My experience at franks was nothing but ideal. I walked in and was greeted right away by Michael Ventola who helped pick out the right truck for me. I never felt pressured to buy or anything I was uncomfortable with. Michael took his time with me going over various trims of the Canyon and eventually we landed on the AT4X. I love my new truck and my day at the dealership was nothing but ideal

Everyone at Frank's GMC made my 2024 GMC Sierra purchase a great experience! They catered to my every need from selecting the right truck and the options that I wanted, working to meet my budget, and thoroughly explaining and showing me how to get the most of my purchase. The communication was phenomenal from start to finish and even after the purchase! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a GMC!

I had an amazing experience at Franks GMC dealership. My sales rep Khaled was phenomenal. He wasn t over bearing or pushy when I came In to look at a Yukon. He showed me what I was looking for. I loved the truck and got it. The final process was basically all taken care of ahead of time. He even called my insurance company to have all my documents switched over. All that was needed was my signatures at day of pick up.

Franks GMCI took delivery recently of my long awaited EV SUV Hummer. Throughout my wait for this vehicle, Franks GMC kept me abreast and as I took delivery of my first EV my sales person Mike V did a great job on explaining how this cool vehicle works. I was very happy with my entire experience with Franks GMC and I would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking for a GMC Truck.Guy Madsen

I was trying to purchase a battery using my GM reward points and franks gmc was one of the places I called that had it in stock. But there was a small issue with applying points and I couldn t get through franks. Ed was the person that I was speaking with and was very helpful. Even though it was just a battery purchase ed went out of his way to try to remedy the issue but we still couldn t get it done. I m still grateful theres people out there that are eager to help even though I am not a customer to franks gmc. Thanks ed!

Khaled was great to work with. He knew everything about the truck. He was very informative and was very professional. He could serve as a model for other people in sales. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family interested in buying a GMC.

I could not believe I was in a car dealership in NJ. I called 30 min in advance and upon my arrival the truck I inquired about was already brought to the front, was immediately greeted by Mike Ventola who was one of the easiest guys to speak to. I bought the truck and signed the loan in UNDER AND HOUR!!!!!! I couldn t be more happier with the experience

My experience at the dealership was prompt and very professional. My request for an appointment and a test drive was answered almost immediately and there were no issues when i arrived. The salesperson on the floor assisting me was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of my questions completely. After the test drive i decided to continue on with the purchase. The sales Person his name was Khaled, he made everything very easy and was very transparent with the paperwork. This was the fastest car buying experience i had ever had ( 1.5 hrs) Also Khaled was able to work my trade in for the new vehicle and offer me more than the competition. Since i left my trade in at the dealer, the Staff brought me home and picked me up the next day to collect the remaining paperwork and the new Vehicle. Amazing service from Franks GMC. I will be coming back to this dealership to purchase and service my vehicle

I had such a wonderful buying experience at Franks. The entire staff is very nice and helpful, but my salesman, Khaled Maark, was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, took the time with all my questions and concerns, went over everything with me. I highly recommend Franks dealership and especially Khaled for your next car truck.

By far the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The people at Frank's GMC were very professional and knowledgeable. I ordered my 2024 Sierra 3500 SLE CC on 8/27/23 and during the UAW strike I was kept informed of the status and updates of the build. When the vehicle arrived it was prepped and ready to drive. Special thanks to Sam Booth and Nelson and I would highly recommend Frank's GMC for the best car buying experience.

Definitely not the dealer to fix your truck, only talking for what happened to me , took my truck there in a tow truck with DEF/ Dpf problems after a month and over $6000 dollars have to take the truck again in a tow truck to another dealer to get it fixed.

I would like to thank Joe Pezzolla and Miriam for being patient and understanding. Due to contract errors on my extended warranty my truck took a little longer than I expected but not Frank's GMC fault. All in all excellent service, and will definitely be bringing my truck back for service.

I bought 2 cars from Franks prior - and my last car was 10 months old and I was involved in a head on collision My car was totaled so I found myself at Franks again buying a new Terrain ! A lot of great people and Michael Ventola went out of his way to find the car I wanted ! So many people wanted to make sure I was ok ...The financing was fast and everything I signed was explained .....It is always fun being at Franks and I loved my car price ......Also I will always think my 2023 Terrain was strong enough to let me walk away from this accident .....someone was on their phone ..... Thank-You Franks and GMC and Michael !

The whole experience was easy and painless Guy Montaina was great with helping us get the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was quick and painless not like other time we got vehicles and had to wait hours to do all the paperwork.

Frank's has been in Lyndhurst as long as I can remember. I worked across the street in the early 80s and had my car serviced their regularly. Fast forward 40 years I find myself going there for my new 23 GMC Canyon. Great customer service all the way around. Go buy an American Truck.

I made an appointment with this dealership to have service done. When I arrived they didn t even have me on the schedule. They also denied and said it s not worth taking look at my car just because it s an old model GMC. I waited two and half weeks for them to let me know the situation when i could of simply went elsewhere. That s unacceptable and unprofessional customer service overall. Two thumbs down!! SMDH.
