I had a great experience at Madison Honda, buying my used Toyota Camry Hybrid. Chad, my salesman, was honest, respectful of my time, happy to answer questions, and generally a pleasure to deal with. He respected my need to come back a second time with a friend to help make my decision whether to buy the car. I highly recommend Chad!

I had a great experience at Madison Honda, for years this place has had great reviews, I figured when it came to look for my next car I would go here first. Matt Dambach my sales person was professional, transparent and helpful. He made my sale easy and the fact that I wasn't there for hours was great! There finance manager was also great to work with as well. I am very happy with my new CR-V Hybrid. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at Madison Honda! I have to be honest I had no idea what I was looking for or even what I wanted to do next with my lease ending but Manny my sales rep was extremely helpful. I got in a couple cars and didn t realize I had a preference until I sat in the 4th one lol. Manny was extremely accommodating and even drove to their sister location in PA just to pick up the car I wanted!! He also explained everything very thoroughly and made the process extremely smooth regardless of my indecisiveness. I m extremely happy with my overall experience and so grateful for the managers Luis and Akrim for their patience and working with me to get what I needed. Thank you Madison Honda, your team is great

Great experience. From test drive to sales process to paperwork to service. Kyle my sales rep, Al my finance rep as well as Laura who took care of an extended warranty for me and finally Chris from service who expedited a trailer hitch installation were all excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Moved to the burbs from NyC and needed a car. Has been a long time so wasn t looking forward to the car buying process. I was very surprised how kind and caring Nick Wood in sales was. He answered all our questions, helped us test drive, and looked for the best possible deal. The process was smooth and he gave us room to make decisions. We really enjoyed working with Nick and Madison Honda and being a part of their Honda family.

Both the sales and service department have been very professional. On the sales side, Nick Norton was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from them/him again. There were transparent and made the process much easier than other dealerships. He spent 20 minutes at the end of the sale explaining all the details of my new car. I highly recommend.

This is my go-to place for any service needs on my Civic. This past weekend I had a great experience with Alfredo Simon. He was able to complete my service very fast and I had my car back with a couple of hours. Very professional and highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at Madison Honda thanks to Erick Rodriguez, Albert Rico, and Luis Felipe. Erick was super helpful, listening to what I wanted and showing me all the features with great knowledge. Albert Rico made the paperwork easy, explaining everything clearly. Luis Felipe also contributed to making this experience great. I'd definitely recommend Madison Honda for their excellent service and for making the process so smooth.

Great buying experience.Eric Rodriguez and his manager of Madison Honda were very helpful and accommodating.They honor the price and the deal as was agreed upon, and was patient with all the inquiries I have.When the License plates were available, they called me up promptly, Alton one of the sales personnelalso help me with service and parts department with the installations of the accessories.The business, sales, service personnel were all very helpful.Just waiting for an update with the title.Highly recommended

Having a surprise flat tire in a snow storm right by Madison Honda- nightmare but super fortunate simultaneously. The service department at the dealership took me right in, and the tire was still under warranty. They replaced it right away (and installed a second at my request). They did this all right away, while I waited (including washing my car).A+++I am loyal to this dealership for life :-)

Had the most professional, clean, and transparent experience with this team!! We were interested in a used car at Akram s side of the building and he recommended a phenomenal new car at an amazing price and interest rate and he sent us to Mike in the new cars building Mike was very savvy, patient, specific, and made everything as clear and smooth as possible. Went to service my car for an oil change and instead pointed out several things that they said need to be fixed when nothing was wrong with the car.But it only needs to change the battery, but the advisor does not want to change the battery even though it is under warranty and is looking for any other excuse.I also wanted to cancel the warranty as well but the person responsible for helping me would hide.

I visited Madison Honda on July 19th of 2023. I was greeted by a salesman that goes by Izzy. He had exceptional customer service and was extremely honest about prices and condition of cars on the lot. After working out the deal, he gave me an offer I couldn t refuse! The buying process was extremely smooth, there wasn t anyone trying to take advantage of a young car buyer. It was great first experience. Additionally, I went to dealers all over North Jersey and no one beat Izzy s prices!! When the car was ready for me, Izzy was able to get it detailed and cleaned up for me. If you happen to come to the this dealership Please ask for Izzy, he really knows what he is doing. He doesn t play games with you! 10/10 experience.

Laura Ray, The finance expert guided us and went beyond to help us get to your target payment that we needed.
