My experience with Causeway Honda was very positive. The staff was very professional and the necessary services (oil change, 15,000 mile inspection) was done in a timely fashion.. In fact, I arrived early and it appeared that they accepted my car immediately. I suspect that this will continue, and I plan to use this dealership again soon.I appreciate that before work was slated, I was briefed concerning the repairs, options and costs so that we can make informed decision.

Chloe was amazing from my check-in until I left. I had some questions regarding my vehicle as my salesperson wasn't in on this day and Chloe went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I asked her to follow-up with my original salesperson; Danielle, regarding some questions I had for after factory-installed upgrades to my vehicle. She made an appointment for my next service appointment as I purchased an "extensive" warranty which I highly suggest most customers do! I love my Honda HRV! I love my salesperson, Danielle! I appreciate the service department as well. I waited for my routine oil change, however, they look over your vehicle 12 points inspection to make sure your vehicle is safe and sound!

Kristin is great!!!!!! She s always have a great attitude, always smiling and knowledgeable. I been dealing with her for over a year now since we got the car and she done an excellent job for us all the time. Its always a pleasure seeing Kristin every time we go in for service.

We had a tire blowout on the parkway- and needed the tire replaced. Thankfully, We had chosen to add the service plan which includes road hazard damage. We brought the car in- and in an hour and a half picked it up - seamlessly- with a new tire- and the oil changed. NO Additional charge. As always, the crew at Causeway Honda was friendly and reassuring. So glad we bought here!

Brought in my 2015 HFP Accord - a rare car that I typically do a lot of the work myself on. Had an issue with a short circuit and wanted to get the 100k / 7yr timing belt service done (a service most regular mechanic shops are not comfortable doing). Amanda helped get me into the shop quick and the techs made everything go smoothly and kept me updated the whole time. The GM Ken was also very nice and showed care for my car. Definitely recommend going here especially if you are one to worry about bringing your car to a dealer for work.

The overall buying experience was a good one due to my sales rep, Jack. Even though there was no inventory for the model I wanted (2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring) we negotiated a reasonable price for my new car and trade-in of my older CRV. I was kept apprised of the build status & approximate delivery date of my vehicle during the 6-8 week window and it was delivered in the expected timeframe.The car ride is smooth, quiet and comfortable. The interior and exterior appointments are top quality and I m very happy with my purchase and the dealership overall.

Kristen is wonderful! But, however, it's no longer a free oil change. Charging for oil disposal on every FREE oil change is just making Causeway a lot of money. I thought you recycle your oil?

I brought my Honda Civic in for an oil charge and a price quote for new tires, Amanda was my service rep. She was a pleasre to work with and sent me a tire price quote very promply, Although I declined purchasing the tires, the oil change was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Low pressure and pleasant experience.

The customer service at Causeway is horrible. We were passed to three different sales people and Ken, the sales manager is arrogant and condescending. He treated us like we were stupid and wanted to educate us . We will take our business elsewhere to purchase a vehicle rather than be treated so poorly!After receiving this review the dealership management reached out to us and we proceeded with a purchase of a car. We have bought many cars in our lifetime and this has been the worst experience. We gave dealership a check and they assured us it would not be cashed until funds were transferred and their finance department deposited next business day they chose to deposit after reassuring us several times they would wait until we contacted them maybe two business days. We incurred the bank fees with no return phone calls from dealership to rectify situation.

After some rude sales attempts, my wife & I left the showroom. Then I received a phone call with a request to make a deal with the manager. After a short negotiation a deal was made. We returned with a post dated check. We would inform them when funds cleared. Needless to say the check was deposited, twice. We NEVER told Honda to cash our check. These bumps were the larger ones we experienced. Then smaller bumps just made the whole transaction awful.

My Honda Accord had 120K and the dreaded engine light indicated a service was required. It was the turbo. The Accord had no other repairs besides standard maintenance since I bought it new. The repair was explained showing me the computer test information so that there was no doubt of it being the problem. The car was in and out in a day. Fast forward several months later and the car went on limp mode with a completely different set of problems, so I thought. Causeway Honda said it was the turbo just installed. They proceeded to replace it at no charge and test every other conceivable problem free of charge and a prompt return of my fully operational transportation. Knowing that I wasn't charge for a bunch of diagnostic tests and other repairs that wasn't required speaks volumes of Causeway Honda's honesty and integrity within the Service Department Team. The cost of a new vehicle is higher like everything else today. Knowing you can have your vehicle you normally would have replaced with new one serviced for a few months of a car payment is all that can be asked for in today's challenging environment. Thanks again Service Advisor Kristin Falk for an excellent job. I will purchase my next vehicle with Causeway knowing that even after 120K miles you are valued as a customer and treated like you just bought the car two days ago. I couldn't ask for more of a friendly and fair experience from a local dealership.

I had an amazing experience starting from the initial inquiry to ending at the final purchase! Normally, I dread the car buying experience, but this was a completely different experience that I was not expecting. They were kind, friendly, accommodating, and had us in and out within 3 hours. Samantha Cesario was the best, and I am so so so glad that we got to work with her. She was genuinely such a sweetheart and made us feel right at home while sitting at her desk. I 100% believe she deserves a raise! I would recommend Causeway Honda to anybody! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Excellent service. My headlight lenses over time became very dull and cloudy which diminished the lights effectiveness and was a potential safety issue. The service team recommended that they resurface the lenses. I agreed to move forward with the work and it was completed quickly and the headlights are clear and bright as new. The cost of this repair was very reasonable.Very happy I made the decision to purchase my vehicle and continue to have it serviced at Causeway Honda.

My experience was just OK. I ended up getting the car I wanted and trading out of my previous lease with no problems. I give 3 stars because it was just a very impersonal experience. It was just all about making the sale and that s exactly what it felt like. I ended up paying way more then what I would have at Burns Honda but their shipment of Pilots was behind for awhile so that s how I ended up here at CauseWay. Untimely it was a smooth transaction but I just hate feeling like I was taken advantage of at the end of the day. Anywho, my sales person and the finance guy were both pleasant but a bit pushy especially when it came time for the add ons of warranties. So in conclusion, yes I believe they can get the job done, but you may end up paying very high mark up cost then other Honda dealerships and you may be paying more then you want a month if you give in to pushy tactics for add ons with warranties as I did. Again, very much happy with my brand new Pilot just wish I did transaction elsewhere in my opinion.
