If i could give this place of establishment 0 stars i would , it was absolutely horrific. I had my front brakes serviced there on a Monday and the technician i spoke with darrell & store manager were completely lost and made my car worse then what it was. I spent over $500 and called the store multiple times to try and get this problem rectified but it was never handled properly, when i spoke with the store manager he kept up selling me on more parts rather then property diagnose the issue I m having. So now i will be taking my suv to the dealership today so they can fix jiffy lubes mistakes , however once its fixed i will be back for a refund. If you value your car , time or money please dont come here they are very inexperienced and dont stand by there word.Update!Almost forgot something they also left my air filter out!!!!!!!! Again horrific service stay away!!!Service: Brakes

The team at the Magnolia Jiffy lube location were so wonderful. I was there yesterday, Wednesday the 10th, and all 3 guys that helped with my oil change were so sweet. The place was so clean too, big plus! Will definitely come back

Stopped by for air in tire due to warning that tire air pressure was low. Stopped 2 other places, and their air machine was down. Driving pass jiffy lube, By CHANCE, I saw a worker and asked if they had air machine. They checked all my tires with air hose - 3 were good, rear passenger was the low one. The man sprayed soapy water(?) on tire, and it bubbled; and you could see the nail. So originally, was going to do inside patch BUT, when they brought the tire to me to see, I could see the previous inside patch, and the mail was approximately 2-3 away. Was told that another patch he could not due as it would compromise the integrity of the tire, so I had to buy a tire. As a 70 yo female, I was so grateful for the honesty. Never knew jiffy sold tires and did full car maintance, only thought it was a drive thru oil change place, and never put much stock into a place like that. I was really glad my mechanic was closed today, gave me a chance to reach out and learn something new today.

I first met Patrick the manager about how much it would cost to do brakes and an oil change, gave me the quote and when I came in with brake pads and rotors for replacement I sat for 3 hours with no communication that my calipers in the back were seized. They hadn t told me anything and while it was soaking they could ve told me that and I would ve requested new calipers during the wait. Next day, brought the car back at around 940-10 and it s 230 as I m writing this. Again 4+ hours on a simple brake job and oil change. I was reasonably charged but for 7 total hours? I was the only car at one point for a good hour and 1/2 and guys were standing or outside smoking. I review as I see fit.I shouldn t have had to sit and wait a total 7 hours for work to be done.I m leaving 4 stars because it s clean and you can t be mad at the fact of coming to a corporate place and who they hire, it s your own fault.My reg mom and pop shop was booked and I needed brakes and an oil change, so next time I know.Just oil changes are probably different, but definitely have a ride if you plan on rotors and brake change.

Very friendly service, efficient and quick. They went above and beyond and i will be going here for oil changes from now on. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Came in for an oil change as I've been taking my vehicle to Honda for several years. Recently just started allowing Jiffy Lube in York to perform the services. Only to visit this location and learn that Jiffy Lube in York completely screwed up: my drip pan is messed up and Darrell had to replace another item on my vehicle that was broken which I was informed it was done during my last service - Jiffy Lube York. These are reasons why I choose to go to Honda...guaranteed a correction if services aren't performed correctly. I will be calling Jiffy Lube International to submit a claim. TY Darrell!!! Outstanding customer service.

The staff was great, but my girlfriend...absolutely horrible. Made the staff around after hours, asked for additional services, 30 minutes into them staying late she gets all her cards declined. That staff has patience that rivals monastery monks in meditation. Fantastic work on their end.

Former employee! Anyone that values there time , money and car please dont have your car serviced here. As i stated i work here and i have proof there all un experienced techs . They leave air filters out , oil filters are loose , they have alot of come backs. Also there store manager patrick does nothing about it , all he will do is upsell you and put stuff on your bill without you knowing. I have proof and pictures of all this!!!! Stay away

The manager was one of the nicest men I've ever met. He and his worker were so fast and efficient. He was very short staffed. Just the two of them and still never once had any attitude. I will highly recommend the new magnolia location on Evesham Rd. Thank you again.

They wasted my time and told me to take my car to the dealership when I brought it to them to fix it. They faked that I needed an oil change so they can charge me for something before I left. Would not recommend

Former employee! I would like all customers to know there will be protesting going on every Monday and Tuesday stating how bad of a company these people are and how they do unlawful stuff. And there work is very shabby as well. Stay tuned for the protests

I have exclusively taken my Ruby to the dealership since she was born but was happy to know they communicate with them for service records. Again, very clean, professional and efficient. They are very attentive and give you a honest assesment of your vehicle. You get the vehicles current status and potential faults to look out for. Good location, and a good team that makes you feel you were treated honestly.

It was empty no one but the workers. They changed my oil in 10 min and I was done. They did a great job. Going to get me brakes done here ASAP.Update I got my brakes done and for 2 weeks or so it was fine. Then I started to hear a rattle from all the wheels. Went back and they said that nothing was wrong. This morning I took my car to a shop by my house and they said jiffy lube forgot to put the clips on the brake pad.

Dont trust these guys. Went there in Feb of 2023 for oil change. Workers stated that my brake pads should be replaced and padding was low. I declined. Fast forward to June 2023. Took my car to my dealership to replace brake pads only for them to tell me my brakes look brand new and that they dont need to be replaced. Watch out for recommended services that you dont really need.

This was one of the best oil change experiences ever had. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the garage, walked to the door, they opened the door for me, they offered coffee/water and showed me where I could sit, everything was quick. They went over all of the information with me. Then walked me to the door and held the door for me again. I ve been to other JiffyLubes and this was by far one of the best.Service: Oil change

My bf car got a flat while he was out with our baby. We finally got triple A to change to a spare but we needed his tire changed out right away. We got there 40 minutes before closing. We were greeted by Rell who was spoke to on the phone and was very helpful and patient. Then met the manager Rob E. Who told us the cost upfront and thankfully had the tire available on site. Rell noticed while pulling the car in, it was making a noise. Rell and Marc both investigated it to make sure our brake pads and rotors were fine. We ended up needing all 4 tires changed and they stayed past their closing time to do it for us. I m extremely grateful and impressed with their service. I 100% recommend this location if you ever need anything done. Thanks guys, we will be back!Service: Tires

This stop was ideal as I needed an oil change out of my area but while out running errands.
