I always purchase my tires from Bergen Tire in Mahwah, NJ. Whenever I have any issues with my car I bring it to them. They are honest, quick and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this automotive shop to purchase new tires and maintain my vehicle.

Great service and very honest!!!!I bought my car to get an oil change and asked if they could check if I needed a tune-up as the car was getting fairly old, and I had yet to have one. I received a call back a few hours later stating the oil change was complete, and I didn't need a tune-up, as the sparkplugs are rated for 100k miles. Many places may have taken advantage of this situation, but not Bergen Tire. I highly recommend bringing your car there to get service, as they are extremely honest and provide exceptional service.Service: Oil change

This place is the greatest! I go there for any car problems. Kevin is great. He took the time to give me an estimate and even listen to the car noise (brakes). They are patient, friendly, kind and affordable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My go to shop for wheels and tires. I Recently damaged a wheel on my car. And Bergen Tire got it fixed for me very quickly and for a very good price. Honest and friendly staff, They always go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. As well as being extremely courteous and taking good care of the customers vehicle. These guys are GREAT! I'm new to the area, and I have taken my Silverado to them twice (Once for the brakes and once for new terminals on the battery.) They did excellent work and for a refreshingly reasonable price. Thank you Bergen Tire!

It's a great sign when a shop is booked for days out. The staff is friendly and professional. Their motto should be "honesty is the best policy". They take great care with repairs, will give honest analysis and advice; but best is they are reasonable and don't do anything that isn't necessary. They work efficiently and explain what, why, and how. They listen and pay attention to your concerns. You'll feel confident that Bergen Tire takes care of problems.

As I was traveling from Connecticut to Pittsburgh, PA, I got a bolt through my rear passenger tire shortly before crossing the NY/NJ border. After putting on the donut, I found Bergen on Google Maps and made my way over. The team there was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They assessed the damage, had tires for my vehicle in stock and had them on my car in under an hour. I was able to finish out my drive without missing a beat.Service: Tires

I had a great experience here. They gave me 3 different prices for an alignment but it ended up working out - I paid the lowest amount they had told me plus I had a coupon. It was done same day and they gave me a printout of the report. Fast service, friendly people, quality work.

They took my daughters car without an appointment and did the repairs that day. The service rep was very bland and humorless but he did help us out of a jam as she had to drive back to college that day. Car has been great since.

I've been using them for several years for all of my cars and am always happy with the quality of their work. The 5 star reviews are actually real and not fake like other businesses have.Their prices are competitive and on par with others in the area, but the best thing about Bergen Tire is they have competent mechanics and won't rip you off. It also helps that their staff are pleasant to deal with and won't try to upsell you.

Our family has been using this business for years, with multiple cars. Very happy with the service all this time. Great place, great people. Recently we bought a used Lexus from our neighbor and took it here for a simple oil change, since our neighbor even has been going here for 10+ years! They know the car and are familiar with it. Nice, right? Long story short, they ruined the oil pan, and took zero responsibility to fix it on their dime. Instead they quoted us 450$+ or so to fix it, when they themselves broke it. Showed no remorse, sympathy, or offering to fix it for free. Nice way to lose out on a multi-car family for future tires, brakes, and oil changes. Already found a new local shop to do our new business with. Unfortunate this happened.Services: Tires, Oil change

It's always a pleasure dropping by Bergen Tire. I never feel pressured for unneeded service/ maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and service is quick. In my eyes they are THE place for all things tires and any regular car maintenance in the Mahwah area.

Great people providing great service!My whole family have been very happy customers since we moved to Mahwah over 30 years ago. John. Matt, Dan, Mike, all the mechanics and the rest of the team have been tremendous at keeping our many cars serviced, safe and running well. They have always provided us with prompt and professional advice, repairs and replacements when needed and all at very good prices. We routinely bring all our new cars here for service after they come off dealer warranty. Highly recommended!

I had a new set of Tires Installed, Balanced and an Alignment done, Great Service, Easy to Schedule the Appointment, Check in, Check out, pick up keys and drive. Very easy, My representative was a guy named Mike, Very professional and even talked to me out of performing services I requested on my vehicle right away without them inspecting it properly, to make sure I don't have to do unnecessary services that weren't needed or due yet. Overall Good Experience. Thanks Guys.

Our family loves this shop and its employees. They always manage to fit us in when we need something, they're super pleasant, and they do a competent, thorough job at a fair price. A neighbor recommended them to us many years ago and we've taken our cars to them ever since.

They ve got a customer for life here. I ve been here 3 times. I had a tire go flat and needed a replacement, they got the tire I needed as fast as they could and were professional.Where they really sold me was the other two times I ve been. I had a wiper issue with my wife s car and they figured out it was a loose bolt. No charge. Then today I brought it in for a nail in another tire. They pulled it and realized it didn t puncture. No charge. Showed they re not out to Nickel and dime customers. In my book that makes them trustworthy.Ill continue to use Bergen tire for things I don t need the dealership for. I rarely Leave reviews about businesses but these guys really are good. Everybody there that I've dealt with is pleasant and professional and goes above and beyond. And it's just my personal experience but I feel like they don't try to take advantage or profit by misleading you as we all know some places.

Superior service!!!! I had a check engine light pop on my dashboard. I called the local dealer who told me they could not schedule an appointment for a diagnostic until Sept 8. I called Bergen Tire in Mahwah and spoke w John who said - drop by for a computer diagnostic to read the error code. I arrived at 815am - they quickly ran the diagnostic and the code indicated a vapor leak - which could be the gas cap. They reset the computer and the light did not turn back on. Another reason to support small local business. There was no charge for the diagnostic, and I am relieved that I can drive my vehicle without worry of damaging my vehicle engine.

So thankful to have found this place! They accommodated my schedule and had the lowest prices in the surrounding area. I called other places for quotes and prices were ranging between $600 - $650 for USED tires. Thanks to these honest people I spent less than half for NEW tires, and most importantly I am satisfied customer. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and bringing all my cars here! Thank you!!!!!!

Good prices and gave me a fair estimate to get some additional work I needed done. Also they did not hassle me to get the additional work done which I appreciate. I would go back.

This place is amazing everyone behind the counter is helpful and very knowledgeable. I was in & Out quickly and they were willing to work with me on tires. These guys are great and I highly recommend coming there.

Bought winter tires for me and my son. Very easy to schedule an appointment, even on a Saturday. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Love these guys. Clean, courtesy, friendly staff. Helped me yesterday. My car battery had died down the street. Car was jumped. Drove immediately to Bergen Tire. They assessed my battery, replaced it and within 30 minutes I was back on the road.

Excellent place! Great service, very honest people, that is very rare nowadays! They sell very good quality parts, too. Very nice warranty comes with the tires, including free service, rotation and balancing. Highly recommended.

Going to Bergen Tire for over 10 years (numerous vehicles). I've always dealt with Matt at front desk. These guys are the BEST! Every single experience has been positive. They provide ALL mechanical services (not just tires). They are REASONABLE, PROFESSIONAL and most importantly, HONEST. Matt has called be several times and offered lower priced options! I wouldn't go anywhere else... Highly recommend Bergen Tire!! ask for Matt :)

I have been a customer of Bergen Tire of Mahwah for the past 7 years. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate me. My car is 10 years old and naturally in need of service now and then. I have never doubted Bergen Tire's honesty and have been told on several occasions that certain repairs or purchase of new tires can be put off for awhile.I have done some price comparisons and they always come in reasonable or competitive with their price quotes. I am a loyal customer and would not go anywhere else for car service. I would highly recommend Bergen Tire of Mahwah.

I have been taking my cars here for regular service as well as tires for the past 4+ years. They do a good job & have reasonable prices. I've never had a bad experience here, unlike at a couple of the local dealership shops.
