Fantastic service. I feel I paid a lot but I got the service I paid for. The quote we received was high, but by the book. They had to ship a custom part overnight, and the car was serviced much faster than we anticipated. Communication was fantastic always. Thank you thank you

I had a great experience with my first service appt with Buick of Mahwah. Danielle and everyone else were so nice. She answered all my questions and had us taken care of in a timely manner. Car was pulled up front and it was washed too. Great job!

I am someone who has never trusted dealerships for service. I first used Mahwah Buick because I had a warranty on my car that I purchased somewhere else and they were a participating service. I was so impressed with the not only their service but the kindness and professionalism of everyone that works there that I have been going back for all my routine service since. I always feel comfortable, always able to get an appointment and never feel pressured to spend more money for needless repairs. I will continue to have my car serviced there while I own it.

Love how I could schedule the service fast and fit my schedule perfectly for the recall-repair to get my steering wheel heating components installed. However, I did deduct one star because I m actually reviewing two visits. On my visit the week before to get oil change and tires rotated as part of maintenance, when I got home, I found they forgot to add air to one of the four tires, so there was a mismatch by 3 pounds. That was a very strange oversight for a very simple job, good thing we have our own compressor at home so I was able to add Air easily and get the tires to all match. This dealership does remain as my go to place for all my repairs. I say that, without hesitation.

I dropped off my car the night before and got a call first thing in the morning that they would get to work on it. It was done by the time I needed it and they dropped it off at my house since I had no way to get there. Great service and very nice to deal with.

Service manager Danielle was very courteous and understanding and offered to speak with her manager regarding the cost of repairs. With her help, we came up with a great plan for service for a very reasonable cost. Her smile and confident demeanor is welcoming and reassuring. Thank you!!

Let's try to make a long story short -I scheduled the first appointment of the day (Monday, 7:30am) for a *** diagnosis *** of a check engine light. I was the first customer in, yet it took a bit over 3 hours to get the results (an OBDII read and smoke test for the valve cover, over 3 hours!). Also, diagnosis cost $200 after tax and no, they won't deduct it from the work, like most places (they did mention it when I booked the appointment but that's beside the point).I got a quote for the job and had to get the 3rd party warranty involved. After checking multiple times and days with the dealership (same rep so it was nothing new) if they contacted the warranty company, I finally (almost a week later, on Friday) got a response that I need to come in so they can take photos (?!?!) of the issue. A "maybe 15 minutes" thing according to the rep, but they can't squeeze me in on Friday or Saturday and I have, again, to take a half day off and come on a work day. They promised to check if there's another time or anything else they can do, but they never got back to me and I already took my business elsewhere.What a waste of time and money for a diagnosis another shop can't use.I am not coming back to this dealership not for service and definitely not to purchase a new vehicle.I also want my diagnosis fee back since you're obviously don't care about fixing my vehicle!By the way, I didn't want to leave a review, but I kept getting emails and text messages asking me for one, so here you go.New ownership? Had some chips put in here that were back ordered when I took delivery of my vehicle (from a different dealer) and got an oil change. Everything went smoothly and on time AND they washed my car and out looked great!

I left my van for an oil change and to have a rear leak sealed. The rear wheel wells were leaking at the seam as I was told by the mechanic who looked at it a few months after purchase in 2021. They needed to keep the van overnight, so whatever materials they used to seal the leak could dry, but it is a work van so I could not leave it. Last month I had a few days off so I was able to leave it. When I picked up the van, the service advisor told me that the mechanics took it for a ride while it was raining and found no leak, but sealed it anyway.When I got into the van, it had the same exact mileage 33,445 as when I dropped it off. The advisor was not there in 2021 when the mechanic told me where the leak was coming from. I have yet to drive it in the rain to see if the leak is fixed, but I m very bothered by the dishonesty. Normally I would ve made a stink but I had a 4 AM pick up the following morning for a flight out of the country and didn t want to be aggravated prior to vacation.

This place is the best. Excellent, friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate blowout on our Buick Envision flat towing behind our Motorhome. Fortunately, it was across the divided hwy from Buick of Mahwah. From the time we called them, had a donut put on the car, drove to their business, they ordered a new tire and we were back on the road with a new tire in a little less than 3 hours. Excellent service! I showed up in the morning to drop the car off for a recall replacement and oil change. They had me in a courtesy car with in 10 mins. Easy and convenient.
