The best service at the Lyndhurst shop. They got my car running better than when I first got it and were always honest and on time. Car is still running perfect. Danny is the best and very friendly. He always keeps me updated and explains things to you clearly about your car. Whenever something went wrong with the car it was always a quick or easy fix for them.I trust them the most with my car rather than any other place. I feel comfortable calling them about anything knowing they will help me and have the best quality service. I recommended this shop to my family and friends.

Awesome guys, came here for my Tesla and the guys are super friendly. Victor is super helpful, going back for a rotation tomorrow to help diagnose a weird issue and they re always willing to help/suggest ideas or assist. Will be going back for future needs / maintenance or tire installs. Great prices too

No one likes unexpected tire problems, but they sure make it an "easy to fix" kind of problem. Very friendly and helpful, caring staff. I had no idea they did so much more than just tires!! This is now my Go To place!! Thank you!!!

I am very happy to have chosen this store. I've never had a tire replaced in this county, so I've been searching for a long time to see which tire store would be better.Mavis is closer to my house and offered a lower price, but I chose ETD. In particular, the ETD Lyndhurst branch has been booked here because both Google and Yelp have great reviews, and so far I am very satisfied.The sales manager Orlando did a great price match for me, and thanks to the mechanic who replaced my tires quickly and without problems in an hour. (Sorry, I don't know his name.)If you're a busy and can't wait longer, make a reservation at 7:30AM. They will have everything ready for you and provide a very fast service.

Only went there to get air in my tire but the counter person was very nice and even had a service person put air in my tire and also pressure checked my other tires to make sure they were OK. I drive past there often and they always look very professional

Needed tire patched up. Guy said i had to leave my car till 5 pm and it was 11 am. And when I asked him how long it would take to fix my tire he said approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes! If you are a lady they will try to scam you and overcharge you too!!! So stay away!

Joe, Mike, Danny and Ray are amazing people from their professionalism to their excellent mannerisms they are solid crew its the relationship with them that makes me go back and be loyal. My car is 2013 Rogue and excellent thanks to them!! Thank you all

Been going here for years and never had a problem. I guess times change. Brought in a new tire and reconditioned wheel (looked brand new) due to a blowout thanks to a large pothole. A simple tire and wheel install couldn't be done without maring up the wheel. If you care about your wheels I suggest you take it elsewhere.

Great service! I called at 3 and Victor was so pleasant, I needed a brand new tire! Legit blew a hole in my tire by hitting a curb, Victor said "Bring it and we will.take care of you no problem". Unfortunately I was at work using my mother's car and she took my car for me and he still treated her like I was there myself. Absolutely professional and I appreciate the last minute fix. Great pricing as well!

The store manager Ray was fantastic,he had ordered my tires and he would call me when in, he had an issue with the wharehouse where they shipped the wrong tires twice! He had called the warehouse twice and Ray got this straightened out finally!! He went above to get this taken care of! I would recommend E.T.D.Tire and Ray very highly! The E.T.D. business is located in Lyndhurst off of Schuler ave!

I really recommend this place, I m gonna start with the great customer service that ETD tires gives !!!! Ray is very professional and help full once again great customer service!! however I hope to see you guys when is time to rotate the tires on my car and not before. Let me add that their prices are reasonable overall so far happy with the work done at ETD tires.

Great experience. The reviews speak for themselves. Shipped tires directly from Tire Rack, delivered early and ETD accommodated me with a sooner appnt even though it s the busy Christmas/New Years week.Can t say enough good things about Victor, a really friendly guy and he had me in and out in the timeframe he gave me. My first time here but I ll be going back for some wheel and suspension work. Thank u Victor!!!

I spoke to three guys over there and all of them really were very nice over the phone Joe Dave and Renato when I got to the location I didn t have to wait long. I actually missed my appointment I called them to tell them I won t make appointment and they change my appointment right away. It took about 15 minutes to do the inspection on the tires and I will be returning next week to finish up the process. The location was very neat and clean. Renato was very easy to deal with I recommend working with this place.

I want to thank Dave the Manager for being such a true professional... my wife bought tires at 2 other Sub par competitors stores and got nothing but the run around from Sears and Mavis Dave was a true professional! He went investigated the tires for this type of vehicle and read more into the issues. We came back he found the right tires for her. Dave is true professional!! He made us feel comfortable and he said to bring it back if there's an issue..never was! He was great!! It really got stressful having a tow truck pick your wife up 3 times in one year cause there competition didn't know what they're doing..incredible!! But the new tires he got us are absolutely awesome! so good that I bought a new set of tires for my truck and referred 3 of my friends! Dave is definitely a great manager, great customer service and a good person a true professional that is how it should be...I think everybody reading this should definitely give ETD and Dave a call.. thanks Chris

When your car dealer disappoints you with their excuses and their poor service...go here. Quality workmanship and a 'do it right' attitude makes this place a good choice. Been going here for over thirty years. These folks have been around for a long time. They keep track of it all and even update your car service history on 'CarFax' when done. Make an appointment for the fastest service, but don't be afraid of stopping in and asking a few questions. It couldn't hurt.Peace.

I made an appointment to have my battery replaced since on occasion I would get a message reading low battery . The technician Luciano ran a check on the battery which showed the battery was still good. I always had a feeling that this business was honest in my past experiences. Now I know for sure that they are very honest. Thank you Luciano for being honest & not changing the battery that is still good. I will always come back to ETD in Lyndhurst for my auto needs. The auto mechanic industry needs more honest men like you. Thank you & keep doing the right thing.******UpdateI needed to use ETD last week. I had gone into an automatic car wash & after coming out my left windshield wiper was not working. I was given an appointment right away. The technician, Ricky was able to realign the wiper & was honest in that he didn t change parts that were not needed. Dave checked me in & Joe checked me out. They were both so very pleasant & patient with me. The prices are very fair & the work is great. Thanks for being a business that I can trust!

UPDATE: Four years later and these guys are still the most honest people I've dealt with... asked for 4 tires and they came back and said "ya only need two!!" Most shops would replace the four and never say a word. My word for ETD... Integrity!Excellent Service! Was not sold on anything, I was properly advised by Alex who was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend ETD and will be back! Thank you!

Pleasant customer service, reasonably priced, honest assessments and a very pleased customer.My first visit was to replace a flat tire (there was no hope of repair). Tom carefully listened to my driving habits and concerns and recommend a modestly priced tire. Already a contrast to other shops I had called. Since we were off to a good start, I asked if they would also look at my brakes. A few days earlier, the dealership told me that I needed new brakes and rotors and that the rotors could not be resurfaced. To my great surprise, Tom told me that they could in fact be resurfaced! I made an appointment, was pleased to see that an appointment actually meant something to them and saved almost $300. That was a couple weeks ago and I am happy to say that I haven't had any issues with my brakes at all!In the past I have have been burned by local mechanics so I am cautious to say the least and now only have my car serviced at the dealership. However, I can say that not only would I return, but I would also recommend them highly. Thank you Tom and the rest of ETD!

Initially tried to save some money and went to a different shop to mount and balance my tires. The steering wheel shake was TERRIBLE. Went back twice to rebalance the tires and the shake was still there Stopped at EDT and spoke to Joe, who is one of the nicest guys I ever met. He didn t try to sell me anything extra and explained everything to a T, he recommended the Road Force Balancing. After the road force balancing the shake is gone and the car drives beautifully!!Not many people know about Road Force but it s a better way of balancing tires, ask Joe about it or do some research on it. Can t recommend ETD and road force enough!! Fixed what a regular balancing machine couldn t do. Thanks again Joe!!

Efficient and good people. Got my 05 X-Type a new set of brake pads in less than 3 hours. A bit pricey for the job, but what could ya expect with a foreign model. Could've been 5 stars if they cut some slack on the price a bit, but overall quality job so far.

My family and I have been coming to ETD for over 10 years and have always had great experiences. Today, my experience at ETD was even better than expected ! Tommy Kennedy (on his day off) was genuinely nice, friendly and empathic to my situation. I haven't had my new car for two weeks yet and have a nail in my tire, so I wasn't too happy, but his customer service and friendly attitude changed my mood instantly! He explained exactly what they will need to do to patch the tire and as to why that's the best option! In the past I have recommended ETD to friends and family and will definitely continue to recommend them moving forward! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Tom is the best!!!!

I have been there now 3 times and I have to say that all the guys are very Polite and Extremely willing to answer all of my questions. They provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO QUALITY WORK. In particular I thank Joe, Dave and the other gentleman up front they are awesome people. The mechanics are Quality because I have not had any issues with any of the work done on my car, thanks to them my baby is running like she is new. I will continue to use this shop and hope that others will give them a try. I have to say that their prices are reasonable as well as I did shop around and found them to be the best priced. I am extremely pleased with ETD DISCOUNT TIRE CENTER.

I was gonna replace 4 tires for my car. I got quote for bridgestone tires and agreed with the price. Calling them everyday to make appointment and they say we are gonna call you back when we get the tires. After 4 days I called them and he said you can come tires are ready.I left my job and went to shop and he said they got only one tire and I asked him only for one tire. I got price with Ray around $1000 only for one tire?? Are you serious?? This is how you guys working with your customers. Other guy said Ray didn t work last 2 days. Thats not my problem. You have get your note and call back your customers with the right information.
