Mike O'Neil and his technicians are awesome!!! Very thorough, great at troubleshooting, fairly priced and very professional. From general service, repairs to modifications, they do it all and they do it well. I ve been taking my cars to North East Motorsport for over 13 years now and they are the only ones I trust with my cars from my race car, special interest cars and family cars.

My car is an older BMW and it had a couple of issues that I preferred taking it to a placed that specializes in BMW. I did some research and Northeast Motorsports popped up. They are a class operation that treats you with respect - Jack is great! They did the work in a timely manner and were very fair on the pricing (they didn't gouge you like they do at the dealerships). I will be bringing my car back for additional work when it is needed. Highly recommended!

I was taking my BMW to a local mechanic for basic jobs like oil changes, blown coolant hoses and once a replacement of both rear shocks. In the meantime over the years, I was dripping oil from somewhere at the engine area and it was either from oil pan gasket or the oil filter housing gasket. Either way, these were bigger jobs and I was not comfortable having this type of work done by anyone not really qualified. I decided not to use the BMW dealer due to really high prices (and I did not even check what they charge) and I don't feel you are told the truth about things. I know things are twisted a bit to maximize profit and although I have a BMW, I don't believe in spending unnecessary money if I don't need to. After an extensive search on Google, I found Northeast MotorSports. I decided to do an initial checkup of the car in its entirety first considering its age and then I would decide what really is priority and then what's nice to do thereafter. The oil leak was tough to diagnose because it was all over the place so we decided to start at the top first which meant the oil filter housing gasket (the cylinder head gasket was fine). Needed a fuel filter, a new oil level sensor, an inappropriately installed boot at one of the shocks and new tires which were down to almost minimal treads to drive the car. Drop off was easy over the weekend and left the key. And I was in no rush for the car so there was no deadline to get it back. Mike and Jack both communicated with me about the car on several occasions. What you see and get is the best service, honesty, genuine BMW parts or BMW approved oil and lubricants and quality work beyond what a dealership repair shop would give you. You also get years of extensive knowledge. The garage which is large was clean, organized and they had all the systems that BMW would have. Any BMW/MINI can be serviced there. And because tires are not sold there, I purchased them from TireRack, had them shipped directly to the shop and they handled the mounting and balancing. I am very pleased with my decision to use Northeast MotorSports and knew my car was in good hands. Yes, the hourly rate is higher than a generic car shop, but when you consider the expertise needed and the knowledge and troubleshooting experience, it's worth the extra expense. I've learned this over the years. Sometimes you can get away with shortcuts and sometimes you pay more when it's not done right. Everything here was done right and I plan to bring my car here again if I need to. Mike and Jack are great guys, honest and know and talk BMW's. I was not paid for this review but I will say you should use and trust Northeast MotorSports with your BMW/MINI. I don't think you will be disappointed, you will be happy, at ease and confident that your car will run at its best!!!! Thank you Mike and Jack!!!

Jack and Mike are the best. After purchasing a 15 year stored 1995 850ci we were stuck looking for someone who would bring it back to life and getting running again. After a recommendation from another BMW shop we contacted them and it s been nothing but the best experience since then. Honest, strait forward and honest pricing has made me a client for ever. I have a 2003 BMW 760li. Not an easy car to work on, or find parts for. The staff at Northeast MotorSports took care of my car with above average professionalism. They treated me like family. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Clean shop, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and high quality work! I would highly recommend Northeast MotorSports to all serious BWM owners. They helped with PPI for my E92 M3 back in 2016 and the car is still running strong today. They were my exclusive go-to shop before I moved away but I definitely want to visit again when I get the chance. Thank you for the awesome work that you have done for my car and the community too!

While I lived in Bergen county, I needed a place to service my BMW car, so a friend recommended Northeast MotorSports. The shop was a revelation. The technical competence immediately apparent in discussions with staff, the quality of work done, and the advice and knowledge imparted. I used this shop for 3 or 4 years, and unlike any other shop I have used for the various brands of car I have driven, Northeast never ever gave me that vague sense of being fooled. James really helped me out repairing my Porsche s damaged wheel after something busted through the wheel and tire during a trackday. Welded up and the patch is nearly invisible! Ordered and shipped a new set of tires to him too and had them mounted and balanced in no time. 2003 330i ZHP. Go to shop for BMWs. Nothing they haven't seen, recommendations are realistic for what the car should have/what needs to be done now, and what to keep an eye on for later.Fully recommended.

We ve been coming to Mike and the North East Motors team for over 10 years. They are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and do great work for a reasonable price. We first came to them when our mini Cooper had issues and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and it was a much smaller job than the dealership said was necessary. Kept that car running well for years. So when we got our BMW, there was no place else we d trust to go to. I highly recommend North East Motors.

Working with Mike and Jack over the past several years has been a very positive experience. Having had bad experience with the dealership, Mike and Jack have been honest and fair with several repairs over the years. They have kept my old BMW on the road longer than I expected. I almost don t want to get rid of it now. I would recommend North East Motor Sports to anyone looking for an Honest, Knowledgeable and Competent service team. They have been great.

Northeast Motor Sports has been serving my BMW for over 10 years. My car is a BMW X3 2011 with about 115,000 miles.Runs great!They are very talented and much more personal and cost effective then a Dealership. On oil changes every 5 thousand miles I make arrangements to wait for the service (about one hour) rather than dropping the car off for the day.

Northeast Motorsports does all the work on my 2017 M2 and I would not take it anywhere else. Mike, Jack, and team are communicative (both email & phone) and extremely knowledgeable, especially with BMW's. They've had good suggestions on improvements to the car - it is weekend driven but primarily for track use 12-15 days / year, so obviously it's important to have a shop you can trust. The car has also always been ready on time for events which is greatly appreciated, even when it is a tight turnaround. Would highly recommend!

Northeast MotorSports was able to fix my BMW M while two other "BMW Specialist" shops were unable to. They also did not try to sell me other services I did not need and were 100% professional. I also referred my friend to them for service. Highly recommended!

After my BMW two year included maintenance was over I used the BMW service center once and was blown away by the prices. Friend directed me to Mike and he took care of my car until it finally gave up with 205,000 miles on it. His prices are reasonable and he does fantastic work. Always gives me options and always tells me what is really needed. Just got a new BMW and as soon as included maintenance ends will be back to Mike. No brainer to use them for all your BMW maintenance, very trustworthy guy!

I get my 535i and X5 serviced/repaired at this workshop.. Jack and Mike are great to work with and are no less than 100% professional when it comes to taking care of you. For me TRUST is a very big word in my life, and I can tell everyone that I have 100% trust and faith in Mike and Jack's integrity when it comes to them recommending me what they need to do to repair my car. Need I say anything else about this place? Thank you Mike and Jack for taking care of me.

I've been taking my cars to Mike at Northeast Motorsports for over ten years, even non-BMW's. He has been able to diagnose problems when other shops, including dealers, were not. He always tries to find the most cost effective approach to fixing problems properly and would be honest if he thought the cost of a repair wasn't worth the expense. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop and will be taking my cars there forever.

They are honest, friendly, professional, and amongst the most competent mechanics that have ever laid hands on my car. They added all the modifications to my car wsy back when my 645Ci was new. Mike is among the very best and he always is overseeing the work done on my car. I truly consider Mike and Jack to be valued and trusted friends. I would recommend NMS to ANY and all fellow BMW owners. You will never find anyone who even comes close to them in Customer Service or competency.
