I had an issue with my F150 where it entered a "deep sleep mode" due to a few days of inactivity. I forgot that I received the message on the app a couple months ago, but was continuing to drive my truck sporadically. One day I randomly realized my passenger side door's "intelligent access" wasn't working. I tried it a few more times over the course of a couple weeks then came to the conclusion that maybe it was broken. I called multiple Ford dealer/service centers, mechanics and auto body shops. I called Mobil 1 Lube Express and got a hold of Mike who was clearly busy and said he probably wouldn't be able to help me for another week, but in that moment, he still decided to ask me a few questions about the problem and recommended that I disconnect the negative port of my battery for 5 minutes and see if that resets it. I tried it the next day and it worked - I spent countless hours wasting my time with Ford and other mechanics/auto body shops and I should've called Mike in the first place. I called him back to thank him and let him know it works. He humbly wouldn't take anything I offered him, so the least I could do is write this review. I'm a previous customer but they gained even more of my business, now. Thanks again Mike!!

Best service I was able to find. Best quality, very fast and they never try to upsell stuff you don t need.They also top up fluids and tire pressure at no additional cost.Keep in mind that they expect you to show up within 5 min of your appointment time.

here is a scam . they says start 79$ for 5qt . i got appointment and drove 15 on rain for my mercedes . they told me 186$+ tax because we use original german filter which is 12$ . i bought same filter and changed my oil for 100$.other mechanic did same service with same parts for half price. don't be stupid and don't go these kind of dishonest place.

Spoke to Justin on the phone, set me up with an appointment immediately, had me in/out with an oil-change in 15minutes. Clean, trusted shop & mechanics, explained to me everything about different engine oils and filters. Did not try to up-sale me with anything, very straight forward. You can see your car getting worked on from the waiting room and that gave me a peace of mind because I saw everything that was done to my vehicle and did not suspect of anything bad. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! Will be returning to this shop for all my car needs. Thank you for the professional business!Service: Oil change

Oh man, I don t know why I didn t come here sooner. No aggressive upselling. Nice clean and comfortable waiting area. Scheduled an appointment and they finished within 25 minutes. I went to Pepboys on 17 for years and finally had it with them when they tried to charge me extra for a service they didn t even perform. I use to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour at Pepboys even with an appointment. The only downside is that it s pricier here than others but they do things right here.

I m extremely annoyed. Came here yesterday for an oil change expecting to pay my regular $60 (+tax) and walked out paying $120.. the guy said he can t change my oil without change the filter (which is false) the oil change is $89.99 never seen such a high price before. Then extra money for the oil filter. Comes out and says I didn t even need an oil change I could ve went more months before getting one. Oh that s great new thanks so much for telling me afterwards. He tried telling me that the dealership did something sketchy with my car the last oil change I got but looks to me like something sketchy was done here. Literally spent the last $150 I had for a couple weeks. Completely annoyedService: Oil change

Excellent service. They give you real Mobil 1 AND an excellent filter...they don't cheap out. They also check your car out including tire pressure, lube door hinges, top off fluids, etc. They don't do a rush job either. Everyone there is very courteous and helpful. They DON'T try to sell you any service work you don't need. They'll definitely get my repeat business and I highly recommend.

After having several bad experiences with Firestone I looked at Google maps to find another place for my next oil change. Made an appointment in advance. I arrived 10mins early. The guys greeted me and shook my hand. They were ready for me and started immediately. I m definitely not used to this. Firestone has had me wait 30-45mins to even start and that s WITH a scheduled appointment. I already felt like a real customer here within the first 5mins. They looked my car over completely. They explained in detail what I needed, what they recommended and why. They were not pushy at all. They let me decide what I wanted to do and I felt like I had enough information to make a sound decision. I felt like they were there to HELP me not use me for commission like you know who. They had my car finished in less than 30mins and wished me well. I ve waited for 90mins to 2hrs for oil changes before with a scheduled appointment. Not here though at Mobil 1. So, I will be back in the future. The ratings here are well deserved. Why can t more/other businesses treat people like they matter?? Treat people right and they will be loyal customers.

How many times do I need to call to ensure you have the parts I need? I liked the first service I got a while ago so drove 40 mins through traffic and just to find out they didnt order the filter part as they said they would over the call. Wasted my time there.

Excellent Experience! Justin was all around a great guy! I am normally very hesitate about oil change services because I have had bad experiences. I was greeted right away and Justin explained the entire process to me and different types of oil they have. He did not try to push any other services on me. And he even fix a little problem my previous oil change center messed up. I asked other questions and he was very informative without being pushy. If Justin is around, I recommend him! Thinking about making him my primary mechanic!

Great service! Very attentive and friendly. They would check your whole car while changing oil and alert you if something needs to be fixed. But at the same time not pushy to sell more. This is our new go to place for oil change.

I came into the Mobil 1 Lube express to get a oil change on my 2016 nissan sentra. The moment I walked in I was greeted and, my car taken into the garage for service. The service person told me how much everything was and didn't push anything extra on me which was great. They changed my oil and, showed me my air filter which was very dirty. All in all a very great service. I will definitely come back again. They even tighten one of my battery connectors since it was loose. Very nice clean and professional place.

Mechanic very thorough,mentioned control arm bushings needed replacement,will get them done soon,and wheel alignment.Mobil 1 Oil is the only oil I've used on my Maxima 2007! Thanks to Justin,I know what I will do soon.Vic!

Brought in my Lexus for an oil change but didn't expect them to handle my car with such attention to detail and professionalism. They took care of it like surgical doctors working on a patient in the ER. If you are attached to your car then this is the place. Thank you Paul and Justin
