Hi,I received an oil change coupon through email( 4 oil changes for $129.99). I confirmed with the service advisor before scheduling an appointment through a phone call. I went to the dealership and handed over a coupon to the front desk. After servicing I got a bill and I was surprised because it didn't covered under the coupon. They just give me 10% discount. I spoke with front desk, told them about coupon, THEY SAID, oh yeah sometime they send these coupons but we don't have that deal. Later they gave me 3oil changes in $159.99 plus taxes($175). I had no other option because service was already done. So I agreed on it.It was my first time with the dealership and very disappointing. I hope they will read this comment, and will not send customers wrong information.

On February 1, 2024 we brought my daughter s Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership to be diagnosed for what we told them was a leak in the coolant system. It kept losing antifreeze and overheating. They charged us $180 just for the diagnostic and said they needed to do a full coolant flush, replace the thermostat and replaced the coolant. We were told the mechanic that worked on it had 40 years of experience and felt confident this would solve all of our problems without looking any deeper. When we asked again about finding a leak the guy at the counter shrugged his shoulders, he knew nothing about a leak. We brought the Jeep home and the very next day it showed the same symptoms that we brought it to the Jeep dealer for. And yes, it is leaking, we just can t find from where on our own. Your mechanics are supposed to be the experts in your vehicles but I feel didn t even really diagnose it, just did the easiest application. Just under a Thousand ($1,000.00) paid to Jeep for nothing! Extremely disappointed is putting it very lightly. I expect a resolve to this situation for our money, not just a reply that it s taken seriously .March 29, 2024Thanks to the General Manager of this dealership s reply I went back and gave them another opportunity to find the true issue with my daughter s Jeep Grand Cherokee. I m glad I did, because after a deeper look and additional testing they were able to determine the problem and get her back on the road.

Horrific! I was told by the manager I have all of the power here to make a decision, you have nothing. Totally ripped off on service that took 5 minutes. Another dealership told me they would WALK ME THRU MY ISSUE OVER THE PHONE! Oh that s right, I didn t buy my car there, so they didn t care. The manager told me he didn t care about earning my business either and they have an 4.5 rating online $200 for a 5 minute service AND they suggested I get a rental car. NEVER GOING BACK!!! Go out of your way to go elsewhere! I was already warned about coming here, but wanted to give them a shot.

I would like to give a special Thank You too Andrew M and Nate W on there exceptional professional performance on assisting my son with his first car purchase. When I tell you they made car buying easy as 1-2-3! We arrived about 11am and was out at 2:30.Mr. Nate W. Was on point with explaining how having a warranty is the way to go.Mr. Andrew as the salesmen was very helpful and on point as well. The whole Lucas Team was wonderful.My son is very pleased with his 1st purchase.

On July 22, 2023, I brought my vehicle in for maintenance on a driver side headlight. That I have already replaced, and it would not work. I made this explanation very plain to the person with whom I spoke. Lucas Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge replaced the bulb and socket. I paid approximately $134.00 for their service and then of September 4, 2023, the same light goes out again. Six weeks later and I must bring my car back to Lucas and they start talking about having to charge me $169 for a diagnostic to find out what was wrong. My question is why a diagnostic done in the first place wasn t based upon what I stated that I have replaced the headlight, and it still won t come on. In my opinion that to the cheapest and simplest route since I have an extend warranty and my deductible is only $200. So instead doing their due diligence in the first place the chose to nickel and dime me out of $200. Let s bring this back forward to my second visit where and I quote Tech tested light, very intermittent. Only got to act up once. Need light to go out completely to test correctly. CODE B162A LEFT LOW BEAM CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND WENT STORED. So, they only got the light to go out once and felt no need to do any further troubleshooting. My driver s side headlight was constantly going in and out and luckily, I am in a position where I have a second vehicle that I can drive so I don t have to rush and take it to Lucas. On November 10, 2023, after bringing my vehicle to Lucas for the third time but the same headlight and asking to speak with a manager. One of the floor managers, puts me in touch with the service manager who takes my vehicle to the back and within ten minutes tell me that it is the Body Control Module that is causing the problem.Now is where it gets interesting. They contact me and want me to pay the deductible because they had to bill my extended warranty plan and I question that because you never fixed my vehicle in the first place (admittedly). After speaking with the woman at the service desk she states that I need to speak with the service manager himself if I feel that the money, I paid should be credit towards my deductible. Called the service manager November 15, 2023, and we proceed to have a conversation about my vehicle and the fact that I have already paid for a service that was satisfactory. I proceeded to state that the timeline doesn t add up and I stated that I told you I have an extra vehicle so don t have to rush to bring my vehicle in. Plus, I work for the government so a lot of times I am on travel. He said, I don t care if you are an astronaut! Which lead to a contentious back and forth. Today November 16, 2023, I go to pick up my vehicle and I arrive and find that my Beats Headphones are gone. I call the service and speak with a male that answers the phone and state to him that my headphones are gone he say that he will talk with the Technicians and hangs up on me. I will never give Lucas Chrysler Jeep Dodge another dime of my hard-earned money again. Because I don t have the time, energy or effort to bring my vehicle to a dealership for three visits to fix one thing.Retired Disabled Navy Veteran

I called to make an appointment to verify a repair quoted to me by a dealership I bought my Jeep from because I thought the repair and price were out of proportion to just an out headlight.They want $3,000 for a TIPM.When I called Lucas i was told it was $180 per hour to check and would take 4-6 hours and she wasn t helpful in finding me a time slot for another week or so.The girl seemed completely disinterested in helping to service/resolve the issue with my Jeep.Sorry Lucas.Customer service is everything.

It s a shame to own a dodge and Lucas be your local dealer. Anything other then a basic oil change (even that s questionable) they don t seem to be able to get it rightMisdiagnosed a transmission as a alternator for to old battery ( car didn t even make it to city dodge before trans let loose completely)Failed to tighten drain at service (said it s the newer guys they forget to check)Said needed gaskets replaced asap as leaking at service (found out was warranty and suddenly no issues)Called to schedule next service and brought up the gaskets and they no nothing about it

I came in last Saturday 11/11 spoke with Harry Cutts in sales. Traded in my Renegade for a 2023 Jeep Compass. The whole experience was very good. Friendly and easy. Harry and Dan O made my day. I have brought many cars from Lucas and every time the experience is very pleasant.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I booked my oil change appointment online January 1st. I just showed up on January 5th at 3:55 for a 4:00PM appointment just to be told they are closed. I was told they called NUMEROUS times, but I have ZERO missed calls and ZERO voicemails. I have purchased more than one vehicle here and have had my service done here as long as I lived somewhat local. Today I wasted over an hour round trip for nothing. CONGRATULATIONS LUCAS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, YOU HAVE LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!
