Took my 2012 Buick Enclave to JD Car Care for a check engine light because I failed inspection. All started out well but as time went on they kept replacing parts over a 5 month period with no results. I paid over $2500 and all I got from them is a car I can't drive and a shop that kept saying the vehicle has a lot of problems,. They even sold me a Convertor and flex pipe and told me no warranty because other problems my cause it to fail, At no point did I say not to fix it. After Convertor didn't fix it took it to the dealer and they stated the Convertor was not working it had the same values going in as coming out, Tried to return it before Christmas and was told they are short handed but after Christmas they would look at it again, I brought it back a few weeks after Christmas it sat for almost 3 weeks before they call me to pick it up saying they are know longer doing Diagnostic work, I was sick that day and planed on picking it up the next day, Of course they called me they next day telling me they would charge me storage fees if not picked up that day. Would have been nice if they had someone who could have fixed it or gave me some of my money back and saying they couldn't fix it. I would never treat any customer like this I worked in shops a long time ago and if a car back we had to take care of it before any other vehicle. This is my first and last bad review I have given anyone.

I went recently for a exhaust tip job. The two guys running the place were very nice and understanding The job only took 1 day, they are very professional and very consistent with their work . The prices are great and my car sounds 100x more aggressive. I 100% recommend this place if u need work on your car for a great price or just want your muscle car to sound American

Took my 2012 Toyota Tundra because of the noise coming from the rear end somewhere possibly a rear possibly a wheel bearing possibly a carrier bearing possibly brakes after having it for a couple days he called me up and said it was the calipers that were hung up and making the noise he said I needed new rotors new calipers new brake pads and with labor it would be $1,000 so I picked the truck up drove it a quarter mile and still heard the same noise I called him up it was a Saturday and they were about to leave so I knew they weren't going to look at it then he told me call Monday I called Monday and told him I would be dropping the vehicle off they didn't seem like they had any interest in even talking to me after dropping it off it sat there all day and I don't think anybody touched it I don't think they have the experience for the tools Maybe to fix what was wrong with my truck however they did manage to lose my wheel lock which I did need because I took it someplace else to a shop that could fix it the problem anyway long story short or short story long however you want to see it I don't recommend this shop and I will not be going back I was treated very rudely when I was asking about the lock for the lug nuts I want to send them a picture of the lug nut to see if maybe they thought it was a different kind and they did have it but nobody there has a cell phone for me to send a picture is what I was told I have a small business and I got to say I would never treat your customer the way I was treated

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My Poppop was my mechanic until he retired after 50+ years and I was so nervous to find a new one. I accidentally found JD car care through a previous job. They do not make mechanics like Dave anymore! He is kind and informative, very reasonably priced, and turn around times are quick! I recommend him to everyone I know. The staff is so nice as well! Seriously extraordinary customer service and mechanical services. They truly care about their customers!! I heard some noises that didn't sound right. They got me in the same day. I asked them to do a complete check for me. They checked it all and yes I needed a lot of work. Brakes, shocks, rotors, tire arms as well as some other things. They explained everything to me. I felt comfortable with what they told me and they got it back to me within 3 days. It could have been 2 days but I didn't want them staying late just for my vehicle on that Saturday. I have found my new mechanic team.

In the past I've been taken multiple times from mechanics and git taken large amounts of money, but Dave is different. He's courteous, kind,informative and even funny! He's not out to make a buck from you, he's out to make you a satisfied return customer, and he did that with me. Going this week with an exhaust issue and brake installation. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm willing to bet great!

Our family has been taking our cars to Dave for awhile now. I would absolutely recommend JD car care for your car! He is honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. You re in good hands here.

JD seams 2 b as honest as can be..his prices are fair and his work is fantastic...been going 2 him for about 6 months now...he helped me find cheaper tires then what he can sell them for..2 me that shows he cares..

Dave is awesome, he fixed my exhaust leak last minute for me so I could have my car back for work. He even sprayed it with high heat paint to prevent rust in the future. THANKS!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Have be going to Dave for over 20 years. He is one the most knowledgeable and skilled Technician around, but first and foremost he is the most honest around!! Never pushy never the upsell which I respect in a Technician. So if you are looking for a good honest tech looking no further than JD Car Care.

I have been using Dave for more then a decade and that alone tells you how good he is ! First Time Customer..Well,I'm Going BACK,that should say it All. Owner,Good Guy! Good work.But..First Come service.That can be tough if u have to Wait. But if he Can,he keeps it in mind. Works for Me. In that area..U can service any part of Ur car..lol All in a Row,I never noticed
