Genuinely the best car wash I have ever been too. Took my car there today and it was thoroughly dried and cleaned by a team of about 6 people that carefully cleaned dirt in between the door cracks and crevices that are not able to be cleaned from the regular wash. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Tremendous service from Ken and his upholstery shampoo person after dog decided to poop and sit in it in the backseat of our daughter's car. . Despite the fact that they were full up in their detailing center, they found a way to not only take us at a reasonable price, but to fit us in within an hour after the disturbing and smelly event and to do an excellent job. We highly recommend Madison car wash for their customer service and the exceptional quality of their work.

We have had our cars cleaned here for 5 years, even when we moved to a new area we brought them back! After the last time we had two of the cars cleaned.. small black/tar spots appeared down the right side of our cars, both of them, same specific location.Today I went down to show them, as a courtesy, in case it was from the car wash itself. The manager I spoke to (bald head with beard) was so rude, he wouldn t even listen to my question and just shouted at me - in front of my kids - it s artillery fungus without even looking at it or hearing my inputs. So incredibly rude, arrogant and disrespectful. He may be right, it may well be what he suggested, but there is absolutely no reason to speak to me, or any loyal customer, so terribly. It costs nothing to be kind.So instead.. it has now cost them our business - we won t be back.

My car typically looks like a cheerios confetti party. I should have done a light cleaning prior, so I was expecting the bare minimum in my regular car cleaning today. After going through the regular line, the managers told me the car did not meet their standards of care yet. They pulled my car to the side and took extra time to really clean it. They could have easily handed my car back. I was blown away. Best car cleaner in the area. By a long shot.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Recently decided to switch my car wash location to Madison Car Wash after being unsatisfied with my current Car Wash in a nearby town and I was blown away by how great a job they did especially on cleaning the interior of the car. This is the best car wash experience I have had by far.

Exeeded all expectations! Our kids used the car for the last few years and the interior had stains and scuffs everywhere. Looks like it could be on a showroom floor at a dealership now! Owner and staff very helpful and friendly.

Great wash and interior clean - they actually spent extra time to vacuum hard to get areas, when other washes try to do as little as possible on the interiorThey re slightly more expensive than other car washes in the area, but it s def well worth it!

Terrible tire shine. Sprayed it on and zero attempt to wipe down. Shine is streaky, spotty, while the spokes look as dusty as they came in. It s as if there was no pressure wash going through the line to clear off any dust. Very disappointed.

Great !!!Extremely efficient crew did a great job on the interior and exterior .I was ready to replace the front mats - they totally brought them back to life - looking NEWI hope the tips are distributed to all of the crew members.Thanks for the great service.

So blown away by Madison Car Wash s service! Not only did they do a great job cleaning our car inside and out, but one of the managers kindly came over to me after the wash and explained that it wasn t just dirt on the front of my car but a large cement stain from a drip in a parking garage I use (Who knew that could happen!). They were able to remove it and the car looks brand new again! Thank you so much!!!!

Went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with a clean car. We brought in our very dirty car and they took extra care to clean off the top despite the machines not cleaning it all. Thanks a lot!

Went 3/8 haven t been in a while there, went yesterday not great cleaning of inside with vacuuming and cloths for 30.00 front of outside of car covered with waterspouts. Disappointed

Since I moved my business to Chatham last year, I have been driving back and forth in the neighborhood and looking for a car wash. Today while driving to Whole Foods in Madison NJ I noticed a sign for a Car Wash and decided to check it out. I was hesitant at first, but I'm glad I went there. I am leasing a car and returning in a few days. My car needed to be clean and I noticed a few scratches that needed to be fixed. I met with the owner Kenny. Kenny was able to take care of my car; all my dinks, dents, and scratches are gone. Kenny also recommended a nearby body shop to fix the bumper crack. I did the deluxe package with the tire shine and with Kenny being able to fix the scratches, my leased car looks like a brand new vehicle. Maybe I should just keep this car! I have used Madison Car Wash for more decades than I care to admit. Family, friends and acquaintances all use them. Have always been happy with their performance. Until. I got there today after work, they were getting ready to close. I get it, they want to get home, but clearly the rush was on. They didn't pay the same amount of attention to detail as any other visit. There were crumbs and dust still on the console area and they did a real quick vacuum job. They even took the benches away around me and another guest. The attendant yelled "ready" I got in my car, and another attendant brought the floor mats while I was buckling my seatbelt! I paid the same if I get there at 5:10pm or 9:10am! Why not the same service? Rant over.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The prices are low compared to what I'm used to, and I'm happy with the wash.EDIT: There is now a huge scratch on my roof. I was not specifically looking for damage from the car wash, it just caught my eye as I was entering my car. Given that I've never noticed it before, and that I happened to notice only hours after getting my car washed, it's likely due to the car wash.

When I lived in the Madison area this was my "go to" every week. But now even though I live out of the area I can't help but to treat my car to a trip back to the Madison Car Wash. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. This is best carwash east of the Mississippi. :)

Inconsistent. I ve been here twice now. First time was a Sunday morning - the attention to detail absolutely blew me away for a drive through car wash. Second time was pretty disappointing. I think they spend less time in cars that have car seats? I ll give them one more chance.

This is by far the best car wash in all of North Jersey. The team at Madison Car Wash does a fantastic job cleaning interior and exterior. I have never been disappointed! They do get very busy, but always keep it moving and the wait is never too bad and it's always worth it.

I went there for the first time because someone recommended it to me but I didn't really like it. It's the same all the time they don't really give you a good cleaning - it's just ok.They should clean the car dashboard a little bit better - where we put the cups - they could at least pass the damp cloth inside of the doors - pay attention to places that you can see that it's dirty.I'm not talking about details( I know it's something else and other price) it takes maybe 15 seconds and we could feel a better clean.I think the better you do people will come back.

One of the best car washes around! They go above and beyond to clean your car.. Only thing better would be to have it detailed.
