Fast, efficient and great customer service. From the initial call to the end of transaction, everything was smooth and FAST. I called one hour before closing explained my tire issue and they said to come they d take care of me and they sure did. Tire was fixed in less than 16 mins. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend and will be coming back if and when I have tire issues again. Super satisfied!

Kristie and Ashley were absolutely fantastic! I was in town for a long weekend, and got a flat first thing and both assisted in helping me get it fixed quickly and back to my trip! Absolutely amazing service! Beyond grateful for their kindness and help!!

My Subaru was being working on at this location in April 2024. Yvonne and the Techs when above and beyond to keep me updated, make me aware of my total balance, and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the work getting done in my car. At other locations, I have felt that they were talking just to talk and add extras that weren't necessary at the time. This location in Magnolia is not like that. They prefer to be open and honest with their customers!

This Mavis location is awesome! Yvonne & Austin were super helpful and talked me through every step of what they were doing with my BMW. They are friendly and also were efficient with the time it took to get everything done. This location will be my go-to moving forward for any work I need done on my car!

I ve been to this location before for a patch and things went perfectly. And honestly, I have NO complaints about the staff or service at this location. Everyone was doing their best. It was busy.That said, it took 3 hours (not exaggerating) to have four tires put on my car. I had an appointment.I m not sure who s responsible for managing appointment slots, but I thought someone should know. Not everyone has the luxury of just dropping off their car.Want to emphasize how great the staff was . They were knowledgeable and competent. But I will not be spending more money here. :/ if you need to wait for your car, I recommend trying some place else.

Great shop for new tires. They offer several brands for my car. Today I only needed a routine balance and tire rotation. Made an appointment online and was taken promptly on arrival. Highly recommend

Hey them ladies in the front yesterday rock! It was very busy and they kept the ball rolling up there. I believe what Ashley says is true.. Mavis strives on their customer service and without us leaving a customer review how is anyone to know how great you guys really are!! So I hope this helps!! Keep up the good work ladies! I would like to thank Anthony & his team for going above and beyond to help me with my car! There isn t enough words to describe how thorough, knowledgeable, kind, precise, and helpful they were for me! Austin did a fantastic job and assessing the situation and finding the best solution for me! Anthony also explained what is needed, what will be needed and the best route to take care of my car!I will 100% be going back to Anthony and his team for any and all car needs!They are not just tires! First, let me say that there are other Mavis locations closer to my home but I choose to go to the Magnolia location because that's where Anthony is. I've had my car in there a couple of times and Anthony has done some major work on it.He is honest, friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable and a hard worker (obviously the hardest worker in that shop)! He wears a white shirt and I know that means he's management but he's in there working on vehicles and getting his hands dirty right alongside his crew!It's a busy shop whenever I've been there so I did have to wait but I believe that may be more about the "higher ups" that are in charge of scheduling.I will continue to take my car to the Magnolia Mavis as long as Anthony is there. If he goes to another location, then my business will go there.All your stores should hire in all positions people who are respectful, hard workers who are most importantly knowledgeable and honest, like Anthony!Job well done!!

I've used Mavis in west Berlin for a flat tire due to a pothole but this my first experience using Mavis at Magnolia. The prices are great of course but the service is fantastic. The employee was very understanding about my circumstances with towing difficulties and even gave me a warranty on my new tires incase I hit another pothole since this happened twice in the same week. The service is very thorough and fast so I'm always impressed and will continue to use Mavis' services from now on

If you value your time as money perhaps go elsewhere. Scheduled appointment times mean little here. I endured the 2 hour wait beyond my appointment time. My wife went this past weekend for a noon appointment to purchase 4 new tires. She left 2 hours later without new tires as she was just tired of waiting.

If you like discounts and value good customer service then you need to get down to Mavis Discount Tire in Magnolia! The service over all there is a 10 out of 10. I have now made the switch fully over to Mavis. Thank for Keeping my family safe!Crystal Tomarchio

I went to the Magnolia location for a nail in my tire and not only did they fix that quickly, the wonderful young lady Kristie at the front desk helped me with another issue I was having with my car, never tried to upsell me, and made sure everything was done at a VERY reasonable price. I felt like a valued customer and I felt like I could trust Mavis. Thank you for a great experience

I ve been to a couple of the Mavis location and this is one of the cleanest and friendliest ones yet. It s nice to see ladies behind the desk doing a man s job they call it now days. I overheard the two ladies upfront talking as one was new, but honestly the way they both interact with the customers/speaks with them. I could not tell which one was new. After a while, I learned that Kristi was the store manager, and Ashley was a ASM in training. These ladies are definitely all about good customer service. I will definitely be back and Getting the word out about you guys. Thank you again you really are appreciated! Jaylene C.

How long does it take to change two tires? About two hours and you re the only vehicle. What happened to the people that actually knew what they were doing here?Wouldn t rate 5 stars even with the $10 off sign you have posted!Only one guy working while the other two are on their phones with a car in the air. Nice. Dig it.

I went with my cousin to fix a problem with his car s tires, we were surprised with Kristie and how positive her attitude is as well as she gave us quite a good deal and a great service along with her colleague Yvonne. Kat took my call and I was so grateful for her. She went out of her way to listen to my needs and to make sure everything went smooth when my son arrived. Was here this morning with my charger which had a screw in tire.No problem, got me in fixes the issue. As im sitting there, i hear my car start up and the tech revving the engine of my car! Like why?! Not to mention the counter person was in the bathroom for 30 minutes nobody can get rang out! The lady came out from the back and was very nice but complained about her co worker always being in the bathroom. Disorganized as ever, they couldnt ring me out and she started fo get flustered. Had to ask for the keys to.my caf and all. Wont be back

Today I needed a new tire and Kat helped me out, I didn't go for an allighment but I needed that too and asked if they could do that too, but they checked and seen that I had other issues with my car that could've made the problem worse if we did that today. Any other place like pepboys would've just did it and caused my car more problems. I'm thankful for them not rushing through their job and making sure you get back on the road with a reliable car. Definitely a 5 star shop!

Brought my car to replace the back break pads and rotors because they were screeching and the same day while driving the car home they did not sound any different. While my car was there I never got an update as to when it was done and I had to call and ask they said oh yeah it s done. I brought my car back the next day and told them something was obviously wrong since they sounded the same as when I brought them in and I paid well over $400 for them to be replaced. They told me they couldn t get me in and I needed to come back the next week. I was going on vacation the next couple days and couldn t do that. I went the next day with an appt and brought the car around 1:30 and told them I needed my car before 4:30 since I had somewhere to be. I was told it would 100% be done since they wouldn t have to do a full replacement again. I sat there for 30 minutes and my car wasn t even brought into the garage so I left and AGAIN wanted to confirm that my car would be done before I needed it and they told me they d start working on it that second. I left and waited until about 4:15 and heard literally nothing so I called. They told me they didn t even start working on it so it had sat there for 3 hours. I went to go back and pick the car up since I needed to be somewhere which I reiterated multiple times and they were now telling me that there was a different issue with the car and that I would need to fix that as well. I asked why I was never told this information when I originally picked the car up when it was done the initial day and they said that someone else had diagnosed the car the original day and now someone new was diagnosing it. It was for sure the same exact person because she told me his name both days. I asked him(Gavin) about it and told him she said someone else diagnosed the car and he said it was him both times. So they re also just liars I guess, not sure who but someone there is. If they knew there was another issue why did they let me leave with the keys and act like nothing happened?? I was late to my prior engagement because they have no perception of time and also literally never fixed the problem ?? I will quite literally never return to Mavis if it was the last place on this earth. (Also while I was waiting for my car to be done there was another customer in there and she was also complaining about how she was having a bad experience as well. Not sure if it s just this location that s the issue but I know I ll never be returning and I m sure she won t either)

The service was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and attended to my needs , I highly recommend this place to bring your car for any minimalist repairs or duty's such as oil changes , tire changes ect
