I bought my first new Subaru here. The experience was pleasant and there were no hard sell tactics. I test drove a number of vehicles over several days and had time to make a decision. My salesperson, Nick, was always pleasant and helpful, as were all the rest of the folks I dealt with.

Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Dana Washington was extremely helpful getting me the new leased car I wanted and helpful with all the details I needed. Dave Goss was helpful with my "Love-Encore Redelivery" meeting and information he provided about my new car. Service at Miller Subaru is great!

Bought my 2024 Subaru Forester at Miller Subaru in Lumberton NJ. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Felt like they cared about my experience and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am enjoying my Forester (It's been 4 weeks since I took delivery) and still learning about all the safety and convenience features. Scheduled my first oil change and service for 6 months from now. I recommend the Subaru brand and the Miller Subaru dealership to everyone.

I had a great car buying experience from the moment I walked in till the time I drove the car off the lot. My salesman Jay was excellent. He wasn t in the slightest bit pushy and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Miller Subaru and make sure to ask for Jay when you re looking for your next car.

I just upgraded from a 2019 Forester Touring to a 2024 Forester Touring. The improvements in the cruise control , Lane centering and automatic vehicle hold is amazing. I love driving this car!!

Went in for a test drive for a potential new vehicle and I can honestly say the experience was awful. Super shady salesman who first lied about the price of the vehicle and said they are selling for MSRP when I inquired about the same vehicle a month ago and it s selling for $1,500 less. Then proceeded to get called out on it and turns around and said oh yeah, it s selling for $xxxxx. Tried to give me a super lowball offer on my vehicle and said oh your car will be hard to sell when it s a fully loaded model with under 25k miles. I thought I would give this dealership a chance since I purchased a vehicle from here before. BIG MISTAKE. Taking my business to a local competitor in Cherry Hill. Glad to give my business to another honest dealership instead of this shady place.

Miller Subaru took the pain and stress out of buying a new car. Their Sales and Finance folks were friendly, honest and patient. They gave me a fair trade-in value for my car, took the time to answer my questions, and I left there with a great new vehicle and the knowledge to operate all of the modern features my previous car didn't have. And did I mention the MSRP was $3k less than the 5 Subaru dealers I visited in North and Central NJ?!? I highly recommend the drive to Miller Subaru for your next ride!

Me and my friend were lucky enough to get John Poster as the sales to show us around, he was everything I wanted and more from a car salesperson: honest, no pressure (most important!), friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, no issues with giving us test drives, and offered a price that was in-line with the target price from online 3rd party research. John is MILES ahead of all the other dealerships where I felt like I was bothering THEM for coming. He will definitely be my go-to when I am ready for a new car.

Went in looking at WRX's after being out of one for 8 years... Staff was super nice, from sales to financing. Even with the 'Rona causing changes to the work flow... This was hands down the best car buying experience of my life.. When this car gets retired I will be back!

I purchased a vehicle here last month. From the first day I walked into the dealership until the moment I drove my new car home, I had the best experience at a dealership in many years. Much praise to my salesperson Dana, who made the car-buying experience what it should be everywhere. There was open and honest communication, and Dana made sure all my questions and concerns were answered during the car-buying process. There was a stop sale on the Subaru vehicle so I had to wait two weeks before I could pick up the vehicle. This was something I never had to go through before, but Dana kept me informed with regular communications so I was confident I had nothing to worry about.From the sales experience with Dana, the finance department with Rose, and the vehicle go-over at delivery with Eric, my experience with Miller Subaru was very positive, and my family intends to return to Miller for our next Subaru purchase.

Excellent customer service and follow upWe got a car for our daughter and they were so helpful and knowledgeable.Answered questions via phone quickly and easily although teaching down the right phone number was tricky.Loved that we did not have to go to the DMV and do all the registration because they took care of it allHad to have an issue to fix on the new car and had a loaner car while they fixed it.We will be back

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Miller Subaru, I would have given a 5 star rating but I didn't care for the attitude of the salesman. His I know more than you attitude came out as I was asking how he came to the total price of the loan. Overall, it's a great dealership.

Service department is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This dealership helped me with my third party warranty when other dealerships refused. Mechanic diagnosed issue much faster and more efficient than the other Subaru dealership I went to. If you value your time and want proficient mechanics, come to Miller Subaru!

Miller Subaru has some amazing stuff here. I came in looking for a vehicle because I was in a car accident and John was the lucky guy to work with me. He found me an outback that was available in a couple of days. He went out of his way to make this work for me. Rose did the financing and with all her years of experience she was able to work with me to make the numbers fit my needs and to find everything she could do to make it work.I'll be coming back for service.

I had an awesome experience with Miller Subaru. It was the first time I had my Subaru serviced by this location. I honestly usually just have random mechanics work on my car but when I could not get a clear answer about why my car was shaking above 60mph I knew I had to turn to a trustworthy business. I decided to bring my car to Miller Subaru and they had my car fixed by the next day. I picked my car up and it was externally cleaned which made my day. On top of that my car is now driving good as new and they were friendly and efficient with communication and getting the job done fast. My mom also had her own car serviced about a week earlier than I did at the same location and had just as good of an experience. I only plan to have my car serviced by Miller Subaru from here on out. Highly recommend.

My sales person DJ was excellent; he was engaged, personable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident about my purchase of a '15 Forester. I'm thrilled with the car and my experience at the dealership.The only reason this is a four-star review is that someone LOST and SHREDDED a $20,000 check from my account - and it took me reaching out to learn this nearly three weeks later. I would recommend doing a wire transfer instead.

I needed to have my Transmission replaced under warranty from the Miller Subaru Service Team. It was all covered under warranty, so that was great news! I also had my belts and PVC valve replace while it was in the shop. They had gave me a rental for the length of the repairs for no cost to me at all. They told be it would take two business days, and they completed it right on time just like they had promised. Dan Dewey is an exceptional Service Manager and has a terrific staff that he has working with him. I know my Subaru is in good hands when I drop it off to them for repairs.

The staff at Miller Subaru made my new auto purchase an enjoyable experience. I felt comfortable from the time a walked in the door to the moment they handed me the keys. My questions were answered in a professional and courteous manner. My salesperson spent as much time with me as I needed to help me find the car I wanted and the general manager made financing my auto the easiest process I have had in a long time. My auto was delivered to me in immaculate condition and on time. This is the second auto that I have purchased from Miller and will probably not be the last.

Fantastic car buying experience. No BS, just straight, honest talk. Jay and all the staff members were super friendly and patient. With car inventory being low everywhere and demand remaining high, many dealers seem to want to gouge you. We went to several dealerships in South Jersey but Miller is the only one that we ll be back to. They were the only ones that treated you like normal human beings and not just a bag with dollar signs on it.

I originally wrote a horrid review, yet I decided to revise upon my second visit (which happened in the same day). Originally the clerks in Service lacked any sense of customer care or concern. Yet, after a complaint, I feel my agent warmed up a bit to me. Being from Georgia you expect a certain amount of care, but I realize it's Jersey and people are different here.My service work took a grand total of 3 hours the first round to place tires on my vehicle, and then another 2-3 the second round. Expect delays even when you have appointments. They are very busy- and they will not update you or warn you about your wait.Make sure the work you ask for is done correctly. After having new tires installed I took my car to a trusted auto mechanic who advised me 3 of my tires were installed improperly. I got in contact with Subaru and they quickly remedied the situation, and even provided me a rental car and a free alignment. All in all- I understand people make mistakes but sorry would've gone a long way and yet it was never said.So my advice is- come in strong and knowledgeable, with a lot of time. They aren't bad here, they just didn't meet my needs as expected.

I was thinking about buying a Subaru and decided to stop by Miller on the way home from work. I was greeted by DJ, who was very nice and relaxed. We started talking about what I was like for and he showed me different cars in a no pressure way. I felt very at ease the whole time. I was given a great number on my trade and didn't have to go back and forth with them. We went on a test drive, which was a lot longer then any other place I was ever at. Once we returned and told him I was interested he quickly returned with a solid number. He also provided me with a sheet of paper to shop Millers number. Not one other dealer really could beat the price. I returned to Miller the following day to sign the papers for the deal and there was no real attempt at up selling, the finance manager went over everything and took her time. My new car was nice and clean and ready to go. Before I left they sat with me and went over ever inch of my new Crosstrek to make sure I was good to go. If you are looking for a Subaru check out Miller and ask for DJ.
