The salesmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Very unpleasant experience that lead to the dealership calling me days later asking me to come back and make a deal. They couldn't make a deal with me when I visited the dealership the first time but decided they changed their mind 2 days later?2) They couldn't properly address my tags. My tags never got to me. I had to buy new ones because they are either too incompetent to help or unwilling to.3) They never gave me a key to my wheel locks. When they 'fixed' the problem they simply came to the garage & removed the locks from my wheels without giving me a key and without giving me any replacement lugs. I had to spend another $109 on buying new locking lugs.The only way I'd ever go back to this place is for them to cut me a $180 check for all the extra money I had to pay due to their incompetence.

Zero stars. The finance manager is horrible. I had financing ready to go for a used Giulia Ti and he submitted the purchase agreement to my bank for almost 4,000 over what the car was being advertised for. I called and asked what was going on and the answer was that his computer didn't "update." Okay bud. I shrugged that off and asked if he could resubmit the purchase order for a different price (only $495 under advertised price) to my bank and he absolutely refused. Horrible customer service on his part not to mention extremely shady. They WILL try to scam you out of money.. Don't go here. Even with money in hand, they won't work with you. Ended up finding a better Giulia Ti at a dealer MUCH more professional than these sleezebags will ever hope to be.GO HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED :)

I bought a used 2019 Honda Civic Type-R from Joe Seblano. It had low miles on it as well. Even got well below book value. He was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. They were able to make the deal and pay my trade off in full. I recommend them for your next car purchase!

I bought a used truck back in May. Since it was in the middle of a lock down due to covid it wasn't a normal transaction buying a vehicle. I was lied to about several different things from the sales person and the finance manager. They told me the vehicle was serviced with new brakes and tires. Nothing was done, they didn't ever bother to change the oil. They also took the truck 4 wheeling the night before I went to pick it up. The two losers I was dealing with have been fired but all I got were apologies from the new management ,no one offered any restitution to correct how I was treated. I wanted a particular truck in a particular color that they had. I have never dealt with such an incompetent dealership. I would never recommend doing any business with this dealership. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Truly I wish I could rate it 4.5. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the vehicle. I love my new FIAT and the way it drives. The buying process was fairly painless. When I first arrived a salesman came up to me and my boyfriend as we were looking at the cars. I told him that for now we just wanted to look and he gave us space which was fantastic! The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of the salesman. After deciding on the car I wanted to test drive I told the salesman and he double checked it with my boyfriend. To which my boyfriend responded that I was the one purchasing the car not him, so everything should be directed to me. Even after saying that the salesman often spoke just talking to my boyfriend, or asked if "we" were okay with the deal. Minor things like that, which were really annoying. HOWEVER, that being said I got a fantastic deal, and everyone besides my specific salesman was extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and more!....and of course the car is amazing.
