Absolutely not recommended. When a good and repeat customer is told that there will be a slight delay in getting specific optional parts for a brand new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport that was purchased only 1 week earlier at Ramsey Subaru due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, that is completely understandable. When a customer is still waiting after 30 days for those same parts with zero communication from the dealer, that is not what I call a 5-STAR Ramsey Subaru experience. I will shop for the parts and professional installation elsewhere. Never again.

Shipping was fast i got my item in 3 days .But when i receive the item the driver side front window deflector has a little crack on the corner when i received it.i wish the quality assurance was better before they shipped it since the shipping box didn t have any visible damage on it. Would of giving it 5 stars if it wasn t for that issue.

Ordered a few times to fix and upgrade my 2006 Subaru Outback. Very impressed with parts in their stock and an ease of ordering parts online. Calls into their Part department is taken care of promptly and my orders updated. Price is fair and cheaper than my local dealership 5 minutes away from my house. Fast shipping and delivery.

My first experience with The Ramsey Subaru Parts department was great. The gentleman was very knowledgeable of the roof rack that would fit my exact model. He said if I wanted I could order online and save a little cash. He gave me the part number to order which I did and it was at my house on the weekend. I put them on immediately and have driven about 50 miles so far and they are on tight. My kayak will be the next test once I have a little more faith in them. Great Service!

One part was back-ordered. Ramsey canceled that order at my request on shipped the available item immediately. They also refunded me immediately.

Great place to buy factory parts at a great price.They will treat you like a VIP customer. FAST SHIPPING!!! Even have a problem with one of my order. They replaced it the next day and shipped it. Will definitively do business there again!Thank You Ramsey SUBARU!

The online purchasing process was efficient and quick. A few quirks though- product purchased was from dealership online since the dealership was going to be installing-I wanted the item to be delivered to them. $25 delivery fee delivery to my home-$9.99 product was in stock at the Ramsey dealership

Because Subaru didn't provide a coin/change holder for the center console of my 2021 Forester (shame on Subaru) I needed to order one. The coin holder was ordered through Ramsey Subaru and the person who helped me immensely was Alex. He was wonderful!!! Every time there was a delay in shipping the coin holder Alex reached out to me to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to order through Ramsey Subaru and Alex again!!!!

Their customer service is excellent! Placed and order at night and it was shipped next morning. Also, I ordered the wrong part and Alex was able to correct it for me before it shipped. Would recommend them to everyone.

Parts department is a scam . Advertised prices are not valid. Extreme handling prices will be added!!!! Avoid this place, they are just wasting peoples time, order parts from EBay or Amazon to save big money!

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago online. Never handed to ups . No response to 2 emails. Finally had time in middle of work to call , was told my order was put to side and forgot about. Was told getting shipped out today priority let's hope they dont forget again.

Best deals out of all the Subaru dealers around. My grill only costed me 220, when the other dealers wanted 300 or more! Have bought parts here before, and will continue to.

Not happy with Ramsey subaru. They sent me the wrong part. I sent all my info on my vehicle and they sent me a part the didnt fit.
