I came in because my convertible top was leaking. That repair was easy and not expensive. They did not overcharge me, or attempt to claim it was it more than it was. They told me of multiple other repairs, some of which I just had done. They gave me prices for the repairs. I told them which repairs to do, and they did not try to sell me other repairs. They communicated by text and phone, and they were prompt in their communications. They fixed the car in a timely manner. The car is fine. I would go back there.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto brake repair

I came to buy a lot of parts for a car, after a few minutes the employee became aggressive, throwing notepads and loudly discussing me with other employees

Parts Department is incredibly rude, please retrain staff how to communicate effectively and courteously with the public, especially long-standing customers of Volkswagen / Audi.Additionally :I take it you do not use ETKA software?

The service was great, went on Saturday morning and did oil change and filter took them just one hour

Whenever I came here I have to come back with another problem. One time they left water tank lid open, another time I went there in the morning and they didn t even check the oil because I got oil level warning that night. Even with an appointment you have to wait two and half hours for tire change. Never gonna come back here again. They don t even admit their fault, they just saying sorry and charge you for their fault.

Friendly, professional staff, huge parking lot, clean waiting & showroom, shuttle service & loaner cars.
