We have been repeat customers of Venusti Autobody for several years. Their level of customer service and quality of work continues to please, hence why we are repeat customers. Our latest repair went quickly and flawlessly and my car looks brand new. Venusti recently repaired our car after it was rear ended. Thank you John for a great job. They advocated for us with the insurance company and after repairing our car we would never know it was damaged. We were referred over to Venusti Auto Body by our mechanics of over 30 years (Bergen Tire in Mahwah). We met directly with John Vella, who was courteous, professional and very easy going. We experienced the most painless process imaginable. 4 days later we picked up our car and it looked brand new. Excellent work, quality service and right on time as promised. This auto body shop was recommended by our mechanic, Bergen Tire in Mahwah, a family business we've been going to for 7 years. They were absolutely right and we're glad we took their advice. John Venusti is a wonderful man who does quality work and is fair and honest. He went over and above for us and we appreciate it so much. It's the only place we'd consider if we have to do it again. I went to get an estimate on my car. i walked into the office and no one was there, so i knocked on the door and called. the workers saw me, and ignored me. i went to my car to leave, and there was someone standing in front of my car. i said hello repeatedly, only for him to SHUSH me, and close the garage in my face. so unprofessional and rude, will NEVER get my business, not even if it s the last place on earth. i m still shocked and deeply disturbed.

Brought my car here to compare price to the "brand certified" shop for repairing a bumper and rocker panel. John came in nearly 50% below the other shop. He finished my car on schedule at the quoted price and it looks great. Highly recommended.

I came to pick my car up here after it being impounded by the police. Long story short the guy in the office was rude to me. He tried to argue me that my car had been there since the 19th so it was going to be $275 I told him that he called me and told me it was $237 just yesterday, for one he said "Well I don't care what you say that's the price" & he said "You didn't call me yesterday" as if I was lying when actually HE called me & I had the call log to prove. He ended up being wrong anyways! And I was right. He just was so rude about it.

***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE***My wife brought her E350 here to have the bumper replaced.After my wife had picked up the car. I realized shortly after, it was the same bumper and they had just tried to repair it and said they replaced it!I called them and they said someone else must have hit it again.Do not bring here! Go were ur insurance company says to go!

The owner is a nice guy who really tries to help. Customer service and satisfaction are important to him and his shop. As long as you communicate what you want, you will be a happy customer. I recommend Venusti Auto Body.

Because at my point of view nothing is perfect that's why i give this shop 4 stars but they are a lot 10 stars in reality.. very nice and smooth transaction and the best work done to 2014 grand Cherokee.

The only person (John) the manager who actually looked under my truck for additional damage. And found some, before writing an estimate. Didn't have truck fixed yet but will probably use them.
