Rich DelVecchio is by far the best salesperson I ever dealt with. I had a very specific color combo I wanted and he worked tirelessly to find it for me, which was not an easy task. Rich went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back to Rich when I'm ready to get another Jeep! Thank you again Rich!

Disappointing Service Department and care for customer.I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Promaster Van). After having it for about a month, I realized it was leaking water into the cab in two different spots.I brought the vehicle back for service (it's obviously still under warranty). I explained the issue and where the water was coming in. I provided pictures as well. They told me that 'The Water Dr' would look at the car and assess. After about two days they got back to me with their diagnosis. They told me that they had identified the problem and that it was fixed. They told me that the seal around the sliding door was dirty and needed to be cleaned out and resealed. Note that this car is only a month old and we have driven it locally and maybe put 100 miles on it. So not sure how a brand new door track got so 'dirty'. The other part is that water was pooling behind the driver seat (which is the opposite side of the sliding door). I explained all of this to the service rep when I picked it up but she said it was fixed. I still had my doubts and asked if I could speak with the sales rep who sold us the vehicle, Woody, but she replied with 'he won't know anything about it, so it won't mater.' She wrote me off and had little to no care about fixing my issue. Again, NEW vehicle. This should not be happening.To make matters worse, after the snow we got last night, low and behold, there is water behind the driver seat again, so as I suspected, the issue wasn't fixed. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care and attention I received from Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I will not be bringing the vehicle back to this dealer, and will find another dealership to handle this issue.Needless to say, I am sorry I gave these guys my business.4.11.24 : Added two new pictures of what the latest rain storm did 'AFTER' it was fixed from Manahawkin. Less than 500 miles... this is a brand new vehicle. I understand stuff happens and this is probably a factor issue, but not one call or follow up from Manahawkin to see how they can help. Go to another dealer!!

If I could give a zero star I would. At the beginning was good until after I bought a car from them they promised to pay off all remaining of my old lease and here I m getting a bill for $2500 that I have to pay spoke with the manager and my sales rep and both seem to not care about there customer. Telling me it s out of there hands now. Trying to get back in touch with them is a big effort and for them to return your calls is a big effort never experienced such poor customer service in my life leasing cars and I ve done it for years now. Will never return not even for my free oil changes. Do not go here

He and the team at Manahawkin were truly amazing and helped us in so many ways from finding the perfect vehicle for our budget, to making the paperwork easy and even delivering the new vehicle and swapping out our old one. All around excellent service. I was provided with a loaner car as my repairs took several days. The service staff are always courteous. This visit, Julianna was my "pointguard" Very knowledgeable, kept me informed about repair progress and explained finished repairs clearlyThis service front office is just greatNot sure who did the work but he/she also is to be commended. My car was put to the test this weekend as I attended multiple "Easter Egg Hunts"in several states. smoothe ride like new!

We had a great experience working with Chris in Sales. He was knowledgeable about the Jeep we purchased and he didn't pressure us at all. The dealership didn't use any hidden fees or anything fishy, the price listed was the price they offered which was refreshing to see. I would recommend anyone to stop in for a car here.

I had taken my car here for service and was advised that my serpentine belt needs replacing due to them visually seeing cracks in my belt I was in shock that they had said it needs replacing cause I had just had it replaced 2 months prior to taking my jeep there for this oil change I had asked if they could show me or take a photo of the wear which then after waiting 10 min was told my belt in fact was in good condition and I was recommended based on my vehicles mileage I just wish this dealership would be honest and say that your mileage calls for this replacement and not say they visually saw things that need replacing that they did not see I was also told the engine and cabin air filters and brakes all need replacing due to mileage they never visually checked anything just wrote up a $3,000 doller quote of service and to have a nice day. Really disappointed

We have been doing business with MCDJ dealership since 2008 when I moved south. I bought a few cars for my family, their used inventory has always been very good. They continue to provide a very good experience along with my service needs. Fred is a good guy to work with we've known him for years as well. Bottom line they have been consistent with inventory and service. Mom and Pop vibe.

Prompt and always effective taking the customers needs into service. My only disappointment was they charge me an extra nine dollars for gas when left me with the car that was 7/8 s Loaner car and I returned it with Darn close to that, But they noted that they put 1.9 gallons of fuel in my tank cost me over nine dollars. I initially dropped off the vehicle. I was told that they had forgotten to order the part and it had to be assessed by the service guys prior to ordering it, so it was going to take up to three days to finish, so I did not anticipate being called the next day that it was completely finished already, which I was happy about , But wasn t prepared for that. I will still continue to always use the dealership for service as they are personal and friendly.

Great and easy process told them what vehicle I was interested in and they took it from there. Took in my trade which they gave me a great value for it. Upgraded to newer model with a little bit more features and even delivered it to me with paper and all. Chris was amazing , attended to my needs and wants in what I was looking for in new car . As for as Woody the sales manager what a great man and amazing soul. Definitely the life of the Party over at the dealership . If I see you guys out drinks on me for sure. If your looking for new or certified pre owned vehicle Manahawkin CJDR is thee place !!!!!

My husband Patrick and I met Jim our salesman. He was so nice and courteous. He knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. It was a quick transaction and we were in and out within an hour and a half. The manager there was a delight as well and it was so easy to buy a car here. I ve recently bought out my lease and the sales team from Rich to Mike in finance were all top notch. In and out of the door in less than an hour. Also had work done on my vehicle that day and the service dept were very efficient in fixing and resolving my issues.I recommend this company when looking for a new vehicle. 5 stars.

This dealership renewed my vehicle buying experience. Jim was amazing and the whole team was great. There was no hidden fees or services they were jamming down your throat. The internet price was the price. Their finance guy is great. He zoomed right thru and got us out the door with our truck quickly. The detail team did an amazing job. I honestly can t say enough about how great my experience was. I hope that when you re in the market for a vehicle you check this dealership out.

I had the BEST experience at this dealership! Chris approached my fianc� and I when we were just stopping in to take a look around the lot. Chris was above and beyond informative, helpful, and kind. He gave us a complete walkthrough on everything we were interested in, and was extremely patient. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed or pressured. I decided on a used 2020 Wrangler, and I have to say they made the entire experience absolutely seamless. Chris and the team handled everything, and I mean everything. They even took over the payments for my Volkswagen which I still owed a lot of money on, and made the entire transition so easy. The entire process was so quick and painless. But for the time we were there we were all laughing and cracking jokes. The whole team was getting in on it. Truly a personal and warm experience. On my way out, I believe it was the manager ran over to me and gave me a little parting gift for my Jeep. Just a small accessory, but it was the cherry on top. Chris and the team there made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. My fianc� and I are taking the 2 hour trip back down there today so she can get herself a new Jeep with Chris s help! Thank you Chris and the team! You are the best! I just leased my third Grand Cherokee from Manahawkin Jeep. I have another Jeep dealer much closer to where I live but I drive the 45 mins to Manahawkin because I like them so much. Erik is my salesman and I feel well taken care of - he is personable and kind and takes the time to answer my questions. I never feel rushed or pressured. He keeps it real and gives me his honest opinion based on his experience and my lifestyle. I m loving my new Grand Cherokee and will be coming back in 3 years for the next lease!

The most ridiculous and unprofessional establishment on R-72. Everyone here is unintelligent and sketchy. Brought my car in for Service Engine notification on my dash. After a month-long wait for a courtesy car, I finally got my appointment. I was told it would be several days before the technician even got a chance to look at my car, but to my surprise I got a call the next day that my battery was dead in their garage and that I needed a new one. I consented because what are you going to do? I picked up my car later on after they performed a software update and I was good to go Until my check engine light came on again two days after! I called to let them know and they rudely asked if I wanted to stop by so they could read the codes. I stopped by the next day and they said Sorry, they didn t fix the issue. It s a code to do with your thermostat. Here s a price quote. We are booking courtesy cars a month in advance. So I was told I would be called by service manager Julianna if anything opened up sooner. Apparently it did not. Eventually I called Service Manager Fred who apologized for the inconvenience and confusion, and told me that the Service Engine light had nothing to do with the codes the staff quoted me for. Instead it was to do with an emissions service recall that I have been on a waitlist for a literal year for. Fred told me he would put the parts on a rush order for me, and would personally call me. Weeks go by and I hear nothing. Whilst waiting, more things begin to go wrong with my car. Half a dozen times I ran into a locked break pedal that would not allow my car to start. Suddenly my sound system (while still working just fine) was reading unavailable. One night after trying for an hour to start my car, I call and ask for Fred who was not there, and did not return my call even after I explained my desperate situation. Probably hiding because he knew he lied to me about my recall. Eventually, I get my car in there and explain my issues with the car not starting and nearly having to have it towed there. I explained that the technician that came out to try and get the car started had cleared the codes, so they would need to check everything and try to find what was wrong. After a week Julianna calls me to say There is nothing wrong except we found that the hood release is broken, and so there is dash notification saying the hood is open. We will drive it for a few more days to see if we can get the issue to repeat. I will call you in the next few days. She didn t ever call me. I called HER a week and a half later to ask for a price quote on the hood release cables. I was quoted $600 for something that was not broken when I brought my vehicle in. Julianna offered me 10% off for all of the trouble. The effort was there at least, however knowing I can fix the cable issue myself for literally $50 I finally just went to get my car out of there. Two and a half weeks for them to not find a single thing. The worst part is, when I got home, I checked my hood release cables and found them perfectly fine. No replacement needed and NO DASH NOTIFICATION for an open hood. Not surprising since I had been lied to and disregarded since the first time I took my vehicle here. So, yeah. They had my car there for two and a half weeks and tried to charge me $600 for hood cables I did not actually need. Be SO careful if you have to have your car serviced here. Go literally anywhere else, it s not worth it.
