Typical bait and switch company. Said they had 4 tires of a set size. We agreed on a price. I drove 60 miles (100+ round trip) wasted over 2 hours of drive time. I show up with cash and hand and they didn't have them. But of course they would try to offer me another set of tires at a more expensive price. Stay away from this company and the people that work there. Especially Carl! You have been warned

I sent my son with a skid steer rim and tire, off the machine and had him ask if they could repair the leak and reseat the bead. They told him yes and quoted him $60.00, which I thought was outrageous being it is was off the machine, but we needed it done. They told my son to come back in a few hours. When he returned to pick up the wheel and tire, they told him $80.00. They said it was more difficult then expected. I feel we at least deserved a phone call before just charging more. Poor business practice in my opinion.

Amazing tire shop. Showed up close to closing (my fault didn t check what time they closed) bro slapped my new tire on the rim for me anyway . DEFINITELY COME BACK.

I went to this business earlier today and I am not happy with the service I received. When I first got there the sales person insisted that I needed tires without doing a full inspection of the vehicle. I then requested that it be seen by a mechanic so he/she can do an inspection and give me a follow up response. After a couple of hours I was told that I needed rear tires and maybe a front tire rod. I explained that vehicle was shacking and making a rattling noise from the front of the car. I can t imagine rear brakes would do this. Long story short I was told after the assessment it was the tread on the rear tires causing the shacking and the rattling and the noise was due to an issue with my back brakes. Turns out it was my transmission. I explained to the mechanic I wanted to resolve the issue that I felt was under the hood and not pay additional money for tires if that wasn t going to resolve the issue. I have purchased brakes, and 4 tires from here before. I have even recommended this place. But after today I feel as though my wishes weren t honored and the employees did what they wanted to do to make a sale and it wasn t right by the consumer. Now I m left with paying for tires that I really didn t want to get at the time on top of paying for a transmission problem. Which I explained that I didn t want to do. It s not right to treat consumers like this and that s not how you retain business from people that spend their hard earned money there.Services: Tires, Brakes

Good folks here. Their prices are competitive (even to online dealers) and they provide all the services you need to get on your way. Their work is exemplary and they seem to honestly care about their customers and employees. Their waiting area is ok - don't worry about spending time here, they are fast and efficient. I haven't found a better place for passenger tires or light truck tires. Even when I have a flat - Dave is a magician when it comes to patching/repair and I try him first!

I called about a screw in my tire and they were immediately available. My daughter slid inside and they assisted me with a first aid kit. The screw did not go through the tire. I asked to recheck and could they check all tires. I did take up a bay and some time and I was not charged. My tires were filled with air. I highly recommend. Thank you

I have been dealing with them for several years. I have always been treated well They take good care of my car. I have my oil changed there and have purchased tires as well as have had a major repair done. I trust these people. They let me know what needs to be done and tell me when something can wait. I would recommend them with confidence!

Yes you can get cheap prices on tires here, I actually had all 4 of my tires replaced by them, so when my car died on me in the middle of a snowstorm I decided to have my car towed there. They told me that it will cost $275 to replace the battery and two fuses I said OK will hold off on doing any of the repair work because I wasn t sure if it was worth putting extra money into my car. They said to let them know. I called them back less than a half hour later to tell them to not do the work and I was going to have it picked up and sent to a salvage yard, just when they told me that they already did the work and they will not release the car to me unless I paid for the repair. After talking to my wife about it and we decided to pick up the car and make sure that we do not put any extra money into it as I show up to the repair shop I noticed on the invoice that it is not $275 and it is in fact $310. I spoke with what seem to be the owner and asked him why this price isn t what I was told over the phone he said it was because of taxes, so I agreed to just take the car and go at this time it was pretty dark out so I was not able to inspect the vehicle of any damage. The next morning I walk out to my car and I see these deep giant scratches on top of the roof of my car and I immediately call them and tell them that there is damage done to my car that was not there before. Again the owner answers the phone and he says that they never cleaned any of the snow off of my car and that they just let it melt which makes no sense because they said that the night before I picked up my car that they had it inside of the shop charging the battery. I asked him if it was possible that any of his employees that cleaned off my car could they have scratch the vehicle and he was insistent that they did not clean off the car at all. Terrible place I thought it was pretty decent having all four tires replaced at a great price, they seem like good people but in the end they have damaged my vehicle and also did un-authorized repair work.

Good people to deal with. I had done a bunch of research online looking into tires for my Toyota Tundra. I decided on Michelin Defenders and knew what the going price was from the online stores.I had bought a set of tires from these guys years ago and they took care of me so I went in to get a quote for the truck. They were only five bucks and change more per tire than Tire Rack, so I decided to keep my business local and went with them. They don't stock the Defenders, but then again they didn't try and push me toward another tire either, so I had them order them.While waiting for them to be installed today, Jim called me up to the counter and informed me he had found a rebate online for $70 (I wasn't aware of any current rebates) ... not only did he download the rebate form and fill out most of the info for me, he put it in a stamped envelope. So I got a competitive price and great service to boot.At the least let these guys give you a quote before buying online , you may be surprised at how competitive they are.

Awful awful place don t ever go here. They don t understand proper torquing nor will they sell you tires that are safe for your vehicle. Had the guy try to install passenger car tires on my bosses dually van. Incorrect sizing and everything. Not to mention them over torquing the wheels on another friend s vehicle which he had to pay for himself. This shouldn t be a business any longerServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I used to do business here years ago and my father said they have been honest people with his vehicle repairs. I dropped my car off for a slow leak in the tire and an oil change. I asked them to call me about the tire so I can decide what to do depending on problem. They never called me I had to call them the next day and when I went to pick up my car they patched the tire and did an oil change and charged me $78.26. This place totally took advantage of me. I will never bring my vehicle here again as well as my family will not be going back either!

DO NOT GO HERE. I learned the hard way. The whole place is a scam. I walked into the place and stood there for about 8-10 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. I brought my car in (engine light was on) and I asked the owner ( Ed) to give me a quote before doing anything. They grabbed my key and took my car. Came in about half hour later and told me it s $250 to fix and told me I owe them $39.99 plus tax. I respectfully asked why is there a charge, especially when I told them to give me a quote before doing anything. You can free diagnostic test anywhere for free nowadays. (AutoZone, pep boys etc.). Owner said, I should have asked . Why do I have ask , when i go to service location. If anyone reads the rest of the reviews here, you will know the type of place they are running. It s funny that the other work associate repeatedly said, If I took care of you, I would have told you about the service charge upfront . The owner just sat there and didn t care to comment. Then the owner s grand son walked in and asked me to get the f - out . That s a great way to talk to customer. I guess the non classy, trashy attitude runs in the family. I paid my bill and walked out. The worst mechanical experiences I ever experienced in my life. EVERYONE SAVE A TRIP AND SAVE THE AGGRAVATION. Worst possible service you ll ever experience.

Ed the older guy in the store began to help me and then decided to leave to get food? When he came back he finally showed me tires but then became irritated when I was taking my time and calling my brother to make sure they were good tires and checking the tire creation date. He said he didn t want to sell me tires anymore and I could go somewhere else. It s like he was hiding the fact that he was trying to sell me bad tires because I was a woman. AWFUL SERVICE. He also seemed to be on something. Would not recommend this place, even if it were the last tire place on earth. STAY AWAY.

Although things were quick and fairly easy I didn't like the overall vibe at the place. Listened to the owners complain about their customers behind the counter while I was waiting for my car to be done. He took my name and information but addressed me as 'ma'am' instead of my first name. Not very personable If you ask me!Went here because my regular mechanic said to change my front tire as soon as I left the shop. This was the first place I could think of that wasn't Sears or Pep Boys. I wouldn't recommend and I don't think I'll be back. Plus I'm pretty sure they balanced my tires incorrectly!

Less than a week ago i was at work (pizza hut) and im a delivery driver and i got a flat tire. They were 0.1 miles away and i rolled in and i had the best experience. They had my tire in stock and i got an almost brand new tire for $60. They even rotated it and put air in all my tires. This all took an hour and i was back to work right away. We all know how it is to have something go wrong at the wrong time and they made it alot less stressful.

I stopped here two weeks ago as I was on the road and had a slow leak. They charged me FIFTY DOLLARS to plug my tire. Today I m at Tires Plus purchasing new tires and they caused extreme damage putting it back on, which is costing me an extra $50 today to an extremely apologetic and professional mechanic. So basically the old guy there has cost me $100 for a simple tire plug. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE

I came in the business they did not acknowledge me or look at me for several minutes. Wanted them to check a tire for leak before I bought a new one. They wanted $32 just to check the tire that's half the cost of a new tire. Very poor attitude. Very poor service. Could not care attitude. Avoid at all costs. You will not get a good deal or service there.

This is the worst Mechanic place ever! My boss went there to fix a problem with her starter. Her friend said it might not exactly be the starter but another problem. She went to Royal and said she wanted a diagnostic first to see what exactly the problem was. They ended up just putting in a new starter WITHOUT HER PERMISSION and charged her $300! She went to pick up her car and it still wouldn't start! She told them she thinks it's another problem and they got into an argument and the mechanic yelled at her to never come back.So she went to Nobles down the street and they ran a free diagnostic and said Royal didn't put the starter in right. She called Royal and says she wants her money back for the starter and they said no! They're just rip off con artists who cuss at you and do stuff to your car incorrectly without your permission and demand you to pay!

Nothing but ignorant, ungrateful employees and owner! From the owner, being ignorant , belligerent and just plain rude to the guy who answer the phone. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I can't wait for Mavis tire to open up down the street and this will place collapse! The owner and his family members that work there are always fighting in public, cursing and screaming. Very unprofessional!

I hit a curb to avoid a car coming head on towards me and had a blow out. I called royle tires WHO I BOUGHT 4 brand new tires from over one year ago. Also four brand-new tires for my husbands F150. They had my tire in stock but REFUSED TO WAIT FOR ME!! I called them at 4:35 n was on Atlantic Ave in Magnolia. The nasty bastard wanted to leave at 4:45 complaining about being there all day. WHEN HIS HOURS AS U CAN SEE IS 5:00!! The only reason I do BUSINESS THERE IS BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT MAGNOLIA AUTO BODY OR I WOULDN'T GO THERE AT ALL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!! U can bet that ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!!! This place will RIP U OFF IN A MINUTE!!!!! If your a woman then I strongly suggest going to Stratford tires or pep boys what a difference in service n price. Karma doesn't skip over anyone n when it hits u guys at royal tires I hope it's women like me u think about. POS!!!!!!

Royal Tire & Auto has good repair men if one is in who can fix your particular problems with your car. I suggest you call ahead. Also they have a customer service dept. A few old fellows who remind me of Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon in "Grumpy old men" As for price they are neck to neck with Pep boys. Ambience, is rather gloomy an old T.V playing "The Andy Griffith show" while you wait for your car ie. If you don't have to leave it until the next day. However they do have a Sun Room five old plastic chairs on the out side, if you are claustrophobic. If you can leave through that you will be happy with whatever work you had done. Royal Tire & Auto are not my first choice but they know how to fix most problems.

I got my tires mounted there ,the worker ruined all my pick up lugs nuts and studs.i have to replace everything after 3 days.and now all the wheels needs balance again.and I don't have the money to do that now.its $100.for balancing them.and I don't want to argues with the employer there.im on a budget and can get the wheels done now.and my pick up is vibrating now.

Owners are super friendly and helpful in trying to get you the best fit for your vehicle, best thing about this business is that you don t have to worry about someone just trying to make a buck from a tire sale, these guys seem to know the business very well and actually do everything in saving you money when purchasing tires from them, they also have a wide range of name brand tires to choose from, installation done professionally and with no hassles ever.
