Amaral had the used car I had my eye on for months. When I finally went to check it out, I was greeted by pretty much everyone; from the owner, the son, sales rep, and service manager. Everyone was friendly and honest. Even when I mentioned a problem with my trade-in, they said we fix cars, bring it here . My new ride had 2 minor issues, and they did not hesitate to fix it quickly with no further cost, even after signing paperwork the car was sold as-is, and one of the issues happened after purchasing the car and was not a problem when I bought it. Only a reputable company would want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your complete purchase. I would definitely recommend Manny and the team to family and friends any day.

Very pleased with service, they always make it easy and were very understanding. I needed my car fixed in one day due to work and they not only gave me peace of mind in that regard but worked with me when my schedule wouldn t permit picking it up during business hours. The entire process was easy and knowing they stand behind their work makes me not want to even consider going elsewhere.

I paid Amaral almost $1,600 to repair a 2009 E350. Car was in and out of service there almost 3 weeks. The last time I was there, Mike informed me he did not have the proper equipment to even diagnose problem and I had to take car somewhere else. They still decided to keep my money. Issue is still pending legal litigation. Stay away!!

I had been searching for an older Mazda Miata for some time and when one came up at Amaral I was excited to see it. I called and Michael said to come down and ask for Manny (his father). I came the following day, and the car was waiting for me in the showroom. It was sparkling clean whereas at other dealerships, they had to find the car and it was often dirty. We went for a test drive and afterwards, we drove it into their service bays. The car went up on the lift so I could inspect the bottom and their service manager walked me through the car and patiently answered every question. Other dealerships refused to let me see the bottom and pressured me to buy the car as is. Not at Amaral - this is a family run operation that is honest and great to work with. They set the standard for used car dealers. Would definitely buy a car there again. Thank you, Manny!

I traded my car in but they didn t give me much of a deal. My old car was listed for 4900 dollars. But the car I got was an improvement. You live and learn.

I got smooth and pleasant experience buying car with Amaral. There was no pressure, very client-oriented approach. It was long test drive (as long as I wanted including highway), Nail & Matt prepared a car before I came to check it. After a purchase I got help with tinting, insurance, exterior details. I would definitely recommend Amaral to my friends. AAA+

Brought the car in because the check engine light came on. Informed there was a problem with a thermostat but it was ok to drive. Mike was out sick so I brought the car back the following week, which was seen promptly. Also a problem with the front sway bar links. All replace and covered under warranty. Will always deal with Amaral Auto, super honest and friendly.

Purchased a 2012, Volvo with maintenance insurance $18,000 at 60,000 miles the motor went. Money hungry Nail offered to buy the car back for $2500. In the long run only gave$1700.So we purchased off him a 2009 Mercedes with 88000 miles for $8400. Was told car was ready to go all maintenance was done.I took the car to my mechanic and had it checked out. Motor oil and all filters had to be replaced, leaking break lines. At the cost of $775.00. I saw all the filters and break lines they looked like they haven't be changed in years. BE CAREFUL,THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFES!!!!!!!OWNERS REPLIES ARE ALL LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL NAME CALLING .

Neil helped me to get financed without credit score which I am trying to build. He made my life very easy. Mike and all other guys have been taking care of my car whenever I need them. Thank you guys one more time for everything.I strongly suggest everyone to visit Amaral Auto, they won't regret.

Dropped of my 2008 E350 Mercedes Benz for a small oil leak, oil change and full detail, Manny was on top of the detail guy after very small issue and turned spectacular work. Really happy with their services thanks Manny!

When the car I had became unrepairable and I needed a replacement quickly it was recommended I check out Amaral. I went on a Saturday and on that Monday I was happily driving my next car. Neil listened to my needs and worked within my budget to recommend a few choices from their inventory that would meet those needs. After making my choice, Neil made the financial process smooth and even helped with transferring my insurance.Mike in the service dept made sure the car was completely checked, cleaned & road ready.The whole experience was above & beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Amaral!

I live local so after reading their wonderful reviews on a Facebook group, i checked their inventory and found a car I liked. I had a pleasant experience with both the Owner Manny and his son Neil. They explained the whole process of buying and specifics on the car I wanted. At no time i felt pressured to buy or finance through them. There were no surprises regarding the vehicle price or any hidden fees.I would defenitely go back and highly recommend their services.

Hands down best car dealership. Neil helped me find a Jeep Renegade that was perfect for me. He wasn t pushy. He let me look around for myself and answered all my questions. He gave me a great insight into the financing that was best for me and how to improve it. I would gladly recommend Amaral Auto to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Was a loyal customer for detailing which they do an amazing job with! but very disappointed bought a truck asked them to check it over well for me Because I was a loyal customer and wanted it checked before I bought it was told they did things that never happen, and the truck turned out to be a disaster. Needed new transmission. New cat, whole new brake system and bunch of codes that were cleared and now popped up. Very disappointed thousands spent already on repairs. Plus, they don't like when the customer gets upset when something goes wrong after you spent so much money on a car like it's your fault. Customer has the right and complain as much as they want because they are paying for something. Would get the car checked before buying here.

Bought my son a used Acura TL for his 17th bday. Wasn't looking for the cheapest deal, just wanted a good value and trust that the car was I'm good shape. I felt like these guys wouldn't sell me a lemon, and they didn't. One brake caliper seized up a month after purchase and they gave me no issue in replacing it at no cost. I highly recommend buying from Amaral if you want to trust your dealer.

Neil, Mike, and the team are very professional and courteous. They are able to provide that personal touch to any motor vehicle search or repair job. They can tackle the hardest of mechanical issues with care and expertise. I always know that they are honest and forthright with the resolution and pricing that gives you a great comfort that you came to the right place. Great experience that gives you the trust you need to buy with confidence. A true neighborhood gem that is not found often.

100% worth the trip if you don t live local. Great experience buying a used car from Neil at Amaral Auto. From the first phone call, to signing papers, to follow-ups afterwards, Amaral Auto has been the most enjoyable car-buying experience thanks to Neil. No pressure, no gimmicks, no hidden fees, and just extremely helpful. I am a skeptic when it comes to all things automotive and it s very refreshing to know there are men like this in the industry. Happy to have found Amaral Auto, and highly recommend to anyone.

Buyers Beware. If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased and had shipped an 1987 Mercedes Benz 300D described by Neil to be in great condition with no flaws or issues. Upon receiving the car, it was everything but that: A/C did not cool, Antilock brake light came on and stayed within five minutes of driving the car, and the driver side window did not roll down. I sent videos and supporting evidence to Amaral Auto and Neil but they will not stand behind their vehicle. I also sent quote from the a/c compressor replacement and even informed him I would be willing to at least split the cost with him. I was told no. Altogether, I will need to spend around $1500 to get these issues fixed. I m disappointed with Amaral Auto Sales as I trusted my hard earned money with them. More than anything, I trusted their word.

Service Update:Made an appointment to bring the car in for maintenance, and an issue I was concerned about. I took the car in, and they did a major repair for me in less than 4 hours once they received the parts. With the warranty I purchased when I bought the Volvo, what would have been about $900, was only $100 + plugs. Saved us alot of money. Very happy with the service, car runs like the day I bought it. Thanks team!Within 24 hours, I have my second luxury car from Neil @ Amaral Auto sales. Superb and professional assistance, answered all of my questions, helped me to understand all my concerns, and help me get the car that I wanted when all of my chips were down. Highly recommended!

Left them my car to get an oil change and an inspection.. I recently purchased the vehicle.. when they returned the car it had a huge scratch on it!! I guess they thought I would not notice. They promised to fix the scratch and did not. Do NOT trust this place with you car!!

Brace yourself for the shock !!! When buying a car at Amaral there is no sales pitch , talking over you or being pressured into an unaffordable car payment .I know , I just traded in the car I bought 5 years ago from Amaral. Neil gave me a very aggressive trade in value witch helped secure my new dream vehicle. The service department has gone above my expectations and addressed all those little concerns when buying a used vehicle. I could not be more satisfied.

No words can explain how good Neil and his team is. This is my second car with Amaral. Great customer service, went above and beyond to ensure that my transition into a new car was smooth and actually happened on my terms. His relationships with the banks got me a great deal. I d recommend his to anyone!

I had the best experience with Amaral, Neil was very helpful took his time with me in choosing not just a car but the best car. Helped me with making sure I stayed within my budget and even offered credit repair help. This is far from your typical dealership they truly treat you like family and look out for your best interest. I walked out with my Benz and feel great about my decision.
