I can t thank the employees enough at Manahawkin Kia. I went in last week with little to no credit needed to trade in a car and get another. My situation was quite complicated but the staff worked hard together and got me in and out quickly, off the lot with a new car that was in my price range! Would like to recommend salesman Joe Bohner!! He was great at explaining the whole process and worked with me through every option to make sure he found something that worked with what I needed. He also made sure to offer coffee and snacks that are available to customers. Even in the rain he stood outside to show me all options and test drive. The finance people were also extremely helpful and kind. Everyone made a hard situation for me comfortable and as painless as can be. Joe even made sure to check up on me to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle! Thank you Joe and the rest of the crew!!!

Walked into the dealership without an appointment and I was greeted immediately by Joe. He was very personable and worked with me to get into the vehicle I wanted. He wasn't pushy or arrogant, especially when it came down the the negotiation part. I did end of leaving but only to compare to other dealerships and vehicles. In the interim, he kept in touch and assured me he was still trying to work on the negotiation part. Eventually, I went back to this dealership because they worked out the best price and trade-in value. Scott was a very personable financial manager who went through everything at closing and answered all questions. Joe was also very thorough with explaining all of the features, tips and tricks to my new vehicle. I love it so far and I recommend this dealership.

This was the 2nd time we bought a car from Manahawkin Kia. Both experiences were great. Our salesman John C was so nice and even came in on his day off to help us. We love our new K5! Chandler Isaksen was very knowledgable about everything Kia! We went to other places but went back to Manahawkin because of his customer service. They are very fortunate to have a guy that takes pride in their product . If anyone goes there ask for Chandler. We went back and purchased the 2024 Telluride. Love it!

The best experience ever! This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. My salesperson each time was Bobby Thomas. He's patient, kind, understanding and passionate about ensuring that you're happy with your purchase. I drove over 60 miles to this dealership and it was certainly worth it. Thank you Bobby! Best car buying experience I ever had. I have bought cars everywhere from the sketchy buy here pay here shops to luxury dealerships in Palm Beach and this was by far the easiest and most seamless experience I ever had. None of the usual shady tricks or having to haggle down your 32% interest rate. Cary Gardner was awesome. Such an enjoyable experience dealing with her and her colleagues. I thought it was too good to be true and once the finance guy comes out he's for sure gonna try selling all the "extras" where they end up making out. But there was none of that. Instead, John came out and was such a nice down to earth guy. You guys have a customer for life. Thanks again Cary and John!

I have bought a few cars in my time and the experience I had at Manahawkin Kia was the best one I have had in a very long time. Although the place was very busy, everyone was still very attentive and genuinely nice. The vehicle I had looked at online was all ready for me to take for a test drive as soon as we arrived. So already the online interaction was very good and responsive. Once there, Adam, who took care of us was extremely nice and helpful during the process but also super knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing, gave us a thorough walkthrough of all the features. We negotiated a bit to get to a place that worked for us financially but it was all very straightforward, didn t feel like those games some dealers play with an elusive manager behind closed doors. Dirk, the manager came right over so we could discuss openly what would work for us and we quickly came to an agreement. Every interaction was a good one - overall highly recommend!

Words would not suffice for how grateful and appreciative I am of this particular dealership. When you enter their facility they are warm and welcoming. It feels like we are family. They are so welcoming and accommodating.The dealership is clean and well-maintained.We have been coming to this dealership for 5 years now. I would not trade them for any other dealership.I find Manahawkin KIA employees to be top-notch compared to other KIA dealerships.They are a pet-friendly facility. Our ferrets felt so comfortable being there they fell asleep.Update: Love the new exterior look & KIA logo!

I contacted the dealer online and set my appointment. I was greeted cordially and introduced to my salesperson Chandler. We discussed what I wanted to buy. Chandler showed me the Telluride I was interested in buying. He introduced me to all of the vehicle s features, both mechanical and explaining the workings of every option on the various touch screens. He did a great job. We took the vehicle for a drive which was very helpful. There was no pressure on me to make a decision. I decided to buy the next day. Finance Manager Darrin was a professional. Within 24 hours I drove the Telluride I wanted out of the dealership. Very happy with my experience and the vehicle.

We went to this dealership and got to work with Chandler on buying a new SUV. Chandler was informative and incredibly personable. He made us feel absolutely comfortable with the entire process. He was patient with us as we peppered him with questions about the car and the financing, always ready with an answer. He made us feel confident in our decision to go ahead with the purchase. Additionally, we met with Darrin (finance) who thoroughly explained the financial process and made sure to get us the best finance options. All together, we were impressed with their professionalism, selection and Chandler. If you visit this dealership, I would recommend Chandler over and over again. He is truly passionate about the cars and you can tell how much he appreciates his customers.

Just had the best car buying experience of my life. Walked into Manahawkin Kia on the most miserable, rainy day with my husband and 2 small children. Bobby welcomed us at the door and directed us to the waiting area complete with coloring books, card games and a big screen tv to make my kids comfortable. This was awesome. Bobby allowed for my husband and I to test drive a new car one at a time. He then brought his computer from his desk into the waiting room and worked with my husband so we could all be together to talk. What excellent customer service from an experienced sales associate. Thank you Bobby for sharing your knowledge, expertise and experience with us. Showing us every feature and detail of our new car and answering every question that we had was truly a great experience.

Chandler Bing was one of the nicest guys I have dealt with in a car dealership in a long time.Usually you feel pressured to buy, and he did not do that with me. He was very patient, understanding and accommodating. He explained any questions I had about the financing, leasing, and the vehicle itself.Chandler, Biing as a young man was amazingly mature. I was VERY impressed by his knowledge about the vehicle I was buying! Not only did he help me to put all my belongings from my old vehicle into my new Kia Sportage X-Liiner, he then explained all the functions to me before I pulled out of the lot.Chandler, Thank you so much for being patient with me and not pushy! They need more car salesman like you instead of the pushy arrogant ones that I have dealt with in my past 50 + years.. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly Technician. He went over what I was having done which was an oil change, tire rotation and tire inflation. My car tires seem to lose inflation in the cold weather. He said it would take about 45 minutes and pretty much that is what it took which was great.They had coffee and snacks for customers which was nice.Siarrah walked me out to my car which was a very friendly gesture. It was only about 20 degrees that day and she had no coat on. Otherwise it was a very good experience and I am a very happy customer of this dealership.

I came in for a full service oil change and told David I only had 1 hour before I had to be home. He said he would do his best. 61 minutes later I was headed home. The service here is always great. He even helped me with signing into google maps on my phone. Thank you David
