Do not do it !!! Went there through my warranty company and am still battling with him 1 month later! Semraj is forgetful, unprofessional and nonchalant! The young man he has working for him has no idea what he s doing and just follows directions from others. The work he s done has not fixed my car s issues, he s put a bad seal on my front axle repair, and my turbo still has the same problems from when he started. He s then told me he s short staffed and has to schedule my repairs out two weeks !! So I m actively driving around a messed up car which is privy to further damage !!!

Absolute criminals. Avoid at all costs. Had a device installed in vehicle, a day later the device read it needs service or would lock out (which it didn t require service for two more months). The third party device company said we must go to service center for them to reset and read code for who s at fault. Turns out the issue occurred while the car was at Semraj, confirmed to the minute by third party device company. The owner refused to accept it and when questioned about how often this would happen and if we had to pay a fee each time he said yes it could happen in 1 day, a week, a month and when asked if it was the shops fault if they would pay, the owner adamantly said it s on the customer and got very angry and said he wouldn t deal with me if I keep talking like this, deflecting away and not addressing it (I never raised my voice or cursed just keep asking who pays). We have proof this happened under their watch and they refused to refund. Seems like they use this as a quick buck often. This place is a dump with random creepy old men hanging around. They should be investigated for their fraudulent practices. Please avoid this place and shady owner at all costs! Zero stars!!

I almost always come to Semraj when I have problems with my cars. Raj who usually helps me, always provides excellent customer service and always offers the best suggestions on any problems I am having with my car. The customer service is great, good communication, and they always offer the best/most fair prices. I always find myself coming back when needed. I highly recommend Raj when going to the shop or speaking over the phone.Services: Electrical repair, Painting, Tire rotations, Engine repair

Complete joke! Biggest rip off! Deleted the code on my daughter car, never fixed it, not even a day later codes back (since they never fixed it) but claimed to have fixed the part we had already fixed. And charged her $550. I guess now, if they don't want to give her her money back, I'll have to get a lawyer.

Helpful but destructive. Needed to get a new car dealer inspection sticker. I was told that in order to do it he needed to cut 1 inch out of the top of window tint cut out. When I received car back, there was 2 inches out of top and 2 on both sides. Job was not done professionally.

My experience with ragh who is wonderful in a bad situation I was my car would not pass inspection. Also, I had some other issues. Also the tow truck that I had to go to the place where I got my battery. The t tow truck driver I originally called, put the cables on backwards and blew out my modules so I call Ragh he made it all better. And keep me posted throughout the job and explain to me in terms I can understand. I am a young widow, but I m pretty mechanically inclined so when I took it somewhere else, I knew I was getting ripped off. Thank God today I went there. I told him Mrs. Raj is a very, very lucky woman.!! this day and age, it s nice to see a very intelligent mechanic. That doesn t take advantage of women. thank you and you re my guy from now on for service so if any ladies are reading this, tell him I sent you Maureen

Raj is wonderful with the customers. Answers questions efficiently and works for a great price. Kenny on the other hand is extremely unprofessional and rude. Gives misleading information and is very arrogant. I personally love when Raj is servicing my vehicle. If you go ask to speak to the owner, Raj!

Called on Friday to make sure I could come and get a breathalyzer calibration on Saturday. They assured me they would be open until 12. Got there at 11:40 and the business is completely closed down. This is a state required thing that you any have 5 days to get taken care of and when a business tells you they will be open I expect them to be open. Very disappointed in this service center and now I'm screwed. Thanks

Bought two cars from here and will only bring my vehicles here in the future. They are honest and take car of the work quickly. I reccomend this place to anyone who is tired of being hassled by dealers and shady shops

I have been dealing with Raj and his shop for a few years. He has always steered me in the right directions when dealing with repairs on my vehicles. In my older car he has always offered me options of new or used parts when available. Always courteous and very knowledgeable.

Had a reservation but no one was to be found at the location. Had to go through hell with U-Haul to find another location and wasted a whole day. Don t trust U-Haul even if you made a reservation weeks in advance. No such thing as discount or anything even if it s their mistake. Just a $50 refund for a reservation across states that s costing thousands. Last time renting from U-Haul.

This company has always taken good care of me and family. We are returning customers for over 10 years. Whatever issues my vehicle may have, he goes in fixes it, and returns it back to me quickly. The owner is very straight-forward with me. He tells what needs to be fixed, fixes it and I get exactly what I paid for.Not only does he keep our cars up to date but we have now bought 4 used vehicles that were in great shape, and at a reasonable low price. Its very tough find a business that does it all. They fix our cars, they have sold us cars, as well us does our car inspections, I would recommend this business to anyone. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

Bought a 2005 jeep liberty less than a year ago from them. They assured me that the only problem was the fuel sensor. Me having no mechanical knowledge of car I'm sure that that they took advantage over me. Realized within the first month that my wiper fluid container was cracked open. They charged me again for the repair by the way, after just recently buying it from them. The A/C blowers for settings 1, 2, & 3 stopped working. Then my latest problem was that my car stopped running because it needed a fuel pump replacement. I went to them again and it felt like they were just trying to take my money. They really stressed me out each time I went in for services and it may be my fault for going back to them for more services, but I believed that they would do good knowing that they sold me the car. I was wrong, but I'm done doing business with them and I just wanted to let people know, so that they won't go through what I did.

I had a awful experience with Raj at Semraj.I had a problem with a tail light on my car.Was supposed to be ready same day, but after10 days and over $1000 in repairs I was dissatisfied. He was supposed to replace wheel bearings and when he reinstalled my parking brake it was done wrong , and then he charged me $300 to fix his mistake. I then had an oil change on my GF car which we were quoted$100 , then charged me $107 because I used my credit car. To top it all off I found his beach chairs in my trunk, he was obviously driving my car to the beachStay Away , was a $1000 lesson, then I took it to BMW because I didn t trust the work he did, and gave the car to my sonAny questions just ask

Raj of Semraj is a very nice man and was very helpful to me, in giving me extra miles and a couple extra days on my U-haul rental. His staff is friendly and are quick to give an extra hand. I would use his services again if I could!

We went to Semraj to rent a u-haul truck. The staff was courteous and practiced covid-19 safety precautions. The truck was ready for us when we arrived and the process for picking it up was efficient. Since we would be returning after hours, they showed us the key drop off and explained what needed to be done to ensure the return was credited so we would not get charged for additional time. Would definitely recommend for u-haul rentals.

Kenny is amazing! We randomly stopped in to inquire about a one way Uhaul truck back to our Midwest home state. Kenny located our reservation which we originally booked in a town almost 60 miles away. Why did we book so far away? Well it's because the Uhaul website showed there was no availability near us for the size truck we needed. Kenny spent some time with us and found the same size truck, at a cheaper cost, ready the very next day AND including equipment we couldn't book during our original reservation. Kenny also found a closer drop off site for the return. He secured 12 pads and a dolly we needed which we weren't able to book at first. We HIGHLY recommend Kenny and his coworkers for all things Uhaul rental needs. Kenny saved us time, money and a headache. Kenny went above and beyond! Bonus! Everyone we encountered while we were there were professional and kind. Go to Semraj LLC....I mean it is voted Burlington County's Best for a reason.

The only place I ll bring my car. The best service & I don t have to worry about my car. They take very good care of my car. Made the mistake of getting tired from another place & had to bring there to fix all of their mistakes. They re the best!!

Raj and Bob and his very skilled Miracle workers are very professional and compassionate people. Raj will provide a reasonable fair price for a top notch repair sevice. Bob provides a nice deal on fairly use vehicles. If he don't have it, he'll find it.I've been with them though thick and thin and they have bought me in as part of their family. I've askef them for their expert opinion for all mayyers of cars and repairs. I dont trust no other.

SCAM ARTISTS - Terrible service! Went to get one issue fixed instead ended up with 3 more. They said they fixed my issue but now my car won't even turn on a day after the "repairs." When I called to complain, they were very rude then hung up on me. This place is a complete scam and I highly suggest you do not take your car there for anything, not even an oil change or to get wipers put in. They should be taken out of business. I will update this if they decide to do right and ACTUALLY fix my car or issue a full/partial refund. I've never felt more disrespected and scammed in my life.

Called ahead of time to verify they'd be able to submitt/fax a vehicle inspection to IL DMV, only to be told at the register, they couldn't. Unprofessional... Wasted an hour there, and the gas to get there. For no service

I took my car in for a check engine light and inspection, the man himself was super nice and did the job for about $900 cheaper than anybody else and In under a day. I definitely recommend this place.

If you love your car be careful where you bring it. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and supplied the parts because it uses a special spec. of oil. When i got my car back the check engine light was on and a warning on the dash saying "too much oil." I inspected the oil and found oil all over the engine compartment and the dipstick way above the MAX line. Not only that, the oil was still BLACK! Instead of complaining I just changed the oil myself and will never go back there again. I'm not here to try to shut a business down but want to share my experience and hopefully it can save someone the money and headache from this issue. If you do bring your car here please check the work.

I feel to give him a no star. Worst person I ever got! Cheater. I do not prefer this man to any one. He don t even know about my car problem although he took money from me and did not solve the problem. I am not the only person who face this problem there are several people whom I did ask after I visited there and they got the similar problem like this.

Great people. great prices. Very friendly. They went out of thier way to get my car fixed that day , they even gave me a ride home and picked me up when they were finished with the work. Had me in and out very fast. I would recomend this repair shop to anyone...
