I m totally satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Becka reached out to me about my interest in financing an Envista, and was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helped me book an appointment at the dealership for a test drive. She was a pleasure to work with. When I got to the dealership, Hugh helped me figure out which car was best for me- and set me up by taking all of my info and getting it over to the next department. He was kind, patient, supportive throughout the entire process, and also quite funny! Once I had decided on the perfect car, Jennifer made what I thought would be a stressful situation the smoothest of any transactions I ve ever made (hey, I even want to do it again!) Apart from being friendly and knowledgeable, Jennifer has a way of making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. She even helped me negotiate an amazing APR with the bank, and gave me some sound advice on how to work on my credit and refinance again when rates go down. The entire team took care of everything- all I had to do was drive my new baby home. When I picked up my new plates (I m from the next state over), I was greeted by the friendly folks at the front desk- who promptly helped me install my plates and registration sticker. After experiencing other dealerships, I truly found that this was my best experience ever. I have happily recommended Buick-GMC of Mahwah to my friends and family, and for anyone considering stopping by, I say: go for it! You won t regret it.(Yes, the photo is actually my car)

We had the pleasure of working with Moises today. This has been the easiest , stress free car leasing experience we ever had. Thank you so much Moises for making everything so smoothly and making sure we understood everything before leaving. I definitely recommend Moises if you ever want to purchase a vehicle from Buick GMC or Mahwah. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive. Overall dealer experience was great.

This had to be literally the easiest, most stress free car leasing experience I ever experienced in my life! I walked in 15mins before close on Labor Day and I was just going to buy out my current lease (Traverse) Interest rates are bonkers and no matter what I pretty much I thought and my Broker I had for many years agreed. My broker had been diligently working for a little over 3 months on getting me back in a traverse or somewhere near my current payment. Unfortunately that is what led me into Buick of Mahwah, It was impossible to find anything close to what I've been leasing (Suv) this would be my 4th lease and never could of imagine being stuck with no choice but to buy out my lease. Well all that changed when like I mentioned before I walked in on Monday Sept 4th. As soon as I entered I was greeted by reception (a bit aggravated because I walked in 15min before close) I was greeted by the Sales Manager who introduced me to Ekene. Ekene asked my intentions of today's visit and I told him I needed to buyout my lease. He paused and said may I ask why? So I let him know I am working with a broker and to no avail I don't want to spend literally 300 more a month on the same lease or something close so buyout is what I needed to do. He said give me 1 minute (45 seconds) He comes back and says so what if I tell you that I can put you into a car paying $50 more than I am currently at a month. I laughed and said "Good Luck," My broker couldn't even pull that off and he is great! He said come with me and I'll show you the vehicle and you can see if you like it. We'll it was in the showroom and it was beautiful not to mention had every bell and whistle in it which again was pretty awesome but thought no way he can keep my payment in the ballpark lol Well boy I was so wrong. Now I loved the car, Growing up in the 80's everyone who drove a buick was my Grandma's age so I was hesitant lol. Again going from a Traverse RS to Buick Enclave AWD loaded. Now I'm not a fool, I said ok. I called up my broker to inform him of the situation, took pics of sticker car and he was like idk, Let him do it, What the heck. Ekene even sat in the 3rd row to just reassure me it was comfortable and he was tall. We went for a test drive and it was quiet and smooth. Very comfortable seats, and all in all a very beautiful car. Once we got back Eken had me sit with Kenny who in less than 20mins had me in Finance which took a little under 15min. Now my broker spoke with the Dealership and made sure this was legit and it definitely was. Broker couldn't believe I got such an amazing deal. He later exchanged numbers with the Manager to refer future customers. They kept their promise and my payment went up $46 more a month and I'm in a brand new lease. Thank you to Ekene and Kenny who were very professional and made this car leasing experience absolutely flawless. Kenny took the extra time to help move my things over to the new car and he helped go over my vehicle and link my phone. He even contacted me to let me know I can call anytime if I need anything. I recommend anyone looking for a smooth and easy car buying experience to go in and see Ekene & Kenny, They won't steer you wrong! Thank you

THE INDIVIDUALS THAT TOOK CARE OF ME FROM THE TIME I STEPPED MY FOOT INTO THE DOOR TO THE TIME I PULL OFF THERE PROPERTY WITH MY BRAND NEW CAR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT ANGELS. Buick GMC of Mahwah was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such respect and kindness. All of my questions were answered fully and I was provided with all the information that I needed without any unnecessary pressure. The salesman, John was great. He was focused on getting me the best deal possible and making me happy with my future car. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman, John, to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

Frustrating experience and maybe the last time I'll choose to go out of my way to bring the car to the dealer. They charged $190 to run diagnostics just to tell me something I already knew when I drove in. The windshield fluid reservoir is busted so I brought it to the dealer specifically for that, thinking they would know best how to repair or replace. Two hours and almost $200 later, they quoted me over $450 to replace it. What a waste of time. There is absolutely no benefit to going directly to the dealer with that kind of service.

The service department s attention to detail is very evident in their work output! I have been visiting this department for almost a year and I have received a first class maintenance and functional output on my truck s performance!Justin Rodriguez, my service advisor s knowledge is invaluable! He takes his time despite other demanding tasks at hand to indoctrinate the need for proper maintenance culture in ensuring longevity and high performance standard of my truck!

I want to start off with how this dealership is the best around!! I live roughly 3 hours from Buick GMC Mahwah. I have purchased 2 vehicle s at two separate times, and I didn t hesitate to drive 3 hours one way to get them! Jennifer (Sales Manger/Financing ), and John Simmons (Sales Man) treat you like family, everyone their treats you like family!!! Both times I was at Buick GMC Mahwah, I felt like I was at home, and I could talk to them about anything while waiting to purchase my vehicle s! Jennifer goes out of her way to make sure you get the vehicle you want! Jennifer is the best Sales Manager/financing I have ever encountered. She is not only about business, she is funny and treats you like family! John is easy to talk too, and will make you feel like your home during the whole process!! I would rate Buick GMC Mahwah more than 5 stars if I could!! I won t buy another vehicle any where else. I will always buy from here!! I don t care if I drive 6 hours one day, this place is well worth that and more!!!

I was drowning in debt from my lease, and they helped me get into a Buick envision that honestly I love more and more every time I drive it. Honestly this has been the best dealership experience I ve had in years so far. I ve bought five cars from all different dealerships, and this would be the best.100/10 would recommend to a friend.

The salesman was nice, but lacked knowledge about the vehicles and I was ok with it.I purchased the Sierra AT4, but no one took the time to show details about it after the purchase.I had questions about the demo mode and how to take it out, I attempted contacted the sales man and he never got back to me. So basically had to figure it out myself.Overall, it was a fine experience, but they really should sit with the customers after the purchase and teach them the features of the vehicle

My experience was good and Kenny was great. He answered all my questions got me all the vehicles I wanted to test drive no questions asked. He was friendly and polite, even after spending five hours with me looking and test driving many different vehicles. Then finally he got me into the truck I wanted. Thanks again Kenny.

Our experience with Hugh Middleton in Sales and the woman in the finance department (sorry I forgot her name) was the best. My wife and I went in on Presidents Day to discuss the lease expiration of our Buick Enclave and drove away less than 4 hours later in our brand new leased 2024 Enclave. Right from the beginning Hugh listened to us about why we were there and what we were looking for. He worked with us, understood our budget and there were no "salesman pressure tactics" that we've experienced at other dealerships. Since we previously leased a vehicle from Buick GMC of Mahwah, all of our information was already in the system, which made signing the paperwork a breeze. Everything was signed and executed literally in 15 minutes. We highly recommend a visit to Buick GMC of Mahwah because you won't be disappointed.

The financing department made the final steps so smooth and quick. I have never gone through the financing portion of the deal so quickly and easily, I believe her name was Jamie and she was great. Scott, the manager, was very nice and worked to do everything possible to work together. Kenny my salesman was AMAZING... from the moment I stepped into the dealership until the completion, Kenny was professional, honest, and a genuinely good person. I would come back to GMC/Buick and work with Kenny again.

Edit from prior 3 star review:I love my car that I purchased, but trying to get in touch with anyone after purchase for issues is impossible. It took me almost 3 months to receive my license plates, and when the registration refund came in, the amount was incorrect and I have been playing phonetag for almost 1.5 months to get an answer and keep getting told they will call back and they never do. If you are leasing for buying a brand new vehicle, probably fine, but communicating with anyone (from the front desk rep to upper management) is a nightmare. I initially was trying to get my family to purchase their next vehicle from here because it was a smooth experience, but now I would absolutely advise against. Also, ignore the customer care team when they respond to poor comments/reviews saying they will help, because someone reached out from my previous post, and then never answered me again.I just purchased a used car from this dealership and I worked with Kenny who was excellent. Kenny was super helpful as I completed the buying process in person and online due to living further from the dealership. Overall, the buying experience went well and I m happy with the car and price.However, when I finally went to go pick up my car after coming home from vacation, it was not detailed (as they promised it would be) and they also didn t seem to take care of the car while it was in their procession (almost 15,000 miles past due on an oil change that they would not take care of before the sale). I have since found dirt, crumbs, trash and actual chewed gum in the corners of the car, which again they had 6 days to detail before I picked it up. I also had to spend extra money on my most recent oil change to make up for the damage done with the prolonged time between service.Overall, if you re buying a new car I m sure these details would not matter, but with a used car I would use caution before using this dealership.

I bought a beautiful vehicle from this dealership, one that I am completely comfortable with. My salesperson Kenny is a fine young man with a great personality and sense of humor. Extremely talented and professional. No hard sell tactics and everything was up-front. Jennifer in Finance also very professional and she s extremely knowledgeable in her field.Service Department are on point, prompt and courteous.I will definitely return to do business with this dealership again and I m 100 miles away!!

I bought a car here exactly one year ago. The car was sold to me and there were trash in the backseat and just dirt-covered exterior made it evidently clear that the car was not detailed. In addition, the sales rep forgot to put on the license plate so we drove around without a license plate worry that we will get pulled over by the cops. As a remediation, they promised that we will get 3 oil changes and a "free" detailing work that should have been done in the place. Lo behold we went in this morning, there is a new management saying that there is no record of this and that the oil change should be charged. From the sales point and follow-up level of services the place for a luxury vehicle left a bad taste--I would not recommend.
