Both headlights destroyed in hurricane! We were desperate to get the parts and have them installed. John, the manager, worked with Anthony at Mahwah Ford to find the only set within hundreds of miles and scheduled installation immediately.John drove us back to our hotel and picked us up. I got my 2015 mustang repaired there after an accident. The staff there is really friendly and professional.They kept me up to date with the progress of the repair, saved a car for me in case my insurance would not cover a rental for the time of the repair, and most important: They did not just fix the car, it looked like it was new again. I highly recommend this auto body. Thank you guys for the amazing work.

I ve had two different cars that needed repairs at two separate times and both times my cars came back to me in pristine condition (and one of them wasn t even a Ford). Highly recommend Mahwah Ford for any type of car body repair.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Got my car repaired here through an insurance claim. Jimmy and his team was communicative throughout, and displayed fantastic customer service skills whenever we interacted. When there was an error made by the folks that shipped Jimmy a part, he did not hesitate to make time in their schedule that accommodated my working hours, and replaced the part in less than an hour. Today, several months after the repair, I took the vehicle in for a look at a fog lamp that had gone askew. While I acknowledged that the fog lamp's dislodging could have occurred due to natural occurrences since the repair, Jimmy talked it over with me, brought one of his team members out, and fixed the issue in minutes. I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have someone who is willing to approach a problem from a customer's perspective. Jimmy and his team is focused on customer service, and he has earned himself a customer in me.

Great Job!!! When I get body work and paint done to a car, I'm very leery of the results. My car looks brand new from the factory. Friendly staff, on time quotation and looking like new. D&D exceeded my expectations!

This guy was awful. Apparently he was giving me a "gift" by painting my driver mirror, (which I got a good deal on from Mahwah Ford Parts I must say) and putting it on the car for $200. Called the Ford dealer by my house just to get one more quote and the guy did it the next day for $95 bucks and it looks flawless. Shout out to Verner Cadby.Poor communication will lead to this nonsense. At one point, dude told me "you'll sit and wait at the diner while I put it on tomorrow". Piece of advice, don't do your customers any "favors", just do the job and do it efficiently. Good luck

The staff is really friendly. They worked with my insurance company and made the process extremely painless. Should I ever need such services again I would definitely use them.
