This location is bigger than the club near me. It is set back off the main road. They have good hours. There is a lot of handicapped parking and they have rechargeable electric scooters that handicapped people can use to get around the store and shop. They have most products in stock. Very few empty shelf spaces.

I refuse to use self checkout and the Manahawkin is all S.C. except for one lane. The cashier was extremely busy a lady who had two full carts. The cashier told us to go to S.C. one of the three at the desk will check you out.Two were very rude ,one with purple hair was on her phone texting the whole time and the stocky dark hair lady who scanned our items was pissed and threw our items around in the cart. As we were leaving she was making off beat comments.I will be filing a complaint with the the store manager and corporate offices, long time customers who will not be back.

Nice clean place to shop. Good prices. Inexpensive mattresses. Would recommend to everyone to get a membership when they have the $25 deal/ mailer going on!!

Good place to shop if your looking for bulk items. Different varieties then other leading wholesale club. With the price of groceries today, It s worth it to buy a membership if your looking to save $$$$ and can utilize products before they expire. Good value!!!

If you ever have to go to the delivery counter, expect to have 30min set aside. The absolute slowest working group of people I have ever seen. Been this was for months and months. Just brutal. Always 2-3 people back there and only one person actually working. Just a shame.

I really like this store! But I can no longer go near the fresh Chicken section it s instant gag for me. They definitely do not clean the meat cases as often as needed this has been going on for some time. Before the Stafford store opened I would travel south to the next nearest store. Hope they pay attention soon to this major issue no way the workers that pack them can t smell how bad they are.

I returned food items i purchased few days ago, at bjs and customer service was very rude telling me amd she kept telling me that i am throwing food away. No BJs policy she said is that they have to throw food away. She even called managaer and he told her that she has to issue me refund, but he also said when i asked him why they throw food away that theu dont know how long its been out from the fridge. When i said why dont they donate to food kitchen for homeless, manager told me that i should have done that.I feel that he should not be a manager for Bjs. Tp talk back at customer like that. Whenever we returned items to Costco doesnt matter if the fruit is bad or good or some items that belong to fridge i never heard attitude from workers lie i did today at Bjs.So when you return shirt that is too small for you or too big Macys and other stores should say donate instead of return for your money you paid. Amd he also yold me when i said well i purchased more food for my party half people didnt show up i don t need all this food, he said Bjs also spends too much money for their items. I have 30 days to return if i need to i returmed within 5 days. Thats discrimination towards custo.ers and those 2 should noy hold positions they are holding. Cashier 419364. Date 01/05/2023 transcation 9361.Take a look for yourself. Cameras too

I prefer BJs Wholesale over Costco..Any day. This club is organized, clean and i love that aisles are numbered & detailed where Costco is just pure confusion & clutter. But this bjs club has the worst management. Or whoever is in charge of stock needs a different career path. There is ALWAYS an issue with keeping the store stocked. It's becoming a nuisance to deal with. It's not free to be a member so I expect the store to do their part.

Good store. We are Shaping there for years we never ever experience any problems at all with this Wearhouse Store. we love it. but today I did forget our membership card . So I went to the costumer service for help and this Asian lady behind the counter who serve as the costumer service refused to help and she become so rude. , so arrogant beyond imagination. In stead to help me and look on computer data base for my membership status and provide temporary card she start arguing in very arrogant way. . Shame for this store to hired someone who is not qualified at all to deal with costumers in more polite way..

I belong to Costco, Sam's Club, and today joined BJ's because it's also local to where we live. We walked around the warehouse checking everything out to see what they carry. I'm so not impressed. To top it off, I tried purchasing some Dak Ham that was supposed to have an instant coupon that automatically comes off at the register. That didn't happen. They said I could wait while they walked back to where the ham was to check the signage. Really???!!! To top it off, the return policy is only 90 days (30 days for electronics) with a receipt for your money back. (Costco is 90 days for electronic items and indefinite for all other items) Even though BJ's has the purchasing record in their system, they will only issue a store credit without the paper receipt. I left the ham with the cashier and walked out with only 2 items. When we got home, we removed the "auto renewal" online. Can we get our money back on the membership since we don't like shopping here??? When we got the membership, the clerk was trying to make it sound like they were better than Costco for many reasons. I can honestly say these 2 warehouse clubs aren't even in the same league. Costco all the way!!!

Deli 7 people deep one person cutting and serving and 2 employees cleaning so they can get out of there. Horrible version of customer service. Never again at this deli

Seemed like they rearranged some of the aisles since I last been there. This made it take a little longer to find some things but I was fine with it. The wait for the deli was a little longer than normal and was not that busy so not sure why but I was ok with it because sometimes these things happen for whatever reason. Anyways I have never really had any issues at this store that I can remember so that's a good thing and will continue to shop at this location!

Don't bother with free turkey gimmick, not worth jumping through hoops to get a free turkey, you have to buy $100 of select items on a single transaction on top of having a free turkey coupon. Poor management. Spend a lot of money only to be denied thirty item. No longer doing business and I hope others see their dishonest business practices. They couldn't even fix the problem and I basically felt like I wasn't a valued customer.

I loved the selection of products and how everything was clearly marked. The associates were helpful in recommending products and at the self checkout when I ran into issues the associate was there before I could flag someone down. Will definitely return!

I like shopping here, but you really need to know your prices from store to store because sometimes their prices are a little higher. My recommendation would be to just educate yourself before you go here so you can compare prices or you can just simply Google it when you get there.

An associate named by Debbie T. harassed myself and my family during checkout. Prior to us, she approached a customer purchasing more than the allotted amount for toilet paper and the customer shrugged it off and walked away. She then accused us of manipulating the BJs membership to purchase more than our allotted amount. I did not have my membership card on my person and we used the same card from my mother in law to make 2 separate purchases for 2 separate households. Mind you, she didnt harass the customer with the extra toilet paper but she made me go to member services in the middle of my $400.00 purchase to prove I have a separate membership which I did and she "let" me continue my purchase. She then threatened to cancel my purchase and said I could not be allowed to shop there. I understand its stressful times but is this how BJs treats their loyal customers? They have lost me as a customer and I will take my business as well as my fellow constituents elsewhere. This is horrid behavior and unacceptable from a customer service point of view. It may even seem a bit racist to me because of my asian complexion yet the previous customer was caucasian. And she made us wait longer during trouble scanning items. Terrible!!!

Went to BJ S this morning, seeing long check out line all the way back to the bread. I was thinking oh lord what are we doing here. Well after getting into the line I have to tell you they had everything so organized we were in that line & checked out in less than 20 minutes. All employees very helpful, all wearing gloves and organized. Thank you Bj s employees for making it so easy to get in & out quickly.

Place is nice however the people that shop here some not all can be racist. I ve had a few experiences and it s very hard to say anything to someone because then you have to be that person the workers have told me multiple time they can t do anything.

This BJs is a hidden jewel. It has the same merchandise as other BJs - roughly similar to what Costco offer, but I think a wider selection - but the things that make it stand out are that it typically isn't as busy as the local Costco and they seem to have more employees on the floor. Great BJs location, definitely worth the membership cost.

Amid a global and local pandemic, they have managed to stay professional and calm with their customers as store shelves are left empty. Their deli may be lacking, but their selection is good and worth their value at a fair market price.

Big ceilings and lots of room to move around if anyone is a giant, but the lights got that vglare I loathe so best keep the glasses on. Great low prices makes me say "I need that giant box of Earl Grey and wall of salmon" but at other times I notice things are not as they appear. It's good if you have a plan and can get in and out, I'm not a member but did accompany somebody who was just so I could have a wall of salmon.

Deli people are not the most personable. Rather pay extra at shoprite. They Need better equipment for them or training. Going to Costco s.

Deli takes forrrr...ever, half star and that is only if the store is empty and no line. Lucky if you can find a shopping cart. Apparently no employee can collect carts .
