My friend recommended me to Robert for transmission and this is my first time. The work took a bit longer than I expected but when I received my car, I was very happy. I've always been very pleased with the friendly and professional service that I receive from Rob. He s honest and up-front about costs and he has always completed the work to my complete satisfaction. Fantastic customer service and brilliant work done to the car. Today, he went above and beyond in my opinion, and without going into details, I can't thank him enough, I would definitely recommend CIM Auto Repair to anyone (and often do). Just a while ago he (Roberto) serviced my car, 2003 Camry LE. It was stopping after start. I came to him with diagnostic codes already in hand and the check engine light was also on. He quickly realized the diagnostic codes had nothing to do with what my car was going through. The problem was the dirty throttle body. He cleaned it up cheaply and my car was running again like a champ. This guy is knowledgeable and very friendly and not someone who would try to rip you off. I definitely would recommend him for your car repairs needs. I'll definitely use him for my next car repair.

Could not have been happier! Amazing customer service, great work! Helped me so much when I was stranded 1000 miles away from home, stayed 2 hours after their closing time to make sure I could get back on the road. Super great people and great work! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
