Took my F150 in thinking my water pump & alternator were shot. These guys are great, they troubleshot everything and said it was the tensioner pulley and a bad fan belt. They completed everything for a super fair price and had me on my way in no time. If your looking for reliable, professional, and knowledgeable mechanics, this is the place!

Great service and awesome customer service. They were referred to me by another car repair facility that did not work on my type of car. That always gives a good feeling, and in this case it was confirmed. they have fair prices and stand behind their work. More than once they have replaced parts on their dime due to manufacturer defects. They always want to make things right with their customers so that we keep coming back for the same great service. No pressure sales, and they explain what needs to be done before it is done, even to the women in my family. Came to tow my car when it wouldn't start and fixed it on the spot politely showing me the error of my ways. Would and do recommend them to anyone who asks about auto repair.

Was leaving for a vacation when I noticed a screw in my tire. Went to Mark Allen at 5:30pm. They looked at it right away and removed the screw. It wasn t too deep and did not compromise the tire. No charge! Mark Allen s team were very responsive and professional. They saved the day. I m very appreciative.

-Dropped off my 2019 Acura MDX for two (2) front lower control arms replacement and four (4) rotors and brakes. Which I provided.-They also purchase four(4) Michelin CrossClimate 2.-They replaced brake fluid and bleed alignment and balance tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

BEWARE!!! Do NOT let them tow your vehicle. They loaded my truck onto a flatbed truck and towed it to their shop. I picked up my truck and was driving it home and had no brakes!!! I took it to my mechanic and my mechanic said that the flatbed tow truck driver attached to the rear end of my truck and severed the brake lines. When I went back to the shop and explain the situation to them they adamantly denied that they had anything to do with it and yet my mechanic showed proof where they wrapped around the rear end. They refused to fix the damage the driver had done and I had to pay $156 out of pocket to my mechanic for the new brake lines. I DO NOT recommend them at all.UPDATETheir response to my review is not valid, YES, this IS the right tow company.I have over 250 reviews I'm not going to steer anyone wrong just know that Mark Allan does not conduct good business, they are grossly overpriced and they do not admit to their wrongdoings.

After my daughter s accident. Mark Allen toeing, towed my daughter s car and treated us with the most care and respect. I appreciate their help. Especially Bruce it was nice to be treated so well at such a stressful time

Had a great experience at this mechanic. The mechanic was knowledgeable and explained what repairs were needed. Great customer service and completed the job quickly. I was updated on my car status and did not have keep calling them to find out what's going on, they called me, unlike some places. This will be my go to auto repair shop, from now on.

We found our new mechanic which is local,. friendly and reasonable. We highly recommend using Mark Allen. They quickly diagnosed and repaired car. We appreciate all of them at the shop.They repaired hub bearing & ABS sensor on VW Jetta.

These men were extremely rude and unhelpful. They were called by the police department and when they arrived on the scene did not communicate with me what they were doing, or where they were taking my car or how much anything was until my car was stuck on the lot. Then they refused to accept anything but cash, which we weren t told the total or that policy upfront. Then they wanted us to make an insurance claim for a simple tow and insisted that the bill was too big for us to just pay. Because of these miscommunications we weren t able to get everything in order before the next day so we were then charged for an extra day of storage

I'll never go anywhere else. These guys are great. The price is always reasonable and they explain what needs to be done in a way that I can easily understand. I've even gone there for small things, such as replacing my turn signal light, which they only charged a few bucks for. A couple weeks ago, I was trying to change the blade on my lawnmower and couldn't get the bolt off. My husband was away on business at the time, and he called Mark Allen. They said to bring it in and they'd help me. They didn't even charge me for it! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

This was the very first time I use Mark Allen Auto Repair shop and I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and amazing timely service, from the moment Mark Allen service picked up my SUV on a flatbed truck, and made the repair, all at a fair and good price. I will be using Mark Allen Repair Service from now on, for both my cars.

I m extremely happy with the service I received at Mark Allen s. I ve worked in the auto repair industry myself and can say without a doubt that they are honest and fair with their customers, which is rare these days. They were also very efficient with getting my vehicle in, diagnosed, and repaired. I will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future!

Not long after my family moved to the area, we had some car issues. After asking around, there was a resounding echo that Mark Allen s was the best place around to take your vehicle. After going, I couldn t agree more. They don t upcharge you, they don t add services you don t need, and they don t mess around. Had my transmission replaced on my Mustang and while others couldn t get me the parts for a while Mark Allen had the job complete in a week which blew mymind. Thank you guys and the Mustang drives great. Will definitely be returning for service on my other vehicles

We had an issue where the truck driver wasn t honest about if our car could be driven and also gave us zero information about cost and didn t ask us where to take it. However, the owner did refund some of our money and try to make it right.

Another great experience with this company. I came in with concern of leaknin radiator...they checked it out and lmk needed replacement. They got it situated by end of wotk day. All good and safe for my son to get to and from school.Thankful they continue to do their best and do what they can with my old car to keep it running!Fair, caring & great peeps!!! Thank you!!!

Mark is a great guy. I go to him when I need repairs done to my car. Right now he's servicing my gf's car for repair for oil leak. He's really fast and reliable and love working with him. Always has solutions to our problems. I plan to drop my car off for maintenance this week once we pick up her car. Love the guy and will continue working with him.

My SUV shut down on the side of the road and Mark Allen's was dispatched to provide a jump start. I ended up needing a new battery. Bruce was amazing and a big help. He helped my boyfriend, who is not a mechanic, replace the battery. He also went an extra mile and went and got gas for me as well. He could have said he was only there for a jump start and left, but he didn't and we greatly appreciated it. Awesome customer service!Service: Auto battery replacement

This company is a completed scam.They don t help the customers and they don t keep the clients best interests in mind. Our car was held against our will and they lied to us. Would not Recommend using this company!!!!

This company deserves an award. They came to my rescue when no one else would. I have been dealing with roadside assistance through Chrysler Fiat (who was provided through the Jeep Wave I have for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee that I lease) my Jeep won t hold a charge. Had roadside assistance out twice and they couldn t get it start and left me high and dry with no other options. My car sat in a parking lot overnight. Roadside assistance couldn t find a tow company to help. Skip to the next day, 8am, still nothing. I am on the phone with them until 12pm because every provider kept cancelling when they finally give me 4-6hr time frame before the next tow company became available. Mark Allen Towing phone number was provided through the dealership (cherry hill Jeep Dodge Ram) and they showed up in 20mins!! Got my car towed to the dealership and they couldn t have been nicer or more supportive of my situation. 10/10 recommend!! Skip roadside assistance and call Mark Allen Towing!!Service: Car towing

Had one of my trucks break down in the middle of Mt Holly. MA Auto had a tow truck on scene within 15 minutes and had the truck back to us repaired the next day. They are beyond reliable and I couldn't recommend anyone else to get the job done in the fashion and time frame they did. 100% my go to tow and repair shop for life. Thank you guys.

Meineke on route 38 in Lumberton tried to highly over charge my wife for an alternator replacement. The guys at Mark Allen took care of us. The customer service was top notch and saved us a few hundred dollars.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
