Amazing experience here! They were kind & respectful and you can tell they really care about their customers. Dino helped me and was efficient and the entire process was painless and fast. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I have already recommended them to friends. Would be happy to do business with them again. 10/10

You have now given customers the ability to get their cars fully serviced/ repaired by offering Sunbit. I was pleasantly surprised that with this new system, I can pay over time and not break my pocketbook.I also appreciate that the shuttle is available to take me to different locations while I wait. It is truly a godsend because my car was there about 6 hours.Greg is always very personable and has a great disposition. I ve known him for many years and I m happy to see him when I go there.

Greg and his team were wonderful to work with and super thorough about listening to all of my concerns and checking out to ensure that there were no issues with my car. It was lovely to work with them and I will return and recommend them to any & all of my friends.

I visited the dealership (Fri, Mar 22) to pick up registration and have tags placed on vehicle. During this visit, I mentioned, to Gregory, the issues with the ID.4 re: passenger side rear door weather strip and creaking sound the driver seat makes when seated. He recommended an appointment. I said, "What about tomorrow?"He stated (paraphrase) "We don't do repairs on weekends."I then asked, "What do you do for customers who work 9-5, Mon-Fri?We then agreed upon Mar 28, 7:30 a.m. (email confirmation). I told him I had to be at work 7:30 a.m. in Jersey City. He then replied for me to arrive at 7 a.m. and then would be driven to work, via shuttle.The shuttle driver got lost (drove through Hoboken, NJ) and I arrived to work late, at 8 a.m. My vehicle was at the dealership the entire day and upon my return the weather strip had not been installed. According to Gregory, VW did not have the part, had to order part, and should take about 3 days.It would have been great if I had been updated much earlier re: weather strip instead upon my arrival at the end of the day, around 5 p.m.

They have the worst service department and I would suggest that you stay away from this dealership in Lyndhurst. They are liars and are not to be trusted. Two months with a new car, I had to get it fixed. Part is on backorder for an unknown amount of time. They would not give me a loaner. They would not help me rent a car. Finally they agreed to pay for a rental but they never gave it to me in writing. Upon taking the receipt for the car rental, they gave me a difficult time and would not guarantee that I will get reimbursed. On a loaner that they finally gave me, they accuse me of have a scratch on the car. This was their way of getting out of paying for the car rental. I tried to get the name and contact information for owner of the dealership. After the 10th request, they gave him his name. Why would they not furnish me with his/her name if they had good business practices? I am fighting them to the very end, and will hire a lawyer if I have to. STAY AWAY FROM MATT AND THIS DEALERSHIP.Show less

Incredibly easy buying process. No haggling, transparent pricing and the dealer delivered the car to my house. Easiest car purchase experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Three County VW!

I just want to take a minuteTo rate my experience at three county Volkswagen. As you can see I gave it 5 stars.This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my salesman Matt. Not only was extremely genuine and a gentleman But also a true professional. I did not want to walk in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night intent on leaving there with a deal on a vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Matt about my situation at the time the more inclined I became. His experience of knowledge in auto sales was far superior to that of the sales man that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all! Matt Found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn t have asked for much more than that not only did I get to leave three County Volkswagen with a brand new atlas,But I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Matt! Thanks also goes out to the sales Manager Joe for his Assistance and for making it a breeze! thank you so much!

Our experience at Three County VW was nothing short of amazing! Our sales rep Matt was so kind and helpful. We came in only looking to see our options not knowing if we d leave with a car. Matt really found the perfect car that met all of our personal needs! The entire staff at Three County VW was very nice and inviting. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their new car to visit this dealership!

I'm giving you 5 stars, but I'm not able to click on the stars above!I was given a ride home and then back to pick up my car. And I live 30 minutes away.All work was explained to me in advance, including a cost estimate.I was also contacted via text and phone to discuss a few additional items that needed repair and/or replacement.

I was there last Saturday for oil change when they finished I can't open my car so they halp me but don't explain anything when I ask what was wrong he didn't explain to me I yes was to Mach for them because he has to cam outside. When he go back show me finger behind the car,and I was waiting for my keys about 10 minutes car was ready but no keys.

Dropped off my car Thursday morning bright and early at 7am because while driving it shut off and thought to get it checked out because better to be safe than sorry. They call me around 10am Thursday to tell us that diagnostics is $150, we approve and they tell us they ll let us know. After not hearing all day from them we call back late Thursday at around 4, they tell us that the car won t be ready, which we said was fine because we were in no hurry. My first red flag should have been the technician had no update on my car. Friday morning I get a laundry list of things wanting to be done on my car, most of which was maintenance. I decided to just go with the one thing that would address my presenting complaint and work on the maintenance slowly, so I declined the original $4000+ estimate. I advised them I wouldn t be able to pick it up until Saturday, giving them more than ample time to work on my car. Last thing at noon Friday was me asking for the payment plan link to get that sorted out, no answer. Saturday morning we call to finally get the link, we get that sent and are told the battery would be changed and the car would be ready, great! Except when we went the whole day without hearing from them and decide to call at 4:45 to find out they close at 4 and no one bothered to call us and tell us I would be without a car until Monday!! You re telling me it s acceptable to drop off a car and not receive any updates unless I call. The worst customer service experience I have ever received at a car dealership.

I had an incredible experience with Three County Volkswagen. My car wouldn't start and turned out to be leaking. I had it towed to Three County Volkswagen and from the second I called and spoke with the receptionist, I had such a positive experience. The woman on the phone was so kind and reassuring. When I got there they were unsure if they would be able to get the car in to get looked at but Carlos called me later that day and told me they were able to get it in and get looked at the same day. He went above and beyond to see if my problem would be covered under warranty (which it was, thankfully) and did a maintenance check on my car which was desperately needed! I had never been here before but felt very welcomed and very much helped by the staff. They made a situation that is usually very stressful very simple. Thank you, Three County Volkswagen!!

I appreciated the detail everyone Three County VW had. As well as how they were very communicative and let me know how my car was through out the service. I was able to work while I waited for my car which was a big plus. I also liked how they even offered the shuttle as an option as well. Everyone was super amazing and I would totally continue to come back for future services.

Greetings y all!! I just quickly wanted to show my gratitude to the service department and Greg at Three County Volkswagen! I recently had an issue where I damaged a rim and tire and Greg and the guys in service quickly solved my issue and had me on the road again quickly! Just another reason why, to me, Three County is top notch! Thank you once again gentlemen!

I called and had no trouble in getting an appointment to suit my schedule. I brought the car in and quickly was taken care of. Carlos, the tech helping me was super friendly and explained everything that was being done... he also assured me that there would be no cost to the service.... all covered. Everything was fixed before the time allocated. One little thing: they didn't was my car ... so that could be improved.

They charged almost $900 to fix a check engine light which came back on in less than 24 hours. They refused to refund me. Took it to a local garage and all it needed was 1 spark plug. Car has been running perfectly now for months with no engine light. I wish I had not paid cash or else I d dispute the charge with my card as fraud because that s what it is. A bunch of scam artists and liars

I dropped off my car for an oil change/maintenance yesterday and I had kept $100 in my middle compartment and kept it in there because It was hidden and not in near sight. After my service, I went to check for the money and it was gone! I had confronted the manager about it (Matt) and offered no help or took any accountability for his workers. I asked for a list of the workers so I can file a former complaint and would not help me either. It is extremely unprofessional for the workers at this facility to go through my personal belongings. I have been going here for years and that stopped yesterday after this incident. Manager was quite useless in this situation and didn't even bother to confront his workers about this. I would not recommend this facility and take your car somewhere else.
