I was recommended to use New improved Auto shop. The service was impeccable. I bought Continental tires and got a free alignment. My car is running smoothly. Shout out to Axel.Thank you for a great job !!!

Great staff! In and out quick, went for an aligment and i am very satisfied, lowered cars are welcome, they were very nice and helpful.Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again

I was told to take my pickup truck with Axel and his team and hands down the best experiencia. Their prices are very reasanoble. Axel and his team made sure to explain me at detailed what my truck and got the job done in the same day. Thank you Axel and his team for caring for my car like it was theirs!

I went to this shop as a last minute effort to change a trans oil cooler. They promised to replace all four hose and the cooler. The cooler was poorly installed and the four hose, which they charged ($25 per hose) were not replaced. I went back to explain my concern and the women at the front desk rudely stated I never charged you for that. You need to pay extra for that service. I presented my receipt which stated the charge and she proceeded to take it to the mechanic and loudly insulted me in Spanish. I don t think she was aware that I understood everything she said. She came back and I told her that I was mo longer interested in having them work on my car. She rolled her eyes and slapped the receipt back in my hands and said I can give you a refund but you need to come back tomorrow.I came back the next day and she said she couldn t refund me because she didn t have cash. This went on for a week.HORRIBLE PLACE. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are thief s and over charge for labor. Had I not known what needed to be done I would ve just over looked this and be screwed over.This auto body shop has bad reviews for a reason. There are better auto body shops 5 min away.As a side note, a Spanish guy kept making snarky comments to me in Spanish thinking I didn t understand him. Stay away.

Don t take your vehicle here! I brought my truck in to have the tire fixed. Kept my truck all day , just to put air in the tire and call me to pick it up. Next day tire was flat. Took it to another place only to find out that this place did nothing to my tire and charged me 30$ for air. Save yourself the time and bring it somewhere else.

Went there for alignment, to begin with : they took my car inside and they didnt even check the tires before doing the alignment. So the guy start working on my car and after he was done i took my car back and went for a test drive .As im driving i notice the car is pulling to the left side so i go back and im guessing the owner was there as well so i spoke to him and explained everything. He took the car back and he first said he tried something else but the car was still pulling to the left . Then he goes to me that the problem was with my lower control arm but one thing has nothing to do with the other . Next day i went somewhere else for alignment again because i was convinced that the problem was not with the lower control arm but with them. Fair enough after im done with the alignment car is perfectly fine again. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They scams and dont know what they doing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else .

A couple a weeks ago I was having an issue with a tire on my classic truck.I went to the tire repair on Ridge Road and Fern Avenue.They were so great and worked on the tire.Because of the age of the rim the tire still had an issue.I went back to them tonight and talked to the owner.He was great and told one of his techs to go with me and get the tire and bring it back.He took a jack and tools came to my house removed the tire, we went back to the shop.The owner said that a customer comes first.He worked on the tire and then we went back to my house and they put the tire back on.When I returned asked him how much.He said no charge he makes sure a customer comes first.I have to say you have to he is now my go to for tire repair.NEW & IMPROVED Auto Repair Ridge RoadService: Tires
