I am Super happy with the parts I receive from metrix premium. I buy for various applications and am impressed with all the parts I receive" bushings, ball joints, tie rods, links, Pittmans, and idlers", these guys response time is amazing also.I will be buying from them again in the near future, and hopefully for many years to come.Thanks, you guys rock

I had a problem with a part and contacted them. I corresponded with a gentleman named, Leo. He went out of his way to help me and get replacements. I can't say enough kind things about him and this company. Customer service is all but nonexistent in today's society, but apparently not here. Again, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have me for life. I will say, If you need any auto parts, buy them here, you won't regret it.

I installed 2 Metrix Premium ball joints for my 2013 Ford Escape on 4/14/2023. 15,000 miles and 9 months later they are loose and must be replaced. Be wary.
