Pam has taken care of my car for years. She is completely honest and dependable. Pam is willing to take the time to explain issues and not afraid of directing you elsewhere if she thinks the work falls under warranty or outside of her expertise. You couldn t ask for better service.

Pam by far is the most honest mechanic I've encountered. She took care of my vehicle and answered all of my "Why is this happening?" questions. She took care of another issue that I thought was more serious and expensive and it wasn't. It was a labor intensive job and she took care of it in a timely manner. She kept me updated on the progress and was him best about everything. My family members are mechanics but I no longer ho to them, I got to Pam! She did a wonderful job and I appreciate her so much. Pam is simply the most honest and fair mechanic you ll find. She put up with several errors that I created, was patient and thoroughly explained what was needed and got it done to perfection.This kind of service and attention to the customer is extremely rare. I cannot recommend her enough.

I just had to bring my SUV to a different mechanic because whoever changed my brakes at this location did not screw the lug nuts in all the way. The whole tire could've fallen off while I was driving and now I don't feel safe returning to this location.

I have been using Community Service station in Madison for all my car needs for 10 years. Pam and John have always provided the best service with a smile. I find them to be knowledgeable, dependable and honest. They have my strongest recommendation.

A very friendly, professional and honest place.Got the scratching noise on my car fixed in 10 min, the staff told me it was caused by a bent dirt shield touching against the brake rotor, and only charged $15 for the labor.Will definitely recommend this place.
