I brought in a 17 year old, limited edition vehicle for repair. Thus, the necessary parts were hard to come by. Tim spent a lot of time sourcing what parts were available, and those parts that were not available, were fabricated by the shop. The end result was a complete, nice looking repair at a very reasonable cost. I would not take a vehicle to another shop.

I have used this shop for all my cars over the past 15 years, everything for insurance covered significant deer damage to out-of-my-pocket front end repaint to take care of stone chips and the like on a 20 year old sports car. Just picked up the latter today and could not be happier. Perfect paint match. Looks like the car just rolled off the showroom floor. My main two contacts are Tim (estimator, advisor) and Terri (runs the place). Love working with them.

As co-owner of this business I want to warn potential customers of the posted negative reviews by the Provost family (3 reviews in a row). Not only is the story completely untrue in ALL of its statements, the Manasquan Police were requested and present at the time of delivery of the repaired vehicle as the Provost family tried to steal the vehicle from our lot without paying for repairs the prior day. Please see all other true and positive reviews when deciding whether to use our shop.

These folks are great. They found a very inexpensive solution to problem. I thought I would spend a few hundred $ but they got it done for $40. Honest, friendly, professional, what else could you ask for?

Absolutely horrible. Worst service and staff I ve ever had. I observed the long haired employee BERATE a pregnant woman then aggressively grab her keys. Not only do I NOT recommend this place, I would advise authorities to shut it down. Extremely scary experience and shocked to find the gentleman was not arrested for harassment.

I can't say enough about this shop. They went above and beyond what they were suppose to do for me.I started out with them years ago and then went somewhere else where I got ripped off.I went back to Monmouth and would never go anywhere else.These guys are not only honest but they go the extra mile for their customers.

An employee screamed at my wife, who is 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. He said there was an issue with payment and made her walk home! I went to confront him and he hid behind doors.
