I am beyond satisfied!! My sales person Mohamed Alsadi was the best, reassuring and we even got to talk about cars while waiting for the financial process. Had a great experience with my son leasing a new Honda Passport, our Sales Associate Ana was amazing, The staff at Honda of Mahwah Abdel were super supportive. I've brought / leased 14 vehicles from Staten Island dealerships and this time I had to leave and go elsewhere. I received a great deal the same day and my son drove home his new Honda. I found a new home at Mahwah Honda. When my lease is up I'll be heading back. I've already sent some friends there and had similar experiences.

Ana Rosas is an excellent sales associate who I would recommend to anyone. She was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We came in for a certified pre owned 2024 CR V touring. She explained all the features and dealer costs clearly. She got us a great price and got us out the door same day with a car we love. All the employees we worked with were excellent and polite. Could not be happier with Mahwah and Ana. Will be back for sure.

I brought my daughter in to Honda of Mahwah to buy her first car. Of course my first concern being safety and secondly, I wanted my daughter to purchase the car that she wanted. That happened to be a 2017 Honda Civic LX.. The salesman we had the pleasure of dealing with name is Yousef Alomari. Extremely attentive to our needs, honest and descriptive, upfront and well versed on the in s and out s of the car which I highly appreciate. Buying a car can be overwhelming, Yousef made the experience very easy and pleasant. This was an excellent financing experience. Dennis was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We financed a 2024 Odyssey through Honda. The entire transaction took about 2 hours from arrival to leaving with our new vehicle. We are confident in our purchase and extremely satisfied. Came to this dealership to buy a used Tacoma. Initially was impressed by my sales rep Hovanes, had a good test drive and decided to buy the truck. Sat down to talk numbers and value of my trade in. I was given a list of numbers and a total and no explanation. My main concern was the value for my trade in as I was already okay with the advertised price of the truck. As I started to figure out what each of the numbers was, I was told twice not to worry about the individual numbers and just look at the total. That should have been a red flag. We negotiated 1000 off the truck price due to dents and deep scratches. It was the end of the day on Saturday when we got into finance with Sara, and we blew through the paperwork in about 15 minutes (sign here, here, here ). When I got home I went through the paperwork and saw the cash price for the truck (that I had signed right next to) was 2k over the original asking price on the website, 3k over what I had negotiated at the table as well as a bogus $516 total loss protection fee. Thinking it must have been a mistake I repeatedly called and emailing all week only to have all my messages ignored and my calls forwarded around the dealership until someone takes my number and promises a call back . Reading the other one star reviews I now know it probably wasn t a mistake and I just got taken advantage of. The people are nice enough but if you choose to go here, plan on them trying to take advantage of you and be ready to double and triple check every line before signing anything. I should have known better.

I went in one Saturday expecting very little and left very impressed. My salesman Joe Kandil made it happen. Instead of leaving with a certified preowned I ended up with a 2024 for the same price. The trade value was excellent and so was the bottom line pricing. The dealership offered cappuccino and great food from a local deli which made the wait worthwhile. I won t be in the market for a few years. But when I am looking for another car, Joe Kandil at Mahwah Honda will be my top choice.

When we went to Honda, we did not think that we were going to walk out with a new car yesterday. From the second we walked in and met with Anna we knew we were in good hands. Anna was extremely personable and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Together along with Simon, the manager and especially with our great experience with Gigi we are very thankful to now be the proud owners of 2023 HPD passport. From beginning to end, and almost 4 hours of work, the entire team was able to make sure we went home with our new vehicle. There s a lot to be said about building relationships and we feel that Honda did a great job of doing that with us yesterday. Thank you Anna, Simon & Gigi and keep up the great work!

Our salesman Hovig was exceptionally informative, friendly and answered all of our questions. He was down to earth and didn t sales pressure us. We didn t feel rushed and he gave us options on the HRV we were looking at. We recommend him highly and will be purchasing another car from him in the future.

If you want a great car shopping experience go to Mahwah Honda, where they not only walk you through the entire process if necessary but also are honest with their business practices when it comes to constructing deals. They are extremely Military friendly, they also accept Credit Union checks unlike other shady Honda Dealerships whom have tried to lock me into 12% APR's when I have a 800 Credit Score. Mahwah Honda treated me with respect, no smoke and mirrors here. If you need a great salesman go to Jack Iskander, he helped not only me but my cousin as well, take home a vehicle we both loved same day. Do not hesitate to give them a call and inquire about a future vehicle you're eyeing, because they sell very fast but are very honest and will not drag you in unless that vehicle or a similar one you are interested in is available.

If you re shopping for a car, I highly recommend Paul Tabet of Honda of Mahwah. I usually dread having to purchase a new car, but this was by far the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Paul, his manager Hadi, and the Finance team were all pleasant, accommodating, and willing to work through all the details that mattered to us. Consider them first when you start your search!

Had a wonderful experience buying a CPO Honda Accord Hybrid. Jack made the buying process quick and painless which differed greatly from my normal dealership experience. The process was transparent and Jack showed a continuous effort in making sure I was happy. Great experience overall.

Amazing experience! The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and were able to get me in a car same day. Top marks to Anna R, she was a joy to work with so if you can ask for her. They also have a ping pomg table and arcade hoops for the young ones while they wait.

Moe Aboud was fantastic and really understanding of my predicament and my budget. He was courteous of my time as well, something I find lacking in other dealers.He advocated for me with their finance team and got me into a budget that I was comfortable with, and not something I felt I was pressured into or stretching myself to get to.I would recommend anyone reach out to Moe for any vehicle purchase in the Mahwah area! This is coming from someone who drove 2.5 hours to get here!

The sales associate were exceptional in their professional and mannerisms. The two associates Jack Islander and Paul Tablet demonstrated knowledge and one good thing is if they did not know they asked. As a customer you felt at ease in the decision process. The dear ship is clean and one of the best benefits it had a small gaming section for kids or adults.

Attention to detail is horrible. Leased a car for the first time and they wanted me to come back a few days later because an initial and signature was missed on the contract. The next day insurance was not at the liability price as it should, but keep in mind they had all that info before i took the car. They blame it on the bank but their personal should be more attentive on this than has the customer stress of calling insurance and the bank.Never again
