Last week I was so lucky to be able to purchase my new 2021 ford expedition from Tom! I knew I had to go to him because he has always been able to find me the perfect car that I ve needed at each stage of my life. My car is absolutely perfect and the process was so easy and painless. Tom was so helpful and great to work with and purchase from. I would highly recommend any one looking for a car to go see Tom. He is honest, trustworthy, and kind. He was able to get the exact car we needed to fit my family, we are so happy!

It was a positive, pleasant, and thoroughly professional experience. I appreciated the detailed reviews of financing and warranty parameters as well which was reassuring. The car itself is just fine and will serve me well for years to come. This was my second purchase (first one 4/2008 with immediate family member). I would recommend Miller highly.

Tom and Mike at Miller Ford Lincoln made for a great experience buying a new car. Tom took his time helping us, and while he was clearly trying to make a sale (that is his job as a salesman) he wasn't pushy about it, he listened to what we were saying our needs and wants are, and genuinely was trying to help us find the best fit for us in a vehicle. Mike, in finance, was great too, even though we needed our registration and license plate done in another state. These gentlemen both took their time with us, stayed late to where they were the last employees there, and never once made us feel like a burden. I highly recommend seeing what Miller Ford Lincoln has to offer if you're shopping for a new vehicle, and ask for Tom Eckert as your salesman.

We drove over an hour to get to Miller Ford to see a used car. Tom met us at the door and spent some time getting to know us. He was easy to talk to and worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted. There was no pressure and he listened to our needs. We ended up buying the Jeep Renegade. It was in beautiful shape and clean inside and out!I highly recommend Tom E and the Miller Ford family. The repair facility is absolutely spotless, well maintained and organized. The parts department is well stocked. Personnel are friendly and professional. Waiting area was uncomfortably hot and when I requested the AC be adjusted was told it was already on the coldest setting. Really? The waiting area is divided into two sections, couches and TV on one side, tables for laptops and a printer on the other. Wifi is available. There is water, coffee and a snack machine. Wait time for this visit was reasonable. I was disappointed that the old punch card for a free oil change has been replaced with the app assigned to the actual car. Received email for a service that included synthetic oil change for 69.99 but cost 102+tax. Do I really need to take the time to correct this? I couldn't find the email when I was checking out. Obviously the dealership can not be missed on rt38, but rt38 is a divided roadways so plan for that. Parking is a little tight, but if you follow the directions and pull your car up to, or into the garage bay avoids parking and that's where the car will be when it's done. When I pulled in there was a car getting vacuumed out, not sure ahy mine wasn't vacuumed, but it is what it is. Once upon a time, your car was washed when you put it in for service. Make sure to make appointment. Not sure if there is a key envelope and drop slot/box. Chippy, adjust the AC settings, send plain language ads, punch cards keep it easy for those that don't use apps, vacuum and rinse all cars in for service, get the 5 stars (almost gave 3 I was sweating).

I am actually very disappointed in the service team at Miller Ford. I brought my car in yesterday as there were 3 recalls on it, one of which was the "high pressure fuel injector" for the 2020 Ford Escape. The gentleman tells me that unless the check engine light is on or if it is throwing codes, they wont replace it. I informed him that on the Ford Pass App, it is showing that these three issues are showing up on this particular car. He told me that unless its showing signs, they wont replace it, even though its clearly a recall!! Today, I am on my way to work, and the car is bucking and jerking while trying to shift into gears. I research to see what that could possibly be the cause of, and sure enough, one of the culprits that it could be, is the fuel injector that is recalled on my car. I look into my Ford Pass App, and that recall is still there. I do not understand how a service shop would deny fixing a recall that Ford put out. There is a reason why its recalled and the fact that you won't fix it, is blatant disregard for the company and the customer. I was appalled at that. I have never experienced that kind of service.

I ve been having trouble with my brakes. I brought it to Miller Ford and they replace the booster vacuum pump and everything seem fine but then the problem of a hard pedal happened again but it was so intermittently that I couldn t just take it back so I waited and about a month or so after the front brakes started making a noise so I took it back to Miller Ford and I mentioned the hard pedal again when it went back for service for the brakes, and they realize that they neglected to replace a relay which they did this time free of charge, then they replace the front rotors calipers and brake shoes and the truck is perfect. I occasionally pull a trailer with a considerable weight on it and I feel so much safer now that the truck is going to stop when I need it to stop so five stars to Miller Ford , and when I need service again, I will definitely take it back there

Had a brand new 2023 f350 in the service department for a leaky windshield, I was bummed out obviously because the truck was brand new.(purchased from an out of state dealer). I spoke with Ryan the service manager and he was excellent and extremely knowledgeable, he not only came to pick up my truck at my house but he then diagnosed what he thought was the issue while he was in my driveway, he had the truck fixed in one day for me and kept me updated the entire time. His professionalism was second to none and Miller has gained a customer in me for life. Thanks again Ryan!!

BEWARE!. BOUGHT A 2014 USED CAR WITH 60,000 ON IT A YR AGO FROM MILLER FORD LUMBERTON NJ AND I ALREADY HAD 2 BIG ISSUES WITH IT WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM MY PURCHASE WHICH I PAYED TO FIX. I QUIT GOING THERE FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE THEIR PRICES WERE GETTING RIDICULOUS JUST FOR A OIL CHANGE. I HAD GONE TO ANOTHER GARAGE WHO DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT TO SHOW I KEPT MY SERVICE UP ON MY CAR TO PRESENT DAY! NOW I NEED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NO BETTER THAN A LOW BUY/PAY HERE PLACE. THEY SOLD A LEMON AND THEY KNEW IT. THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT. I FOUND OUT BY A SERVICE REP WHO WORKED FOR THEM KNEW THIS MAKE OF CAR HAS THIS PARTICULAR PROB AT AROUND 100,000 MILES. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER THEMSELVES UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE THERE IS.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, IF BUYING A USED CAR! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO SELL ANYTHING. UNLESS YOU BUY "NEW".TOM MURPHY THE GM DID NOTHING. MY FINANCIAL BANK SAID MILLER FORD SHOULD BUY BACK THE CAR, BUT OF COURSE TOM THE GM DID NOT AGREE. SO I SAID BACK TO THEM, "WHY DO YOU SELL OTHER MAKE OF CARS THEN,"?. ANYWAY, SO WHAT DOES THAT TOO SAY ABOUTMILLER FORD LUMBERTON NJ.BEWARE THEM SELLING USED CARS THERE!! THAT IS WHY THEY RACK UP THAT $ ON EXTENDED WARRANTIES BECAUSE THEY ALREADY KNOW THERE WILL BE MAJOR ISSUES. Miller Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle, friendly staff, calm and no pressure enviroment. My sales person was Ceasar Mack and he made my buying experience absolutely outstanding. We test drove a few cars on my first visit to Miller and he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After my first visit I had left feeling good about The vehicle I had my eyes set on. Before my second visit Ceasar sent me a personalized follow-up to remind me of my first visit and to tell me the car that i was looking at is still availible and waiting for me to come back in to lock in the deal. My second visit started shakey when I found that the payments might not be as low as I would have liked them to be. After another test drive and a little back and forth with the finance department we got me approved at a rate I was comfortable with and started the paperwork while the detail department touched up the car. Caesar Mack was quick and professional when the paper hit the table. We got everything transferred over and into finance in a matter of minutes. The finance manager made quick work of the paperwork as well and had me out and driving as soon as possible. Overall I had an amazing experience with Miller with the sale of my new vehicle and it's all thanks to my friend Caesar Mack. I highly recommend him for all of you New and Preowned vehicle needs.

Best car buying experience I've had so far. I ordered a 23 Maverick through Erica, and it was hassle free the whole time. She kept me up to date on my build status, and when it arrived, they were able to help finance and beat my best rate by half a percent. No games, no wasting your time at the dealer. I ordered through the phone/email, and spent less than 90 minutes total at the dealer to do the paper work, trade in, and pick it up. Highly recommend!
