Good car wash can t complain about anything. Prior to entering they do a pre spray and scrub. I get the $15 works wash which gets the extra bells and whistles with the undercarriage done. Guy at the end wipes off excess water.

Came here to get a quick oil change just to be told they were closed at 4:30pm when their signs and website say they close at 5pm. If it takes 10 minutes for the oil change then there was more than enough time. Just say you don t want to work.

If you re looking for a car wash, here is not the place!! Was looking for a super clean car wash, I took the most expensive and had bad results!! didn t came off much dirt! And the customer service was terrible too!!

Have been using Pot of Gold for oil changes, brakes, tires, and other services for almost 10 years. I send everyone in my extended family here as well. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful every time. I have never had an issue here. Travis and the team at Pot of Gold in Mahwah are fabulous! My oil change was done quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. I called them up asked them what s the price for an oil change and a express detail, they answered car wash $30 oil change $45 so I asked can I come now they said yes.Then when I make the 25 min drive and get there im notified that the oil change wait time is 1hr and price is $89 for the cheapest one.And the car wash is by appointment only Never going there again

Came here several times for car wash and unfortunately left disappointed each time. System is inadequate for SUV size vehicles. I got the works single wash for 14.99 which includes Rain-ex, underbody wash, and tire shine. Dirt still on my rear bumper and tailgate. Streaks on pas & driver side doors. Tire shine is just a quick run of a brush at the end with towel dry. Water spots on windows despite towel dry. I've had better quality at $5 car wash chains in Rockland County.

I brought my friend's car here once for an oil change and checkup. The staff was extremely polite, and I had a good time chatting them up lining up the service. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, and the prices were appropriate for what I was getting. Felt like I was in good hands the entire time through.

POG Quick Lube?!?!? They gotta change that sign. THIS IS A FULL SERVICE GARAGE! My 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Gt was well taken care of. They installed my Injen cold air intake and my RRE Headers, I couldn't be happier with the performance boost not to mention the cosmetic upgrade to my engine bay.Travis and his team of techs are the real deal. They do precision work in a timely manner and have the best prices around. The shop manager Travis really turned this place into something special, a hidden gem if you will and it shows. He is fair and honest and treats POG as if it were his own, he is a very dedicated manager. I have been a loyal customer of POG for years and you should too. Took my car there today and noticed that the guys really didn t dry my car. Thought it was weird. Got it home and had major drip marks, dirt on my trunk, door and bumper. Had to take a wet rag to my car to clean up there mess. I feel like they take your money and don t give anything promised. Driving over 30 years and worse car wash that I ever had. Will never go back!

Got The Works and my car was barely cleaned and they left streaks on it. I basically have to go to my usual spot to get it rewashed tomorrow. I had to tell the guy to put the tire shine on my car and who else knows what they forgot since it was my first time being there and I didn t know everything that was included. There was a lot of dirt on the bottom of my car that wasn t clean. It s a shame because I wanted to find a spot close to work but I ll stick to the hand washing spot in Lodi.

You get what you pay for. It's an automatic car wash you can actually sit through. Which is pretty cool. Whole process takes about a minute and the car comes out mostly clean. The machines missed a lot of spots on the rims; but other than that it was OK. Again, you can't expect a perfect job for $6.50, but the price is right and it does a decent job.

I just recently received 4 new tires. My truck is driving like it s brand new. Travis did a wonderful job helping me find the right tires for my truck. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I am very happy with my service and when needed, will use Pot of Gold again. Thank you !

Been going there for years for both oil changes and car washes, but something changed in the last year.The car washes have become terrible. I gave them a few chances over the last few months. Always a disappointing job. Missed spots. Terrible wipedown. Never going back.

Honesty is big with me. Travis was straight forward with what my truck actually needed. Completed the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend anyone to get there service taken care of by Travis and if your in the market for a new truck look no further then Mahwah Ford!!

This car wash does not clean your car at all. They just put it through the machine which does not clean any dirt spots. If you want your car looking shiny with dirt this is the best place to go. Cash only too!!!

I've been a consistent customer for nearly six years, primarily for oil changes. The service is friendly, fast and affordable. Recently, I brought my car in for a routine oil change only to be told that I had an exhaust leak that may result in an expensive repair. A week or so after that appointment, I received an email from Dannielle suggesting I look into a Nissan recall related to the repair. She took it upon herself to research my vehicle's issue, then provided a potential solution that resulted in zero revenue for her business. Nissan ultimately repaired my vehicle under the recall without cost. More importantly, though, Dannielle displayed superlative customer service and retained a long-term customer.

You'll get similar results if you just leave your car in the rain and flush $10 down the toilet.My car wasn't all that dirty to begin with - only three weeks old and 250 miles - just a couple weeks-worth of dust and a few spots of bird poop. After the car "wash" there were soap marks, smudges, as well as two weeks-worth of dust and a few spots of bird poop.I paid $2 extra for the tire/wheel treatment, whatever that is, because the tires and wheels are just as filthy as before.You honestly cannot tell that this car just came out of a carwash.I'm just happy I didn't opt for the clearcoat, because then it would have permanently sealed in all the crap they failed to wash off.

I understand with everything going on that there is no waiting room but it is uncalled for to wait an hour for a 10 minute oil change and not be told. I am here sitting on the ground while it is 40 degrees outside. Poor customer service! I have been a customer for over 15 years and I wil never come back. Poor service!

Absolutely the worst car wash ever. It s exterior only so you don t get out. When I got home and got out of my car it was covered front to back top to bottom with dirty water spots.I took my car to a different car wash the next day to clean the mess they left.

I have never give a review but this time I have to. I went to wash my car and they did not even clean the back part it was still dirty I could see all the dust. I put one start because I is a requirement to comment but they do not deserve that I m so disappointed because every time is the same. I had to went to another car wash and pay twice for something that they could do.

When I pulled into this place it didn't look like my truck was gonna fit through it. The guy did a great job spraying my truck off and sent me through. The whole time I thought something not good was gonna happen. Sketchy at best

Do not go to this car wash they do not wash your car, the rags they use to clean your car after it's washed are dirty rags and leaves filthy streaks all over your car..the two jokers that are cleaning your car are more interested in being on their cell phones then doing their job, do not go to this car wash.. this place is an absolute joke beware.. stay away from this place!

They do worst work, after my car get oil changed, I drove the way to work, and oil leak in bad, and they over charge people's service fee too. Becareful if you try to do service with them, they always act like perfectional.

If you want a quality job and the greatest customer service around, you go the Rainbow way! And there's a fellow by the name of Brian who will not let you leave until you're perfectly happy! I highly recommend rainbow.

The worst car wash please in this area of mahwah, their car wash equipment is so outdated, car comes really bad sport and soapy after the wash,, the teens hand drying are not trained well very slapy tire shine is horrible I Use now Cristal and the difference is years light better, more professional and state of the art robotic wash system I haven't see before.
