The best service I experienced, than the other Volvo dealers in NJ. This is a good one. Very friendly, everyone speaks to you. They are eager and willing to help you. They don't push you away to other Volvo dealers. If they don't have it them they will order it, and it usually comes in very fast. I will travel to this one every time. Great job, guys. Awesome Customer Service.

We greatly enjoyed working with Volvo Manasquan. We traded in our older vehicle and the team at Volvo helped get us into our new SUV! We had the pleasure of working with Bill Massa and Joe' Dorazio. Both Bill & Joe were incredible throughout the process. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The level of customer service was top notch. Bill introduced us to everyone at the dealership from Sales, to Tech to Finance and Upper Management. Everyone at the dealership made our family feel welcomed. We appreciate everyone at the dealership that helped get us into our new family car! Looking forward to be a Volvo family for many years to come. Thank you all again!

I could not have been more dissatisfied with the service center at Volvo in Manasquan. I was told the last time the vehicle was in to return before December to have the manufacture maintenance service covered (expired December 10, 2022). Service was completed on November 22 and identified that brake pads are needed. The representative called to review recommended service items and laughed that I missed having the breaks covered by 400 miles. Nearly $1000 in repairs not covered due to being over the mileage. This is admittedly my error not recognizing the hard line with coverage but the vehicle was at their shop four weeks ago to fix an item they failed to repair properly the two previous attempts and there was no mention of nearing the mileage cut off. This service center has failed to complete maintenance repairs properly and also failed to put the customer first with common courtesies.

Working with Volvo of Manasquan is always a pleasure. Their attention to detail is unlike any other dealership I have serviced my car at. Garrett was a pleasure to work with for service and Lori Lima s treatment of customers is above and beyond to anything I have ever experienced.I drive from Hoboken, NJ to get my car serviced at Volvo in Manasquan because you are truly treated like family!Services: Tires, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

Don't waste your time going there; they told me that I've no issue with my Oxygen Sensor yet I was charged for diagnostic fees. Later i had to go to another shop to replace the Oxygen sensor. They sent an estimate to my insurance, however; didn't include the taxes. They will not pick up your phone or answer your emails either. They will tell you that they sent the updated estimate to the insurance but when you ask them to send you the estimate; forget about it. It's best not to go there. Drive a 1000 miles South; North; East or West away from this center. Check out Mike Volvo Clinic. It's in long Island. The best place to make your Volvo's repaired.

Volvo cars of Manasquan made switching into a new Volvo the easiest experience ever. They sourced the exact car that we wanted which was suitable for our family needs. Tony did a fantastic job!!! He went the extra mile to get us top dollar for our trade in. We appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure we did not miss any steps along the way. The car delivery and paperwork were handled seamlessly so credit to the staff. Highly, highly recommend this dealership.

The staff was nothing short of amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Car buying can be stressful, but the staff at Volvo Manasquan made it easy and an overall pleasant/exciting experience. They were extremely helpful and are definitely experts when it comes to customer satisfaction. I love my new car and would recommend anyone looking for a safe/luxury car to go there! Service is always excellent this dealership. The staff are courteous, competent and always willing and ready to help. I have never had a bad experience here, they have always responded to my needs and made me feel valued.

They're like mechanical wizards! I've been taking my 08 s40 here for a few years now and it still drives great. They're fast too. You usually get your car back the same day.

What a pleasure to do business here. My son's older Volvo had an issue and they were great about loaner car and quickly assessing the problem, ordering the parts and getting us back in to repair the car. Communication was clear and notified me every step of the way.

Definitely only 2 places I would bring my car for service; VC automotive in Middletown or Manasquan Volvo. Don't waste your time bringing your Volvo anywhere else. Excellent customer service.Services: Wiper blade installation, BatteryServices: Wiper blade installation, Battery

Working with Ray and Tony was immediately a step up from any dealership I had visited. The prices can t be beat and the no pressure environment provides a comfortable buying experience. Billy was very thorough And knowledgeable explaining the vehicle s Bluetooth and technology components. A great experience all around, highly recommended.

The staff is outstanding in terms of effectiveness and customer service. They keep you constantly informed of what is transpiring with my Volvo. The service technicians take great care to service my XC 70 T6 and solve any minor problem that I have encountered.

Once again, these guys come come through and save the day. Even in a snow storm they were flexible and got me in earlier than my original appointment as a courtesy. Sean always has my back and makes sure I m taken care of. Highly recommend this service department if you re a Volvo owner.

I bought my Volvo here a year ago (my first), but that's not what this review is about. I had a weird noise that I noticed that was randomly happening. It was hard to hear it if you weren't zoned in on it and weren't in the driver's seat. The service department went above and beyond to identify the noise and fix it, even though ended up taking a few days to figure it out. It was something unusual, so I don't fault them for that. They were pleasant and communicative through the whole thing as well. I don't think I have ever had such a great service experience at any dealership ever. Kudos to Sean and the rest of the team for being patient and tearing the car apart to find it and fix it. They really went above and beyond!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris Manrell sold me my new s60 and I really loved the experience. First of all, I love the car itself. I almost exclusively drove BMWs and I was SO surprised how much I loved this Volvo. The t6 model (supercharged and turbo charged) makes for an exciting driving experience. And secondly, Chris made it so easy and fun to buy! He is cool, informative and professional. We hit it off and he made this car buying experience not as stressful as it usually is (at least for me). I recommend this dealer and Chris highly.Also, the owner is a super nice man who took the time to talk with me himself, he really makes you feel at home.

I stopped by over the summer to take a look at the XC60 and see if it was something I d be interested in. Met with Mark Slattery then and he gave me all the details I needed then. I had some time left on my current lease then and came back just the other day. I wasn t expecting to make a decision and had planned on test driving and window shopping but Mark was great. He remembered me from the summer, was able to get me out of my current lease early, went over every details of the XC60 model I was interested in and spent time with me in the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable before I drove it. The entire experience was pleasant and enjoyable. I went to a few other dealerships to test drive other options that day but didn t get the same level of service and professionalism that I experienced at Volvo. Mark got it done, and the whole process was easy, seamless and the best car buying experience I ve had to date. Happy to be part of the Volvo fam & I looooove my truck!!

I highly recommend Volvo of Manasquan. We were in the market for a new XC90. Our Sales Associate Bill Massa was professional, honest, and very helpful. I would highly suggest anybody in the market for a car will visit and ask for Bill. Great guy. You will not be disappointed. We love our new car and will definitely be back.
