I had to purchase a new set of wiper blades because one of them broke off while driving. I was a bit confused on how to replace them, but it was raining and I really needed it in order to drive safely. Without being prompted, an employee named Floyd came out in the rain and replaced them for me. I wanted to make sure to leave a favorable review that mentioned him by name to highlight the wonderful service of this location.

I already lost the receipt so I forgot the guy's name who helped me but he'll remember. I was looking for a couple tools for a break job and he showed me that $18-19 impact screwdriver. Thanks man , all the stuff I have and never knew that existed. Saved my tail a bunch of aggravation and it worked great. Ha also found that 19mm that was in the wrong spot and saved me some cash

Today I called Auto zone in Magnolia NJ. I spoke to a women named Heather. She looked for a part took my credit card over the phone. I had to call back to add something else and did it all over again. I can believe how pleasant and polite she was! I haven t experienced such kindness over the phone probably the last 10 years! Thank to her, she s an amazing employee!

Fine no complaints, they didn't have the item I needed but research was done on which store did have it in stock which was appreciated. I did leave feeling a little uneasy but didn't make a big deal about it. One of the gentleman made a comment to My little one about how his granddaughter looks like Her and that He use to do Her hair the same. My little one is 3 with braids and beads in Her hair. He was a white gentleman. Could very well have a biracial grandchild, I just wasn't sure if He was being genuine or mocking us. The tone was off so I'm not sure.

Car broke down at the post near the store. I purchased a battery and ask if someone could help with install. Both employees could care less. I will never go back to this store if I can help it.

It's always great going in there. The associates are kind, quick, and helpful. I needed a headlamp. I walked in, made the purchase, the associate replaced the burned out one, and l was on my way in 20 minutes! You can't beat that!

I came in the Magnolia Auto Zone to purchase a headlight bulb. Sarah/Sara (not sure of the correct spelling) was just phenomenal! She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, confident, and considerate. She asked me if I needed help, putting the bulb in. I thought it would a job I could do. I was wrong. I wound up asking Sarah/Sara for her help and she came out and did her thing AND on top of it noticed that my hi-beam bulbs were burnt out and replaced them also! She saved me another trip and probably a rejection sticker from the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center. I tried to give her money, but she denied it. Sarah/Sara went above and beyond to help me out of the goodness of her heart. How many people do you know that offer above and beyond help nowadays. Not too many. THANK YOU SARAH/SARA, TREMENDOUSLY!!!!!! YOU ROCK GIRL!!!!!!

I called this Autozone to see if a headlight assembly was in stock as this item was not in stock at other stores. I spoke to Don who was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived Danny serviced us who was also friendly and informative. Thanks.

Hands down one of the best experiences in an automotive store by far! Heather is amazing! Went out of her way to make sure I had every single item/part on my long list of items/parts. She was full of positivity and charisma during the time I was there, made sure to keep the jokes flowing and everyone smiling and happy...even though system was running slow and backing up the customers a little bit. When I was all done there, I went to pick up a part at another store and they didn't have it in stock like computer said so I called Heather and she made sure to find the part at a store on my route home so I wasn't inconvenienced in any other way possible. You would think that an auto parts store would hire motorheads to service their customers, not true. Know what you need before you go there because it's a crapshoot wether or not the employee can help you. Troubleshooting... Forget about it, another crapshoot. They rely too much on what the computer tells them to say to you.

I was supposed to have a $10 discount from a coupon for orders over $50 in-store and online, but the code on my phone didn't work. However, the store employee was kind enough to override the label prices of two K&N products and get me the discount, big thank you! I don't care about the discount, it's 10 bucks, but this guy's benevolence was rare, sorry I didn't get his name.

Staff was very helpful!! I came in to get new headlights but Alex D. Came out to see if he can put it in and just adjusted a knob and fixed my preexisting light. He was very nice and helpful. He also educated us about why the headlights would turn off like it did. Thank you Alex D!

Great store with awesome, knowledgeable staff who find the correct part the FIRST time. Battery and light bulb installs, all with a smile. I highly recommend this store!

I usually don t write one star reviews but had to write about this commercial store manager Charlie . Very rude and unpleasant. People like this shouldn t be working in a commercial account. I am a 5000 plus dollar weekly account and this is very unprofessionalHope fully some one above will see this review.

This autozone is just as good as my usual autozone over by the Moorestown mall I live over here in somerdale now not maple shade. The guys there are great too I always find what I need -Thanks autozone!
