Fantastic service and superb quality work. Timely and cost effective. My truck looks like new again. And they fully detailed the inside. Located a local car rental at a great, negotiated price. Wonderful customer service skills. Solved all my concerns with great empathy. They are now my new BFF for my truck!!

Great service. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. My car looks great! They cleaned the inside and outside before I picked it up. Asked for my pickup time and had my car warm for me on a very cold morning. They truly go above and beyond. I went to Niro s to have the body work on my car done beacuse of the reviews I read. I was not disappointed- it was seamless and my car looks brand new. Wayne was great, he gave me a detailed quote right away, I wasn't expecting that so it was nice, still shopping around but Niro is on top of my list once I go through insurance, thank you Wayne.

Amazing service and great work! Brought my car in for some bumper scratches and they charged me very fairly based on the work completed. Excellent staff and great prices. Would highly recommend for any auto body work.

I highly recommend this shop. They were extremely professional and always kept me updated regarding the timing of the repairs. They also did a great job on my Van and cleaned the interior which they did not have to do.

Niros did an excellent job repairing and painting the passenger side damaged bumper. My Lexus 2004 ES330 looks brand new. The price was fair and the work done on time. The staff was polite, patient with questions, and professional. As usual Wayne and crew come through for me. This time it was my wife's Lincoln with the PITA headlight bulbs that needed replacement. Unfortunately, this car does not have the set up where you can just unclip and pull old bulbs out and clip and click new ones in. I would of have never attempted this on my own. To sum up, these guys are head and shoulders above other shops around here. And they've done like 4 or 5 jobs for me, including my 3 series. Even if I moved 50 miles away, I would drive here for any work I needed.

I had to have the car's front bumper replaced after a tree limb hit our car during the high wind storm a few weeks ago. Our insurance company got us an estimate quickly and recommended auto body shops in the area. I saw that Niro's Auto Body had excellent recommendations on Google, so I decided to take the car there. I am extremely glad that I did. Niro's did the work quickly and at the price the insurance company estimated. The folks at Niro's (particularly the owner Wayne) are highly professional, capable and personable. I highly recommend this company!Service: Body & Trim

Niro s Auto Body fixed a series of pretty deep scratches on my white Lincoln MKX. The scratches just looked awful and they went right down to the metal! Apparently someone must of corner swiped me. I was pretty distressed as I try to keep MKX looking nice. Well Niros did an excellent job. I looked at it and it was like the scratches were never there. This place is unique in that they combine excellent work, value and most importantly honesty and no games, which is important to me as a woman who knows nothing about auto body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident a month ago and took my car to Niro's Auto Body. Best decision I made!! From the time they received my car, I was updated with next steps. Laurie called and walked me through the process, answered any questions I had and took care of getting my car from the tow yard to the shop. Rich returned my call and gave me status of my vehicle; and my car was completed on time. When I walked into the establishment, it was warm and welcoming. I really appreciated that since I was so stressed from the accident and not having a car to get around. Thank you for a job well done! My car looks fabulous!!! My BMW has had a few glitches in the past year or so..... paint damage, failing headlight assembly....I m glad I heard about these guys from another mechanic because they are my go to from now on. Wayne and Niro s Auto Body are old school meaning they are personable, professional and actually care about their customers. There are sketchy auto body shops everywhere around central NJ...but this place is NOT one of them. Wayne is a real gem of a guy. I feel bad for those that don t know about this place and end up somewhere else getting ripped off and conned. Keep it going guys just like always.Service: Body & Trim

It's very rare to get anything free these day, let alone get Free service. And that's what I got from Wayne @ Niro's Body shop. My driver side door needed adjustment so I booked an appt with Wayne. He took my care inside to work on it and after 15 mins or so he told me work was done and there's no charge for the work cuz it only took 10 mins. Where do you hear that from business owner these days?? Wayne wouldn't take the money even though I offered and insisted. I will def refer anyone to Niro's auto body as they're very genuine people. Thanks Wayne.

Would like to thank Charlie,Jim, Wayne, They did an outstanding job on my daughters 2015 Ford Escape the paint was matched so well did not even know which was new paint on the car and when the car was done the engine light and traction control were on they went out of their way to contact a local ford dealer to get the problems with the light on repaired and the work ethic the staff and owner have is something that you don't see today. Any one who need auto body work this is a great auto body shop

Niro's is the only place I will take my cars from now on. Bouncing from one terrible auto body to the next after an already stressful accident, Niro's was the only shining light in what was looking to be an absolute crapshoot. From the very beginning to the very end, Wayne at Niro's was a consistent, reliable, and trustworthy ally. Every step of the way, he was trying to see how he could give us the best deal and keep costs low. He updated us throughout the process and was always available for questions/concerns. Ultimately, I am only recommending Niro's to people from now on, and, again, only taking my cars here until I absolutely cannot. Thank you Wayne and everyone at Niro's for your refreshing and honest business in a world of corrupt auto body shops!

Ended up having a tree fall on my car and I was devastated. The damage was really bad, but after taking it to Niros I'm absolutely amazed! They did an amazing job taking care of what needed to be fixed and also did a great job detailing it.There is no doubt I'll be back here if anything happens to my car again!

Well if you can t tell my headlight is damaged I will never come here again and everyone I know will not be coming to gives me a headlight to put on myself
