I was broke down in Delaware , not sure what the problem was. I called Red Dot , they were there quickly and went above and beyond what they needed to do. "Tuck" and his boss where genuinely concerned and wanted to get me back on the road. "If you have a broken truck.....dont hesitate to call Tuck" at Red Dot Truck Services.

A few days ago we broke down with a major mechanical problem. We were really badly taken and unable to continue our journey. We then had the pleasure of being put in contact with this extraordinary company! They were able to sort out our problem and we were able to get back on the road to join our family in Quebec for Easter. Exceptional service, reassuring and incredible kindness! Extremely overcharged. Would never use them anymore, the same is not recommend. One tire with not a good brand cost me $1004. To much guys, wake up!

I needed the truck fuel filters changed . Ran outta fuel. Called at 7am. Response was phenomenal. In 45 minutes the service showed up. Had me going in 30 minutes. As far as prices they were upfront. When help is needed money is secondary! Speed, friendly, and precision! All were achieved! Thank you forever grateful!

Wendell is a great mechanic. When we call him he shows up in a timely fashion. Prices are very fair. Really nice guy.I highly recommend.

Had one of our drivers pull over on side of road due to a couple of the studs on tire breaking. The mechanic went out when they opened at 7am which a positive he was prompt and it only went negative after that. Because our driver drove so long it ended up causing issue to the the hub on the next tire. The mechanic saw this and quoted 1875 of a price he completed the work in 3 hours and then we got a bill for just under 2400$. 750$ being labor. Seriously 250$ for labor. That is robbery & ridiculous. Are you forgetting that when you screw people out of money they DONT come back and we won t be. Not to mention my husband had told the lady the actual price of certain parts and her reply was sir that s if you picked them up. Yes we have them here but obviously we are going to mark it all up. One of the parts for example marked up 75$. This place is a joke and will take advantage where they can. Of course they have to treat some nicely but where they can see a spot to take advantage I can see that they do for sure. Your company should be ashamed of yourself. Karma will for sure come your way some day.

These guys are the most expensive in the area. staff is very unprofessional. if you try to negotiate the price, they keep asking for more. they charged my company money, and then took off the tires, and ask for double the money to put them back on. be careful when choosing their servicesService: TiresService: Tires

Very quick and professional service. These guys rock. I had a flat 3rd of July at night and enjoyed the friendly service. I was broke, but this guy, Frank, worked with me. I know experiences differ and mine was great, thank you.

The gentleman who works in the service told me to come to the shop and that they will start working on my truck. I waited four hours for them to accept me, when I called them, they told him that I had to wait another hour. Unprofessional at the highest level.

They give you one price over the phone and you pay up front. Then they jack it up when they get there.They will hang up on you.The guy stole my part and didn't even fix my truck. Very poor excuse for a business.They should be reported to the BBB. They are true scammer. They will be found out . And they won't be in business much longer. Any so call company do what they did to us.This place is not a business. Bunch of crooks.Liars

Charged us 150. road service then I was told the extra hour of labor charge at 125.00 an hour was because they had to drive to us and pay a toll, so we were charged for 2 hours instead of the 30 minutes they actually spent putting the hose on the truck. The 12 gallons of anti freeze was 27.99 a gal. The small hose they cut off cost 80.00. They left little room for doubt that they know how to gouge you hard. I did complain and it upset them. The guy on the phone was a bit upset that I complained. But the lady in the back ground seemed to be very upset cause I could hear her through the phone. Look I'm all for making a living., but cheating people by gouging is not okay. I would not recommend them if you want good honest and reasonable help. To their defense they will show up. But, you will pay for that one way or another. Our company will not use them again nor the company we contract with. I will let our other trucking friends know as well. Remember there are other choices and using RedDot could cost you more than you expect or at least at the one in Delaware.

Had one of our drivers call for road service, $325. For a remove and replace of tire ,when it's our tire is simply outrageous! Ripoff beware! !Follow up to prior ,Three years later Reddot writes back a review trying to back peddle and save face by stating it was a 3 am road call which was simply not the case.It was during normal business hours of 8:30 am at the Sloatsburg tandem area when we pulled in and you were already doing a repair on someone else's truck.Told our driver it would be $150.then when.done tells the driver its $325 ,Typical switch and bait tactic.Did not even need to mount the tire we provided as it was already mounted on a spare rim,you guys are a joke!Buyer beware to anyone who has any work done by this subpar business.This company preys on people and are a stain on the mobile repair services out there that do the right thing .

I have been going to Red dot for my truck repairs; I took my truck in because my truck was making loud and strange noises on the road. They were able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day, without a prior appointment. My truck is running super and I will definitely go back for any future repairs. The price was also reasonable.

Do not use their road service!!! These people will rip you off!! My truck was shutting off on the road. I called them and they took me for my money. When I called to set up the service call they told me it would be $250 for them to come out and he needed to authorize my credit card for $500 and I agreed. I gave him my card info and he tried to authorize it for $1000. I imagine this is because he assumed it was a battery issue even though I explained that it would shut off and turn back on which proves it could not be the battery.When the techs arrived they would not work because my card was declining. I figured my card was declining for a fraud alert not realizing at the time that he was trying to authorize for double that amount (Found out about that the following day) so I gave him another card and he authorized it for $500.This is where it gets fun. The techs tried hooking up batteries and none of them would solve the problem. One of the techs realized that it was the starter cable. He put a zip tie on it and the truck turned on. They never even replaced the cable. I signed their paperwork and they left. Not even a block down the road the truck shut off again.I immediately called them back to resend the techs and he refused because it was late. He said I can go to his shop in the morning and he will fix it for free. (Hardly free if you charge me over $400 and I end up having to wait anyway.) If you know trucking you know a starter cable cost almost nothing to replace, so I said "I am paying for a service so I can keep moving and I am still down."You don't offer to fix a problem for "free" unless you know you did not provide a good service in the first place. We were up and running just long enough to sign his paperwork. He still feels like that is a wonderful service if you ask him. Maybe we have different definitions of the word wonderful. Maybe his definition includes capital letters and name calling. The truth doesn't need defending and these guys cannot stand on truth.I never even right reviews even if the experience was not the best. This was so horrible I could not let this go down without sharing this story.After a lengthy conversation he said he would release the authorization so my card would not get charged. I agreed.The next day I noticed he captured the transaction and kept the money. When I comfronted him about it he cursed me out and would not answer the phone anymore.He charged me $420 for doing nothing. Service call was $250 and I still to this moment do not no what else they feel they charged me for. Maybe it was a $170 zip tie that didn't work.I spent the night in the freezing rain trying to change a cable that I did not have the proper tools for. Luckily I was able to fix it myself.You are better off waiting until the morning than dealing with these guys.Reddot is the worst experience I have ever had with a road service.I guess you will say I paid for a temporary fix on a starter cable also.Please respond to this reddot!!!Please justify screwing me for future readers!!Please point out where I lied!!Call Joe with Action transport and logistics. I will take my own time to tell you personally why you should not use them!! That should put into perspective how much I detest this company!!Shame on you reddot!!!YOU SUCK!!!

I would most definitely recommend his truck service. Wendell worked extremely hard to get my tractor up and running. Was very knowledgeable and full of resources. I felt like he was a good honest guy, people like him are hard to come by.

Eagle Cargo Express out of Miami, this company give quick service and know what they are doing. When ever im in that area and have a problem wit my truck trust Reddot will be getting my call, I know I will be well taken care of. 10 stars if they had it. Keep up da good work Reddot.

I used their services and was very surprised and pleased with not only their professionalism, but also how prompt the service was and how knowledgeable their mechanics were my drivers truck was repaired and he was back on the road within the hour... I strongly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs...

Hey great job guys .... I had called another company because my truck wouldn't start on the side of the highway.. All they wanted to do was TOW me for big money.. Reddot came and found the problem quickly all it was, was a wire to starter.. ThanksHighly recommend you give them a try... And see for yourself

A customer of ours had a blown tire it was out of our area we contacted Red Dot who got right on, very fast, prompt service they had all kinds of tires in stock that fit any company's budget.Thank you

No shop they say they do, but worked on one of my trucks along side the road. Didn't have any parts and was over charged for a temporary repair. Nice Response but I Paid Comcheck. Stop Trying to cover up.

They have a very poor customer service, when you speak to them over the phone they give you a price and once they arrive to the place they switch the prive and don t bring the parts that you need in order to charge you more money!!! Highly NOT RECOMMENDABLE...

This place is the best! I have been in this business for 40 yesrs, and this is the best job I have ever seen for a wheel seal on a difficult enclosed car trailer.Highly recommended.

These people are a JOKE,,,,,My driver is 1/4 mile up the road from their shop,,they wont go to him to replace a brake chamber,,,because it's RAINING ,,,that right RAINING out,,I told them my driver will bring the truck to their place,,,but they told me because its raining we would have to wait until it stops,,either later today or tomorrow, what a bunch of jokers,,dont waster your time with outfit.....

Very bad experience they guarantee batteries for a year and after a few months mines need it to be replace.They did not change them like they told me when a bought them i wouldn't trust them to have any work done they lied to people.
