The most painless car buying experience ever! Vinny was so helpful, honest and upfront throughout the process. It took no time at all especially compared to other experiences I ve had. I can t say enough nice things about Vinny and everyone else there. Would recommend the dealership and Vinny to anyone. I love my car!

Purchasing a car can be exciting but stressful, and Cadillac of Mahwah took much of the stress out of the process. I purchased a new 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from them, and I couldn't be happier. They were honest on price, knowledgeable about the car, clear about the delivery process, treated me fairly on my trade-in and the entire process couldn't have been easier. Everything you want it a car dealership! Special shout-out to Vincent Minolfo who helped me from the very beginning and was honest, communicative and helpful. I really felt like he was my partner throughout the process. Thank you Vincent and Cadillac of Mahwah!

AVOID THIS PLACE! This place is very sketchy. Last July I was in the market for a new vehicle. I called about one vehicle I saw online and they said it was sent to auction. Then I called for another vehicle they said it was sold. The car is still there now. Then I went to test drive 3 other vehicles I saw and they all didn t even start. I finally picked out a car, ran my credit, and have all of these ridiculous fees. They were also not willing to negotiate since the prices are updated weekly . I never saw a dealership not want to sell cars before. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!

Very happy with my experience with Cadillac of Mahwah. Robert and Cirilo are the best. They made my car buying experience very smooth and easy. It was definetly worth driving from Albany NY to deal with them. I am very happy with my new vehicle and my overall experience with this dealership. Will be definetly recommending them to anyone up my way willing to take the drive down.

I recently bought a CT6 from the dealership. I cannot recommend the dealership and my salesman, Richard Schulman, enough. I have probably bought upwards of 10 cars in the last 10 years for myself and family and Rich was the best salesman I've had, no nonsense. I just wanted to check the car out at first and there was no pressure. It took one email the same day to get the fair deal. There was a minor hiccup in getting the paperwork signed and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend.

My journey with Cadillac of Mahwah began in 2019 with the lease of 2 XT5s. From beginning to end the process was seamless and they treated us like family.We turned in one of the 2019s last week and left with a beautiful 2023, and the vehicle drove and felt exactly how Rich Schulman said it would. He was upfront and honest about what we should expect and what was the right choice at our price point. He treated us like we knew each other for years and we felt really good working with him.Rich, and frankly everyone we have worked with at the dealership has been no nonsense, and no games friendly people, and go the extra mile in every interaction. There are a lot of choices out there, and Cadillacs do in some ways sell themselves, but the dealership and the people who work there can make or break the experience. In the case of Cadillac of Mahwah you can expect to be treated like a friend, and there is no way we would look elsewhere unless something really changed. I can say that the experience we had in 2019 (the reason we came back again) was duplicated last week when we started a new lease, and we will add another one in two weeks when my wife gets hers.Would not hesitate for a second to send a friend to this dealership. They are a quality shop with really great people who go out of their way to make you feel you are buying a luxury product and the best part is they are totally honest and their transparency makes a difference.

Cadillac of Mahwah has been my location for service for my XT4 and their team has come through for me with the issues I've had with my Caddie. I had to bring it in for service the other day and originally they weren't going to have a loaner till the 29th. Donald and Jay worked some holiday magic and were able to get me something so I can get around and do what I need to for the holidays. That's the kind of service that has me saying "I know where I'm going when I'm ready for my next Cadillac." Happy Holidays to that entire team.

I came down last month from upstate NY to purchase a vehicle I found online from Vinny. He answered every single question I had (which was a lot) and took the time to send 25+ photos to show me every inch of the car, which eased my mind about buying a vehicle sight unseen. When I finally got time to pick up the vehicle, he and the entire team were very professional and helpful, which made the process a quick and easy one. I can t say enough about how simple they made everything for me. Even the back office ladies were great when it came to my out of state registration and paperwork. Thanks again, guys!

A month ago my fianc� and I went to go look at a 2021 CT4 V from Cadillac Mahwah. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and everyone was extremely friendly. We then met with Todd Porter and I have to tell you. I have bought a lot of cars, and Todd is by far my favorite sales person I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, attentive and straight to the point. Which I appreciate very much! Hard to come by now a days, especially in the sales world. He was absolutely amazing in every way! I fell in love with the car but it was Todd that truly sold it to me! The whole experience was great. Everyone came to talk to us and they were all truly amazing. I never thought I would have such an incredible experience buying a car but I did. Heck, I would even quit my job to go work there. That is how much I loved that place. Amazing people and an amazing environment. I will recommend anyone who needs a car, new or used, to go see Todd and his team at Cadillac Mahwah. I just cannot say enough good things, they were great in every aspect! Thank you Cadillac Mahwah for your passion and dedication! You are the real role model of what every business should be!

Louis Orozco was one of the best salesman I encountered in my journey of leasing. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and reassured in leasing with Cadillac of Mahwah. He beat the deal City Cadillac was offering me and persuaded me to drive an hour and a half to Mahwah instead of driving 20 min to City Cadillac. Once I arrived he had everything ready to go and the deal was right on as per the agreement we came to over our phone conversation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants an honest salesman looking out for the buyer's best interest. If I can give them a 6 star rating I would.Henry Morales,

Saw the car configuration I liked online. I inquired about it that evening and was contacted the next day. My buying experience was great. Vincent was very direct, no drama and accommodating. Sure, there was always the "this could be gone tomorrow" talk but that's part for the course. Recommend this dealer

I went into a competitive dealorship near my place of business who promised me a certain vehicle however the vehicle came equipped with high fees and bad financing. Walked into Cadillac of Mahwah and met with Todd Porter who found me the same vehicle even cheaper right on the spot. To top off my fantastic experience Todd spoke with his partners at the dealorship and was able to get me fantastic financing on the vehicle. I am beyond content with my experience and my new SUV. Thank you to Cadillac of Mahwah for the great experience and to Todd for being exceptional. I will be back again and again!

TODD PORTERSALES MANAGERWas a pleasure to meet and work with. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle in my life. I have always hated car shopping and buying. I don't know if I was more excited about my vehicle or if Todd was more excited for me. I never had a dealership double and triple check a vehicle to ensure it was above and beyond my satisfaction before i even got there but they did. I tried very very hard to find flaws with my XT5 during my initial thorough inspection cause I'm really nit picky but wasn't able to find anything wrong with it at all even now that iv had it for a few weeks still not finding anything wrong with it. Oh my huskies say the love the new SUV and are very happy their mom got them a SUV to ride in cause they are loving it to the max.

I bought a Tire warranty in there on my 14 CTS due to 35 low profiles. Utilized the warranty almost every quarter with no scheduling issues, loaner always available and Richie/Donald had gone out of there way several times to accomadate. Five star service and friendly. Thank you.

Excellent transaction. From the first call to picking up my plates this dealer made my used car purchase quick, friendly and easy. I was equally pleased to see that they were doing extra work on my trade-in in preparation of resale and my trade-in was already an 8 out of 10. After getting the car I purchased fully inspected by my dealer, they confirmed it was in immaculate condition. Thank you Cadillac of Mahwah!

Had a great experience with the service department. Donald Depew, the service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. My 2004 XLR was in need of replacement catalytic converters which GM stopped making. Another local Cadillac dealership, located in Nanuet, refused to install OEM grade direct-fit parts that were not manufactured by GM. Cadillac of Mahwah did and had my vehicle in and out of their shop within 3 days. Thanks Cadillac of Mahwah and Donald!

My family and I are temporarily living in the area and I needed to ensure my Escalade is working properly and my tires, etc. are all set, as we are moving across the country. Brianna has done a wonderful job in addressing all my questions, ensuring our Cadillac is working perfectly, and my new tires are good to go. This was my first visit to Mahwah Cadillac and I have to say I was very happy with the service. The staff were extremely polite and professional. And the service was done quickly and properly. I will absolutely be a return customer and would highly recommend this dealership.

We had a great experience at Mahwah Cadillac. The transaction was very organized and efficient from start to finish. Having two little kids, this was very important to us. Rich was a wonderful salesman and answered all of our questions. The manager, Paul, was fantastic and ensured a seamless transaction. Joe did a great job of showing up how to use the vehicle and all of its features.

Todd Porter was my sales person. Todd had also helped my husband with his lease earlier in the year. The whole experience was extremely easy, all the way down to handing in my current lease. The car was there and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Joe showed me the roped as we arrived at the dealership, as Todd was tied up with another customer. We set up my On-Star, etc. and then went in to speak with Todd and have my insurance transferred over. We then went to sign all the paperwork with the finance manager. The whole transaction was maybe an hour at the most, the easiest time I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. This is the 3rd leased vehicle I've had (Ford and Chevy before this) and I plan on staying with Cadillac at this point. Todd was very personable and friendly and assured my husband that if we need anything, not to hesitate to call him. I will definitely recommend to any friends and family that are in the market. Thanks for a great experience!
