I have been going to Madison Tire & Auto Repair for decades when John s father was alive. Our community is very fortunate that John continued his father s commitment to providing excellent,, dependable, trustworthy service to the community. A few days ago I took my Tesla for tire rotation, which was done while I waited. Without even asking, John made sure my brakes and brake fluid had also been checked. I am truly grateful for the kind extraordinary service that John and his workers provide. Susan

The silver lining of having a tire blow out was I got to experience phenomenal service at Madison Tire. John knows the business extremely well, he and Mike exude calm and confidence. They put me totally at ease and I look forward to doing business with them again - hopefully just for routine service next time!

Fantastic service. I had a tire blow out on the highway from a large puncture, called them that afternoon, they were able to get my tire of choice delivered the next morning, squeezed me in that day for install, and in 24 hours from my initial phone call, the car is done. And they re very friendly. What more could you ask for?

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. They have helped me several times with whatever issue I m facing. They re honest, reliable, fast, generous, and friendly. I had a very slow leak in one of the tires. I took it to Midas, they didn't find the leak. I took it other places also including Costco. Costco could not find the leak but charged $13 for checking.Good thing about Madison was they did not find the leak but did not charge.

I had to take my dad s Volvo in a few weeks ago for some work. The staff was helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.Greatly appreciate all that you did for my dad and me.

In a time when the world is upside down, there are still good people who go over & above to do the right thing.. not just because it s good business but because it s the right thing to do. So along with getting good, honest service, you are also getting a good man with a good heart. Can t ask for more! Was recommended Madison Tire by a friend and we are so happy we went. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a great deal on our new tires and patched and repaired one of the tires for free after it got a nail after a few months of driving. Fast and friendly. Madison Tire is a lifesaver!!! I had come from a carwash down the street and discovered a huge nail had punctured my tire, to the point it was visibly deflating and hissing. Losing pressure fast, I went to Madison Tire in a pinch, and just like an emergency doctor, John and his team triaged my car for a repair super last minute, squeezing me in between a fully scheduled day. My tire was replaced within the following couple of hours at a reasonable price, given the atypical tire size I had on my car. John and his team were so nice and accommodating, top notch customer service, and quality work on my repair!! THANK YOU GUYS - I'll surely be returning, but for more scheduled service haha :)

Madison Tire helped me out after 3 failed attempts by the dealer to figure out my vibration issue. They road force balanced my tires and determined they were no good. Had them install 4 new tires and will continue coming here for years to come! I am also extremely particular about where I bring my car and who I allow to work on it.

My favorite place. Fair pricing, happy to tell you where to go if it s not their specialty and always takes care of my car!It s also a small thing but I drive a manual, I never have any issues with anyone here driving it like I ve had with some other local spots.

Not female friendly, Careless, and lacks proper management.Have been going to this place for years. This is actually disheartening to write because this place is so close to our home and we thought we found a reputable place. My husband is typically the one to bring in our cars for maintenance. The one time I brought it in, I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and to check on my electronic parking brake notification that dings immediately when turning on the car. After holding my car 3 days to accomplish this, when I picked up my car I was charged for the oil change, tire rotation, and license plate bulbs ( which was not an issue prior to bringing it in ). And when I checked out the car, they hadn t even been replaced! They charged me $60+ for the bulbs. When confronting them about this after paying for it, they acknowledged that they did not replace ( or even order ) new bulbs for my car, or had even looked at my electronic parking brake. When telling them that I was pretty disappointed in that happening especially after having my car for 3 days..He said, we don t have to do this, you don t need to have an attitude with me . While 3 other male workers stood next to him behind the counter. It was belittling and so out of line.Mind you, I have been so patient and nice with this guy this entire process, I was so caught off guard, and obviously insulted. I asked for a refund and told them they had some audacity and walked out.For a business to rip someone off, speak to anyone, let alone a woman like that was repulsing and our business will never return here. So if you are looking for a reputable place that handles your car with close detail and knows how to speak to people, this is NOT the place for you.Services: Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Got new tires for my car here, service was ok, what I didn t like here was that they will charge you about 3% more if you use your credit card to pay, which I didn t know and it doesn t help to get a good deal for new tires. I know other places they don t charge you extra for using your credit card.My car wheels got very small scratches and dirty.Service: Tires

Great service and deserves 5 stars! I've been dealing with a front wheel vibration (Toyota Sequoia) for almost six months after installing new rims and tires. Several attempts at three other shops to resolve the problem but no luck. I finally did a google search and came across Madison Tires. Based on previous customer reviews I decided to give them a try. I made a phone call and after speaking to John and explaining the problem he suggested I come in and leave the vehicle for a few hours to get it checked out. After a wheel alignment and road force balance on all 4 wheels my problem is resolved! Very satisfied customer and extremely happy fair pricing as well.

First time customer and the staff built immediate trust. They gave me a range of quotes for a new set of tires but actually steered me towards the best value. Thought that was cool given the fact that the guys up the street made no mention of alternative options - saved me about $600. I should mention they have a beautiful husky that hangs around the shop too - makes the visit that much more fun!

Been going here over 10 years now, John and his staff are honest and trustworthy. He ll get you the best price on if not better, exact, and/or comparable tires, and has patched many a nail in my tires. Truly a family business, reliable and grateful to have them in Madison!

Great group! My wife had a blow out on our Toyota Sienna run flats near by & we had the car towed to them. They got a new tire on in no time for next to nothing to get us through the week. Since, I was in communication with John about the right tires for the Sienna & also snow tires for my RWD Tesla. He walked me through the options for each & didn t just push the most expensive tires. All the options were the best price compared to others. Great family run business!

The best experience; friendly and professional. Madison Tire & Auto suggested the perfect tires for my truck, gave me a great price on the work, did everything in a fair amount of time, and did everything the right way. I have 33" tires and they were perfectly balanced with no highway vibration whatsoever; that's a rare find nowadays. What more could you ask for?

I was looking for a place to have my '15 Silverado leveled and a new set of tires. They did such a great job with my small car, i thought I'd give the work to them. Zero regrets. They did an excellent job. John did not like the tires we initially agreed on, so he chose a new set. Perfect!!. Rare you find that kind of concern for what the customer would like .I highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about John at Madison Tire!First of all i have to say that I have bought numerous tires there over the years. Always a decent price and always quick turnaround service.Today though was a little different. On one of the Madison parent pages... someone put up a post for me ... that I'm collecting soccer gear to send to my son and his Army unit stationed in the Middle East. Well John sent me a message to stop by. So today I did. He was so nice and not only that but so generous! I remember his dad who used to always be there and he too was a great guy. I guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree! Even tho I didn't really know John before today- I felt that I walked in a stranger and walked out a friend. I won't say what he donated but it was the largest of all the donations I have gotten. Wow! I was moved to tears as I left there! John - you are one awesome guy and I will be happy to share my Tire experiences as well as my human experience with Madison Tire to anyone who can use your services or who just wants to hear a good story about a good guy. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! You are truly what community is all about.

Went there with a real big nail in my SUV tire. Took them one minute to fix it and no matter how much I insisted, they would not to take a single penny (although I was prepared for a tire change) . Can't get more honest, efficient and friendly staff. Definitely will come again and recommend them to family and friends .
