After a hit and run i decided to take my car here. I know a few people who have had work done at this location and they absolutely loved it. And after getting my car back i see why!!! The shop has New Jersey's best awards hung on the wall for years and years worth of AMAZING service!! This auto body shop may seem small but their attention to detail isn't!! Shop local!!! Shop small !! Come to Magnolia Auto Body their prices are More than Fair!!! Their work speaks for itself!!

I highly recommend Magnolia Auto Body in Magnolia. It s a family owned shop with high attention to detail. My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. They are honest and reliable, and offer affordable prices.The most important thing . the quality of their work is top notch. Stop in and you ll agree.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are super easy to work with especially when going through insurance due to someone hitting my car and driving off. They worked on my car very fast and you can t even tell it was in an accident! 10/10 definitely recommend Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

From the initial quote to the completed work, the folks at Magnolia Auto Body are amazing to deal with. Our car was hit in a parking lot and our mechanic recommended them. Their price was fair, it was finished on time and the work was beyond expectations. It looks brand new. I love doing business with local small business professionals. Like most men,I love my car. I brought it brand new and have kept it in pristine condition during this time. I was hit by a young lady who was coming out of a parking lot. It took quite a while to find AN HONEST person to repair the car until a friend turned me on to this establishment. Tom explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me a very reasonable estimate which I was very pleased with. Great work after an unfortunate accident...The job was done so well my neighbor thought I had been given a newer used car.My car looks brand new & my headlights no longer look like they have cataract's ....Definitely recommend Tom & Magnolia auto body....Great Job, thanks Service: Body & Trim

Was recommended this location through a neighborhood Facebook Group after someone hit my car. I visited in April 2022 and Initially I was pleased with a quote provided at a great price upfront. I spoke with Tom who informed me that a part needed to be ordered and that once it arrived I could bring the car in for service. I was never called back about the part. For almost 3 weeks I had to call the shop and inquire about the status of the part but never was given any actual info. Each time I called, I was told Let me check the status of the part and we can give you a call back but I never received a call back despite me calling 3 different times over the course of 3 weeks. Eventually I just stopped calling and of course it s now August and I still haven t received a call back almost 4 months later. Polite but bad customer service. I understand our current state of shipping delays, inflation, etc but to not update me or even the common courtesy of a call back is an unacceptable customer experience. Was very disappointed.

The owners Tom & Buffy are some of the nicest, most fair and honest people you will ever have the opportunity to do business with. We had a rear quarter panel collision/dent right at the panel joint seam on our 2018 Toyota Highlander. It is amazing how well they were able to fix the dent, perfect the seam joint and match the paint! I am 54 years old and have had my share of body work done over the years, but this is the best work that I have ever personally witnessed. The repaired side actually looks better, straighter and cleaner than the other original opposite side. I almost never write reviews, but we were so pleased with our experience that it was warranted. Magnolia Auto Body is a great multi generational family owned and operated business that I highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Magnolia Auto Body has new customers in me and my husband for any future auto body needs. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and fast at repairing and getting your car back to you. They did a really good job with a paint job for my car's hood. The guys are very professional and offer super quick service - I dropped my car off in the morning, and they were done by the evening on the same day. The price they charge is fair as well. If I ever need another repair/paint job, I would definitely go back to these guys.

Our family absolutely loves Magnolia Auto Body! Tom and his wife are so friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are. they take the time to talk with you and address your concerns. Their prices are very fair, their work is amazing and they stand by it! They always aim to please! Thank you guys so very much for all you do!

Excellent service at a reasonable price point. They are very polite and patient with the customers. Went out of their way to accommodate a quick service to suit my schedule. There was some minor work that was missed on my car but they finished it right away while I was waiting for my car. All the awards on the wall are well deserved.

Expert service. Respectful staff and owners. They do not play around. The most reasonable rates when getting any damages repaired. They seem to go above and beyond what anyone would expect. I have given them my business on several occasions and have nothing but great things to say about the results. I am amazed how they walk you through every step of the process. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Without a question Magnolia Auto is the best place to go when your vehicle needs some attention. I have had Magnolia handle everything from scratches to major repairs and it always the same result - perfection and my cars returned to their pre-incident condition. The work is excellent. Magnolia has the ability to make it like the damage never occurred. Tom and his team accomplish this while maintaining a courteous and kind environment that makes clear excellent customer service is as important to Magnolia as the finished product. If you are ever in need, regardless of the scope of the job, Magnolia Auto Body is the place to go and have all of your expectations exceeded.
